As James put his arm around her, Kyrin leaned against him. She was more comfortable with him then she was with Draven, by far. "Jamie.." She said softly, "I made a man cry." She couldn't comprehend it. "He told me that if I could take care of myself that he wouldn't be here, and then he put his arms around me and started to say something... he didn't finish and he left crying." Kyrin was rambling now. I really need to find something to do...
Kyrin sighed into James' shoulder. She was calmed with him in the room, but she knew that the idea that it would blow over was wrong, but she wouldn't say anything to him in case he believed his own words.

"I'm sorry." He didn't know what else to say. He turned so he could slide his other arm across the back of her shoulders and hold her, hoping that his actions would convey more than his words could. James didn't often find himself at a loss for words, and yet, here he was, silenced effectively.

When James wrapped his other arm around her, Kyrin sunk into his embrace, she felt that nothing could go wrong at that moment. She couldn't remember the last time that she felt that way. Her mind was telling her that this was how it was when she was a child, but her body was telling her so much more. She knew that she was attracted to James, but she kept telling herself that she was merely confused and the feelings would go away as soon as she saw Craig again.
Thinking of Craig, Kyrin's heart nearly broke, he had been gone along time and she was lonely nearly every night. She had Izzy sleeping next to her, but having a girl, who acted like a seven year old child sleeping next to her, and having a very attractive man sleeping next to her were two entirely different things. And to top it off, Kyrin really missed her cousin. Felix and Kyrin had never been apart for so long before and Kyrin was starting to worry. And now with all of this happening, Kyrin wished more then ever for her cousin's companionship; there was only so much a man could do in the way of comfort.
Tears began to form in Ky's eyes. She was done for the day and she didn't know what else to do. She was crying out of mixed emotions. She was angry, sad, and lost all at the same time.

James continued to hold her. He himself was asking the internal question of when he had ever felt this comfortable, and it had been, for him, months. He didn't, simply didn't, feel like this over a girl, and yet this. A sense of soothed belonging, this was definitely nice. It wasn't something he wanted to give up.

Lily blinked and realized just sitting there wasn't going to do anything. So instead she climbed off of the stepple(sp?) and slid down the vines. Lily having seen her hands she had already bandaged them with torn strips from her unbuttoned shirt, then she stuffed her hands in her pockets once again. While she walked to the front yard before the mansion to look around she found some things and began to arrange them. Minutes passed and found Lily standing before an odd human like contraption six arms placed as a pair in different positions. Wiping the sweat from her face she left her creation and went to the rooftops slipping into her old habits easily. Two hours passed and she came back with a cloth full of things she obtained. Lily placed the awkard and heavy cloth bundle gently on the ground next to her contraption. Holding her weaknesses to the fore of her mind she began to strike at the humaniod thing. It was something she learned on the streets early on and had kept at just for pleasure and to pass the time. Her strikes didn't hit the mark often as she was always picture the item to be stolen near the arms. But, when she did the wood and junk would break, the stuff was aged so it meant nothing. It just gave Lily something to do until she could talk with someone again.

Izzy had stood wide-eyed as she watched everything going about. Losing herself in thoughts for a few moments as she considered all the different things she and Nori could do together, she came back to reality when Draven spoke to her. Not sure if she wanted to respond to the witch man, she was spared the decision when a bright blue butterfly fluttered by her. Without a seconds thought, she dashed after it, giggling.
With the sun shining brightly, she felt warm on the inside and out. Another new friend! I can't wait til Felix gets back! She'll be so excited!
Soon she lost sight of the butterfly but this didnt make her sad. She was glad that it could be free. Lifting her face up to the sky, she closed her light purple eyes, a small smile playing across her lips as she soaked up the light. With a sigh, she brought her eyes back to ground level and, opening them, spotted a figure by the large tree off to the side of their yard.
"Huh?" Curious, Izzy started towards the tree and the person who was strangely knocking on it.
As she came closer to the spot, she made out pale hair and baggy pants. Her face broke out into a smile as she exclaimed, "Fiore!" Her red locks bounced about as she ran over to Fiore, ready to envelope her school friend in a hug.
It seemed like ages since the last time Fiore had paid them a visit at the mansion and at school, they rarely had much time to play because Izzy always had to stay behind in class. It wasn't because she caused trouble or anything of the sort, but she never seemed to be able to remember anything that the teacher said that they learned that day.

Fiore's eyes widened, blind and working, as Izzy took her into a hug, her cheeks turning a deep red color. Could this mean that she had two crushes? She was in a bit of a confused state anyway...wondering where Felix was and why she wasn't letting her in. It seemed that her father had put her into isolation for so long that she didn't quite know what was going on anymore so she'd just have to get used to it.
"Izzy. H-how've you been? I've m-mis--"
Fiore rubbed her blank, blind eye out of nervous habit until some of the pinkish color left her face and she restabled her legs. She shook her head as though to try and get rid of her nerves, her silver hair swinging with it.
"Do you know where I can find Felix?"

