"I will accept your invitation, Lord Toleranth. Please lead the way." Alhana refolded the blindfold and bound it around her eyes again. She stood up and brushed her dress off, and approached the Priest who watched all of this.

She courtesied him. "I thank you, Father for your hospitality. The Shiros are in your debt. If you ever need help. Use the amulet Auren gave you, and either one of us will come to help you."

He bowed to her. "Good luck, and may the gods be with you."


Auren, do you have a moment... I'm sure you would like to meet Lord Toleranth without killing him...?

Yes, my love, I would like to. Though perhaps you should ask him first.


"Lord Toleranth, would you like to meet Auren?"

Yes Auren, he has agreed to meet you, though he doesn't look to happy about it.



Auren cast the teleportation spell, and arrived next to Alhana, and met Toleranth's eyes, and nodded to them, before going into a bow.

"Lord Toleranth, it has been a while."


The difference between the Auren Vermillion had begun to fought, and the one here is that there were no observers of Laos, nor were there any spies. Auren could garuntee that. In addition, Auren came completely unarmed.

Ayame giggled politely, "Yes, wandering sounds fun." The smile from her giggles stayed upon her lips, as she nodded while they walked.

Auren laughed.

"Laos doesn't know it yet, but..." Auren took hold of the collar, and detached it, and threw it aside. The grass in which it landed died and rotted away at unnatural speeds, on the other hand.

"Yeh see... Laos wanted to keep me under wraps, but I do have unlimited access to his library, so a few days sitting around in there, and I circumvented his control over me." He walked over to it, and fastened it on again. "Also, because he isn't actively looking for anything that I might be doing... On the other hand, I can't take the ring. It will be too suspicious. Alhana can send me word in when you're going to attack, and when Tsuki makes it back thisaway, she'll give you everything you need to know to rip the citadel open like a poor nfantryman subjected to one of our Dragonkiller spears."

Auren held out his hand. "Its good to see you, unfortunately, desperate times have cut down our meeting. I fear that I might be needed back at the Citadel." Auren bowed to Tolernath and teleported back to the Citadel.

Alhana had watched this silently. and nodded. "I'll take it for now, Lord Toleranth."

"Whenever you are ready, I'm ready. You must forgive Auren, as you know, he's on the enemy side, even though he's on ours."

((Feel free to inform of any problems or inconstancy that undoubtedly have shown up in what is to follow. Also, as an advanced warning I seem to find 'Tolly' inordinately amusing. xp ))

Karjic had been wandering the area for quite some time, having left the last town he had visited behind some time ago. The rumors and news that seemed to spread over the land like wildfire certainly were interesting, if disturbing on a number of levels. He walked quietly, or as quietly as one got wearing massively heavy armor and having a spiked chain wrapped around your waist while an axe larger then your normal human was secured across your back, contemplating the news and the potential ways one might take action in regards to it. A strange feeling grew within him as he wandered, it felt like the primal essence that made up his magical core seemed to be... shifting? It seemed to pull in a direction, a yearning like he had not ever felt before of something new being needed, but at the same time being intimately familiar and easily comparable to his own blood. Immediately changing the way in which he was traveling Karjic started to follow the pull he felt, changing pace as he did so from a sedate trot to what was nearly a flat-out sprint, moving at an impressive speed especially considering the amount of weight he was hauling around. As he gained ground the yearning and pull seemed to grow stronger, until he reached what seemed to be a relatively small town. Controlling himself he readjusted the various straps that held his armor and axe before walking at a more stately pace towards what seemed to be the source of the feeling. Oddly enough, it was a church which puzzled Karjic... out of all of the potential places he might have dreamed up from which this pull might emanate, a church was not one of them. Nervously stepping inside he felt the pull intensify for a moment before dropping off suddenly, accompanied by this was the sight of those inside; 'Tolly', Alhana, Tairon, and the priest. The feeling seemed to have come from either 'Tolly' or Alhana... it was hard to tell.

Karjic almost nodded, before noticing the whole blindfold thing and stopping himself. "I am... unsure if you might be able to help me, but I think so... I am unaware of what happened but I felt a... connection with you, a pull... or that's the best I can put it I guess. Why...?" Karjic was extremely uncomfortable with situation by the end and almost, almost fidgeting, the combination of how weird that sounded and dealing with an unknown person was still new and different, more so with others in the area.

Karjic nodded to himself slightly, he had figured he was related to dragons based on what he had heard of them in his short time in the presence of others, it was rather obvious he wasn't one of the more 'common' races given his 'skin' was a layer of emerald scales. "I had not had conformation... but I suspected, given what I had heard of dragons, limited as that may be. But why would you know one of my parents if that was the case...?" Karjic was definitely confused as to someone who for all appearance was elven, would know any large number of dragons.
