Jon whisped in, obviously in an excioted mood. "Ok, I've got agents working on finding the demon, and -erm- someone else searching through the ghostly realm to see if her spirit has moved on."
((Just giving you an option if you didnt already have one))
He paused as he saw the cupid. "Who are you." He hesitated. "Jen? No, never mind. You couldnt be Jen...I think." He gave Dan a questioning look.

((By the way, Austin Andrews, the phase demon that was half ghost, half worloc, is now working for the Demon Agency, and he is the one that can move freely through the ghostly and mortal realms.))

"Demons wouldn't duplicate Barbas' powers. He's too powerful and it'd take them too long to gain control of the powers, before Barbas came after them." Madison told Dan, evenly.

She then turned to Jon. "No, I'm not Jen, I'm Madison and apparently your new whitelighter." She said with a glance at Dan. She wasn't sure how to gain their trust, but something told her Dan was too easy to convince and Jon would probably be more skeptical.

((I actually don't intend on bringing Jen back.))

"Don't ask me, I only know what I hear on the streets and what the elders tell me. I was told that as a cupid you're my charge. I was also told that Jon was my charge as a whitelighter. Any miscommunications between any other whitelighters are not my business." She said, shrugging.

"Sorry, but you're going to have to talk to the elders if Mickey isn't coming when you call him." She said evenly, before realizing what she said. Dammit. She thought, mentally cursing herself out. Typically she wouldn't have known who her charges whitelighter's were, but this was a pecular case.

"I know from around.. um... the town. You know, um coffee and stuff. We go out, sometimes." She said, almost asking him. "But you know, like not go out as in dates, just hang out. He may have mentioned you and Jen once or twice or more times." She said, awkwardly.

"Right. Anyway." She said, turning to Jon, trying not to dig a hole any deeper with her mouth.

"I have no idea where he is. You may want to try a teleportation spell or potion and take it to Brook's house. She's probably trying to write her sister's obituary or something." She said, with an attempt at a smile, however she failed.

She turned back to Jon, half-expecting half-waiting for him to say something to her. He'd been quiet for a while, and she expected he was thinking over everything.

"Right, because I often attempt to wreck people's homes while their not in it." She said, sarcastically. She sat down on the couch, still waiting for a response, however she wasn't all that suprised by his quietness. "Anything you want to know?" She asked Jon, calmly.

Jon had begun daydreaming half way through the conversation between Madison and Dan, and hadnt realized what had been going on, or that she had told him he was her charge.

As his mind began to wander, he began wondering why his mind began to wander, and wonder. ((lol, i like that line. blaugh ))

"I dont seem to have a very long attention span anymore for some reason. Were you talking to --" his mind began to drift when he saw something interesting on tv.

In an almost, but unintentional, comidic way he abrubtly turned and walked over to sit on the couch. It was a simple news program, but for some reason it had become more interesting than finding out why his mind was drifting.

((Anyone know of a character with a power like super sight or something? I need them to see something happening to Jon on a different plane. I know, wierd. Ive been bored lately and watching a lot of Star Trek on spike. (dorky, I know) I got the idea from there.))

Dan came out of his room and down the steps and seen Jon staring at the screen. "I hope you didn't try explaining anything to him while he's watching tv, cause it won't even register in his brain that someone is talking to him." he said looking at Madison.
