Jyhad-of-Caine SporkLazer Myhna shook her head slightly. "I don't even know what I was going to say. Heh. "She looked up at him and smiled. "You know, humans think depression is an illness? They have medicines for it. Mother always taught me that the only cure for depression was to do the things that make you happy." She laughed quietly. "Ro---My human, the one who just left me, she kept trying to get me to take the sadness-medicine. Humans have strange ideas, eh?" "very much...my human companion took that drug...it didnt work...he tryed many times to end his own life because of this depression....its an ugly thing realy" "Humans expect medicines to cure everything, not just illnesses. They really are primitive creatures." She shook her head slightly and leaned lightly on Caine. "What about you? Why have you been so kind, to me, to the young vampire... What compelled you to be so open to strangers?"

Carrie found a large rock jutting out from the surface of the water and sat on it. She kept her feet submerged in the water, and looked up at the sky.
Why do I feel so akward today? Probably because I don't really have anything to do. I dunno, I think I'll just sit here for a bit and enjoy the sun and the water.

*Ryu unzipped her jacket and pushed it so it would flow behind her. I nice breaze was coming off the water, throwing her hair and jacket behind her, letting her face show completely. She squinted in the wind and rested her chin on her knees. She pressed her mouth to her legs, trying to warm the lower part of her face from the cool breaze. Feelings of emptyness filled her again, and her dark side floated close to the surface, trying to emerge. Ryu kept her eyes on the sitting girl, trying to imagine what she was doing, trying to sense her feelings so she could ignore her own.*

The sun... The wolf wanted to take over. So close to the full moon, it would be hard to resist. But the wolf wanted revenge, the wolf had been hurt. She couldn't let it out, it would kill. Slowly, she felt her ears emerging, her face lengthening into a snout. "No." She whispered through a garbled mess of half-formed fangs. She pulled herself away from Caine and colapsed to the ground. She held her head, trying to contain the beast. "No, no, no..."

She sat there, breathing hard. After a moment, she looked up at Caine and smiled. "I- I think she's restrained...For now. Sorry to disturb your moment of thoughtfulness."
