crying no one's posting...
i'd like to know what everyone else thinks. good idea? i think the mods had the right idea with the main rp, and would really like to resurrect it, becuase i hate to see all that work scrapped before it even starts.

i have also been checking this thread practically every day. sweatdrop i'd give more suggestions, but i've run out already. besides, you can't argue with the great ideas that the crew have come up with already. 3nodding

I feel that we, as a guild, should quit the switching around the topics, and go back to the old rp. When I first joined, I was a good rper, and it took forever to do anything, as a jedi. So I joined the sith, and trhough a long progress of posting, was once again rejected and blinded as a character. And right before I had the chance of becoming that one sith lord apprentice, yet again we switch rps. All I worked for, gone within the single thought of a member in the guild, which of course ended up with this mess. So, I tried, and had made a few mistakes on my application. So i waited forever to get rechecked, but for nothing. I'm on the first page for christ sake! This is why i say we go back to the old rp, it was fun and much more organized.

The last RP was so not organised. Ever wonder why you didn't get accepted as either a Jedo or Dark Jedi? It's because the Knight-to-Padawan ratio was completely messed up. blaugh
Besides, the goal for the RP, which was once clear, got completely lost in the mess of everyone trying to make their character significant. Players which did actually play a significant role became inactive (due to other real-life priorities) leaving those who followed them stuck, and therefore becoming inactive.
Considering most players list to play the Jedi/Republic role, the RP wasn't suited for this (we didn't discover this until after we made the RP xP), considering they were playing the "defending role". Therefore, it warrents a shift.
If you can tell me what the actual situation was when we finished the last RP (not around your character, but all the characters as a whole), and it actually sounds recoverable, I'll take it into consideration.

would you guys mind if i do some research? i know the whole point of the suggestion thread is to get the ideas that start rps, but no one seems to check the suggestion thread unless they either really want to rp or have an actual suggestion, which very few seem to have. maybe i could just start a poll and see how many members really want to rp? it's a little dumb to have to go outside the suggestion thread, but maybe they don't understand that that's where you go to get things moving. it might finally get them talking. or at least i could get an idea of how many people are really hear to seriously rp.

whatever, but it was better then what was made out of it. I don't even know why darkside luke is still a crew member, he logs in about once a month, and thats a fact sweatdrop . But once things get straightened out, I could lend you guys a hand in creating the Sith and Jedi Academy. I'm pretty good with those, if you want to see an example biggrin .