Hugging Fiore tightly, Izzy nodded then stepped back, letting go of the girl and answering, "Felix is on vacation right now with Mikel. She's suppose to be back soon." She watched as Fiore's hair swung about. It's so pretty, and shiny, and... pretty. Izzy did like her own hair but Fiore's always seemed so much more elegant.
Bringing herself back to the moment, Izzy tilted her head to one side as she asked, "Fiore, why were you hitting the tree? Don't you like it?" Personally Izzy loved the tree. She could climb it if she felt like it and it would be the best tree for a treehouse, in her opinion anyway.

Kyrin sat with James for a while, tears streaming down her face, before she gently pushed out of his hold and stood. She wiped her eyes and mumbled something that sounded like "Sorry" and "Thank you", before she left the room; leaving James with Osiris and rather tastey looking sandwich on the floor. Ky was surprised that she had cried and in the back of her mind she was mad about it. She felt bad about leaving James there in the room, but she thought that if she stayed there any longer she would have began sobbing, and that was not something she wanted.
Resolving to do some actual work to keep her mind off of the things that were going on, Kyrin sought out Leif. Because Craig was gone, if Kyrin wanted background information on anyone, she had to go through Leif. The only bad part about it was that Leif always demanded some sort of payment. Kyrin didn't have to search very long to find Leif, as he was almost always in the same place.

"Uhmm..." Fiore scratched her head out of slight embarassment and habit of course, realizing that she had been making a fool of herself without gaining anything from it, since Felix wasn't even there anyway. That only meant one thing. Fiore was going to have to talk to Kyrin personally. But right now, her good eye focused on Izzy, who she hadn't seen in a good long time. She tucked a lock of silver hair behind her ear once she didn't feel embarassed anymore and looked down at her classmate.
She didn't bother answering Izzy's question and changed the subject quickly...thought Fiore couldn't help her mind wander to think about that person she had seen earlier...even though she was with Izzy. This was especially curious considering Izzy was Fiore's main motivation. But it was alright, she was happy to be here with Izzy nonetheless. Fiore hadn't been very social in her isolation, so she was glad to be with, well, anyone. "How have you been, Izzy? I haven't seen you in so long."

James sat a few moments, eyeing the large panther on the floor, and stood, leaving the room and shutting the door behind him. He was still worried about Kyrin, even when they were children he had never once seen her cry. And, selfishly, he hadn't gotten to vent himself. Jamie, no. She's infinitely more important than you are. You don't need to vent about anything. There's no problem, you fixed it by leaving. No regrets, remember? He pressed two fingers to his the temple of his forehead in the shape of a gun, mocking laughter. Truth be told, he wasn't anywhere near as collected as Kyrin thought he was, he was just really good at faking it. Besides, other people's lives had always stood out as easier to solve. They might not be less complicated, but wasn't it always harder to see the solutions in your own life?
He let himself into his room and made sure the gun was still there. He stashed it on his personage and pulled on a black button down shirt, making himself in that one movement look more collected and more intelligent than he felt at the moment. He stood in front of the mirror, girlisly fixing his hair and taking away the self doubt and the last two hours, and figured he'd go find out more about the newcomer. He locked the door when he left, for no particular significance.

Far down an alley that sat next to the invisible border between the upper and lower parts of the city, a heavy metal door with chipped red paint hid away the man of the Black Market: Leif. After years of hard work, of both the dirty and clean sort, Leif now found himself able to sit and relax and that was exactly how Kryin found him.
Feet propped up on his desk, Leif sat leaned back into his swivel chair as he played with his hand held game console. Sweeping away his green-tipped black hair out of this eyes in a slightly impatient manner, he glared at the screen with his eyes that currently reflected the deep blue of the 'game over' message.

After a near twenty minute walk, Kyrin stood infront of Leif, her expression was just short of distaste. She didn't really like to ask Leif for things, because she didn't particularly like the man. Narrowing her eyes, Kyrin took the hand-held console out of his hand and threw it behind her. It landed on a soft couch so no harm was done to it. Putting her hands flat on the desk Kyrin said, "I need information on Nori Blauvelt." Looking him in the eyes, Kyrin felt herself finally beginning to calm, working made everything else go away.

After stumbling into an awkward scene, Nori had rushed back to the kitchen. He wasn't sure quite what he had interuppted, but it seemed like the sort of thing he shouldn't stick his nose into. Upon tidying up the kitchen a bit, he looked around for some cleaning products. There weren't many there, but other than that, He figured this place needed a bit of work. The old Mansion deffinatly had character, but not in a flattering way. He figured maybe that could be remedied later. Looking out the window he noticed Lily outside and thought he might make his way outside.

James found Nori leaving, and wondered briefly if 'she' would mind being bothered. He approached slowly, smiling a little. "Excuse me?" He was careful to behave approachable and friendly, something he wasn't often.
