She gently smiled at him before reaching out, and touching the waters edge. This time, she actually focused. "Lake. Water, mud, 3649 rocks, metal staff, 59 guppies-" she pulled back before she started to get specific again, blinking.

"Thanks, Dayht. See that can come in handy. Though, it means I have to dig in the mud again." He chuckled. Apollo hunched over the pond and made a small light orb on his finger. He then dipped it into the water in case it helped him to see. Apollo smiled as he then could see the top of the staff. The male fae put his hand in and pulled out a dirty staff.

She shook her wet hand out, lightly frowning. "so THATS what happens if I actually try...odd." The female smoothly stood, beaming at apollo. "I'm glad I could help you!"

"Me too. Now if only you or I had something to get the mud off of me." He frowned as he tried to shake it off. His hair looked only brown instead of it's two colors. This was going to be hard to wash off once it hardened.

"I don't know, brown looks good on you." She lightly teased, grinning. "But if you can get me out of the forest, I know exactly where a lake is. Raken took me to it all the time."

Apollo nodded. "yeah, I have been to the beach. I haven't ever really swam much though. My mom and dad are both now swimmers." He explained with a nod then turned to look. "I wonder if we should fly?"

" . . . " A dark blush spread over her face. "I um...I...knew that...of...course I...did..." Why in the name of the gaurdians, hadn't she thought of that?!

Apollo chuckled. "As long as you are feeling okay, we can. I just hope the mud doesn't weight me down." Apollo chuckled again as he flapped his wings, they seemed to work pretty well.

"Course I'm feeling okay, don't worry 'bout me." She lightly smiled and fluttered her wings. Alright, she could feel a bruise beginning to form on her back, but besides that she was fine! "And don't worry, if you start to fall from the weight, I'll catch you." wink

Apollo chuckled. "Well, maybe I'll have to fall then!" He winked the flew up and over the canopy. Looks like they had walked pretty far, but flying they could get the lake in no time. Apollo nodded in Dayht's direction and flew towards the lake.

"ha ha, and maybe I'll have to 'accidently' drop you too." Her smile turned to a grin at that before she flew up after him. Her golden orange wings fluttered, the day fae quickly following him.

"Yeah, I didn't think of that." Apollo chuckled as he winked at Dayht. Apollo then looked back where he was going. It was too long before he was out of the forest and to the water. He landed on the beach and stood by the water. He wasn't much of a swimmer. Both his parents seemed to be scared of it for some reason.

after a moment, dayht lightly landed beside apollo. She looked out into the water. "Well...you going to go in or just stare at it?" The girl grinned

Apollo looked at Dayht with a frown. "Maybe I will just stare. It is a nice day and the water does look nice. No need getting wet... well I guess there is a need." He brushed his mud clumped hair from his face.
Apollo slowly walked into the water. "It's cold." He then sat in best he could with it being cold.

After a bit of thought, Dayht walked into the water and sat next to apollo, smiling at him. She could at least bear the cold with him! "bbbuuuurrr! It IS cold." The fae exclaimed, but it was with a chuckle. It was hard to get the girl depressed about anything.
