Dr. Fomite Got my game today. Need to clear some space off my computer before I install anything, I think. sweatdrop Too much crap. Might start playing later tonight, though I imagine I'd just be practicing on my own rather than coming online. I'm taking emergency call for one of the other doctors tomorrow, so I don't know if I'll be around then. Probably Wednesday. My Wizard's familiar is named "Malas" ... I didn't even pick that, it was the randomly generated name. xd

The Neverwinter campaign is really good for practicing combat, because a lot of the areas have mobs of smaller enemies that make spellcasting a bit hard to get used to but let a combat character get used to watching out for flankers and taking out the right targets first. The Undrentide campaign is easier on spellcasters, especially wizards and sorcerors. Both are good for clerics, druids, rogues, and bards.

Game time officially ovah.
That was fun. My Defender is beginning to be built, huzzah! Level 1-6 in 5 hours. lol Not bad...an hour per level. Reasonable *nods*
Anyways, post on the welcoming thread at Dreu Noctem too if you feel like it, all the DM's and oldbies of DN are happy to see new blood there. We get spoiled, so before they all come back we should enjoy it. lol
We shall build up our strength!
IRON FIST!! scream scream domokun domokun
That is all.

Oh Mala, since several classes get different types of summonable pet, I could so see you with a random hodgepodge of three classes just so you could have a personal army. Mala, the druid/wizard/ranger and her two animal compantions (one for druid and one for level 5 ranger), familiar (wizard), and a summoned badger. Oh yeah, and both druids and rangers have a skill that lets them "talk" to animals.

I'll probably make Fomite the cleric, and that would be Mala... >>

Arcane Draconum That was pretty crazeh. Got my Paladin to level 9 now. biggrin I'm kinda torn as to what I'm gonna do for my next character, since low level is really fun when nobody else is on. Bard - I'm thinking either Gnome or Halfling. Why? Because almost every bard ever made is either human or elven. Also, I suspect that the +2 to dex or con would be equally useful. Also, bardsong would be a useful buff to our posses. Gnomish wizard - Not illusionist, but I'll embrace the free spell focus. Because zotting is always fun. Druid - probably human. Probably straight druid.

I just got the game installed and started playing last night. Didn't even finish going through the Academy, so I'm still not entirely sure what I'm doing, but it's enough like Baldur's Gate that I'm getting the hang of things. Depending on how tonight's going, I may try downloading everything I need to get onto multi-player tonight. whee
