I do agree, I need to jazz it up, that's why I've been questing.
I dislike 90s pants. I think they're overused (not so much as they used to be though- but still enough to bother me) and I wish there were more orange to carry your outfit together.

Probably the demonic pendent, I'm debating it.

Energizerbuni, 8/10. I think that maybe with a color break between pants and shirt would be nice. Basically, a belt. Also, your hair and ears look very... misplaced. As though they belong on someone more innocent-looking. A little simple, but with some work it could be great.
