Trunks, defending his dad, said, "It's okay, Goten, I was late. Dad, I was just stuck in this huge lineup at the mall. And I was training with Terry. Terry takes forever sometimes to finish up. I haven't been doing so well in his class for some reason."

Vegeta let go of his son. "I'm sorry son...."
Piccolo led Vegeta to a seat. "You have to excuse him. He's been a little more irritable lately. It's not his fault though....."
"Yeah it's YOUR fault Namek!!"
Piccolo just shrugged and went to stand in a corner.
"Anyway, we have an announcement to make."

Dee overheard the word "Announcement" and came straight away to hear what announcement Vegeta had. She made the mistake of standing like right behind him, just as he let out a silent but deadly wind-at-my-back story.
Dee plugged her nose and couldn't do that for she was laughing so hard at what Vegeta did.

Vegeta growled. "And just what the blast is so funny?! As if you don't do the same thing!! Serves you right for standing behind me!!" Vegeta turned up his nose.
"Besides," he blushed a little, "I can't really help it at the moment......."

Dee said, "Sorry sweetie. But you blew a good one that time. I couldn't help laughing. And you're right, serves me right for standing where I was. So... what's this big announcement that you have? You said that you had one. Or... was that fart it?"

Vegeta glared at Dee. Piccolo snickered in the background, earning him a glare from Vegeta. He just blew a kiss to his mate.
"I love your wit Dee! Why should I even tell you now?"

Dee giggled. She replied, "Well, it wasn't me whom you told that you had news at first. It was Trunks. I just overheard that you had news and I came running to hear what it was. Then I made the grave error of standing where I ought not to be, then smelling what might be some news. However, I doubt that is what you had to tell everybody. lol "

Vegeta mumbled under his breath. Piccolo walked over. "Alright you two." He walked and placed his hands on Vegeta's shoulders. "Can we please just give them the news already?" Piccolo asked blushing a little.
"Ok ok! Fine!" Vegeta grumpled. "Well, what I have to tell you is that.....", Piccolo took in a deep sharp breath,
"...I'm pregnant."

Goten was also super happy, just like Dee was. He was sooo happy that he began flying around the room repeating the news over and over. He didn't realize just how embarrassed Vegeta was about the news to begin with.

Vegeta sat with his hands covering his face, looking absolutely mortified. Piccolo's whole head was purple and looked like a nervous wreck.
"Just what is so exciting about that?! Trunks even fainted!!"

Dee looked where Trunks was and sadly giggled. She said, "Oh my, now that's something you don't see everyday."
Being serious, Ladybug says, "I think daddy was overhwlemed because its like both grandpa and daddy are pregnant at once. Look at Grandpa's face... if looked at the right way, I understand why Grandpa would be the way he is. But... more importantly, shouldn't we get daddy to a bed instead of having him lying here in the middle of the floor? What if Gohan should walk in and trip over him?"

"That's right!!" Piccolo yelled, kinda surprising Vegeta because he was right by him. This earned Piccolo a firm punch in the arm from irritable pregnant prince. "Ow!" Piccolo frowned at Vegeta.
"Anyway, I need to tell Gohan the news. I wonder how he'll react........ Hopefully not like that..." Piccolo said looking over at Trunks.
"I'll take of him" Piccolo said picking up Trunks and carrying to the couch.
Vegeta glanced over to his son and looked humiliated and annoyed at the same time. "Great! That's a great reaction to get from your child!!"

Dee calmed down and said, "Oh Vegeta, you are always like that." She giggled. She then said, "In all seriousness though, as excited as I am, I've got to take care of you. I mean, in a kind way, not like sarcastic. lol First, want something to eat, honey? I bet you are starving by now! I am sooo used to cooking for you. I love it!"
Ladybug raised an eyebrow. She knew her granny was still super excited over the news and just wanted to get moving to help Vegeta out in some way. Sighing, Ladybug slowly flew over to the linen closet, got a cold washcloth and then flew over to where her daddy was and began applying the cold cloth. This was like second nature to Ladybug.
