"Thank you." she replied softly, looking around the room with wide eyes. First thing that caught her attention was the CD player - she had never seen one up close before. Moving closer to get a good look at it, she touched it gently, trying to sort out what it would be. After a moment, she tilted her head, still looking to the device but asked; "What is this? It looks very expensive and I cannot determine what material it is made from. It reminds me of the device Dax-ona had shown me .. called Zen .. it used the mp3 so music could be heard."

(Ooc: Gonna head home, will be back in a bit ^^; )

"Oh!" The boy said with a smile as he walked over to the Cd player. "This is called a Cd player. It plays these things called Compact disks so that one can here music... much like a Zen." Looking around, he noticed that furs were hung so that the Cds could not be seen. Carefully he pulled on one of the furs, causing almost all of them in the room to fall to the ground. From one side of the wall to the other there were Cd cases, each with a small notch at the top of them. "These hold the Cd's... what kind of music do you like?"

She looked around in wonder, completely out of her element with this device and all the components it seemed to have. She looked over the collection, not recognizing anything that she was reading. Having been paying half attention to his question, her answer was a bit delayed. "There is yet a form of music I have found that I dislike. Though .. I suppose I prefer instrumental .. classical, folk.."

"Classical huh?" The boy said, looking around at all the Cds. "Well, this section here is dedicated to classical music..." He said, pointing to the wall of Cds to his left. There were so many different Cd's that it would be hard to pick from just one of them, as the boy knew. With a smile he turned and looked at her. "Would you like to go see the older me?" He asked with a slight giggle.

Blue eyes scanned the different selections, seeing if anything struck her interest. Finally she retrieved one. Just as she did, young Reeve asked another question. She could feel her cheeks changing color the instant he asked. Turning to him with a shy smile, she replied. "This .. Mozart .. has an interesting name. And .. I would not want to impose on your time, young or adult. Though perhaps it would be good if he is aware company is present." she said softly, lowering her head slightly, looking at the cover of the disk. Poking and prodding at the case, it finally slid open and she thought she had damaged it at first. "Oh no! Wait .. this is supposed to open?"

"What, you don't want to see him or something?" The boy said as he watched what Ziven was doing. He found her reaction very amusing when she found out that the case opens. "Of course it is! Now watch..." He took the case and took out the Cd. Dropping the case onto the ground he pressed a button on the Cd player causing that to open too. He set the Cd into the player then closed it. After a moment of silence the music began to play on speakers all thoughout the house.

"Of course I would enjoy being with him, in his company. What I mean to say is that if he is busy or has something else to do, I would not want to interrupt that. Even though I have a strong desire to be with him, I would want him to continue doing what he wants to do rather than what I want to do." she said with a small smile, bobbing her head. The smile faded when he started to show her what to do. Eyebrows raised as the disc was inserted in to the device, and positively squeaked with surprise when the music could be heard in all directions. She moved around, trying to determine what the source was but gave up right away also, realizing she had no idea what to look for. "It comes from all sides! It is like magic!"

"But you missing th fact that he isn't doing anything. Right now he is either training or building something in the lower levels... and rest assured he would rather be with you." The boy said with a smile. Despite his size and actions, he seemed to be highly intelligent. he watched as she looked around the room and laughed slightly. "Not, it's not magik. Tis technology!"

"Oh, I see." she replied softly to his first words, blushing much deeper. She looked around the room more, trying to sort out where the sounds were coming from still, and waiting for her cheeks to return to normal.

Watching her look for where the sounds were coming from made him laugh. "The music is coming from the speakers." He said, pointing to a small speaker-box in the corner on the ceiling. "There are several of them in every room, so you can hear the music wherever you go inside the house."

"The Zen was .. portable? It could be heard by one person, not in all rooms as this is. It is very interesting, how different something that is essentially the same thing can be from each other. Do you listen often?" she asked softly, still observing the different speakers and different parts of the room. Feeling more comfortable now, she moved toward the couch, lightly draging her fingers along the back edge of the material that covered the couch.

"Did I listen often? Me and myself were blind most of our lives... Music was one of the few joys we go out of the world." The boy said, almost sounding bitter for a moment. Memories of mean people filled his mind for a second, but they were washed away when he smiled. "Follow me, I'm gonna take you to older me." He said simply as he walked out of the room and into a hallway, going all the way to the end.

She looked to him for a moment with a neutral expression, rather surprised that he sounded bitter at all. When he said he was going to lead her to his older self, she nodded and followed after him, having no protest against this. "I am happy that you are now able to see, that you may experience the rest of your days differently than you had in your youth." she said softly after a few steps, still following him closely.

"Oh trust me, we are happy too." The boy said simply as he stopped suddenly. Bending down he pushed a carpet out of the way and opened up a trap door. As soon as the door was open a wave of heat hit the two of them, the air down below smelling like sulfer. "You'll get used to the smell, it's hard to avoid when you make a home in a volcano." He siad with a smile as he jumped to the lower sections. There was a ladder that could be used, but he didn't really seem interested in that. Once he landed on the bottom he moved a bit and waited for her to come down.

Nearly falling over young Reeve as he stopped suddenly, she peered down after him. With a grin, she too dropped through the opening, falling slowly to the floor below, the same way she would in the bar when dropping from the rafters. With the distance and the heat coming in to play, her skirt billowed out but not up as she made it to the floor. The fabric swished and slowly fell back to place once her toes touched. The smell and the greater heat were much different than what she was accustomed to. "Thank you, I will keep that in mind."
