Eulalia Danae Arch the Angel Diruak raised his shield for the hit, the ice cascading off it. A satchel charge appeared in front of Lux, detonating as Diruak rushed him. Shield LP: 20 Armor LP: 85 MP:4 Arch brought his sword up, leveling it with Scarlett. "Yeh aihn't Ruby, ahn yeh ne'er wihl beh. Yehr juh's ahn ugly stehp-mothah, ahn yehr gonnah leht 'ehr goh, lehst ah mahke yeh." Lucas dissapeared in a flash of smoke, reappearing behind Diruak with the pole pushing forward to his back, to give that rush a little more push, hopefully into a stumble. (8 4 45) Scarlet locked eyes with Arch, "And how do you intend to do that? Killing us both?" She tightened her grip on the dagger behind her back, and with her other hand called forward a thin red snake, which formed in the corner of the room behind Arch, and slowly made it's way towards him. (20LP 20 damage if the snake's bite breaks skin--due to poison-- 5 damage in general attack.)(8 2 2 0 3 28 ) Diruak lurched foreward, but swung a pair of wings out, latching onto the bus, swinging himself on top of it. He leapt off, swinging his sword down at Lux. Armor LP:80 "Iffn' ah gahtta. Ruby'd ratheh daih'n knohw she 'ahd a pahrt ihn lettihn' yeh kihl e'erehohne." Arch dashed foreward, jabbing at her with his sword, a wing swinging down at her shoulder.

Lucas shot a shard of ice at Diruak as he flew towards him, then rolled out of the way, bringing up the staff in a defensive position. (7 4 40) "The be ready to kill her." Scarlet brought up the blood dagger to meet the wing, with the other hand she grabbed onto the sword as it sliced, holding it in her side. She could heal it later. (8 1 2 0 3 21) The snake took the oppurtunity to sidle up to Arch's leg and strike. (20)

He landed, his sword striking the staff, sliding down so it was in front of him as he landed. He swung his shield around at Lux's side.
Shield LP:10 ((gonna make me get rid of my shield. sad )) Armor LP: 80 MP:4
Arch stepped foreword, shifting his weight onto his other wing as he swung it down, pulling the one blocked by the dagger back.
The ice shard that was absorbed/launched by the shield came sailing through the window, and flew straight for the snake's head.

In truth, it was absorbed and then fired quickly, but I only say this so I can determine where it lands, despite Diruak's unknowingness to this. He landed, his sword striking the staff, sliding down so it was in front of him as he landed. He swung his shield around at Lux's side. Lux teleported in a puff of smoke, dark ice shards forming and jabbing outwards from where he once stood. He reappeared, a few feet behind Diruak, taking a quick moment to flip his coin. (6 3 40) Scarlet stepped back as the wing swung forward across her arm and into her thigh. She pulled it out, along with the sword, healing both wounds. With her left hand she flung the blood dagger at the Angel.(6 0 2 03 30) The snake drew back from the ice shard and went in for another strike at Arch's ankle. (10)

Diruak raised his shield, taking the shards. He cast the shield off, taking his sword two-handed. He saw the coin as it was flipped into the air. Diruak knew a great deal about demons' association with relics. One of his wings whipped out, snatching the coin and jerking it back to Diruak, who took the moment to rush forward with his sword swinging.
Arch blinked behind Scarlett, the dagger landing harmlessly, as well as the serpent. He quickly snatched up the book, kneeling, and placing the tip of his sword against it.
"Ah wouhldnah ahdvaihse ahneh suddehn mohvemehnts, wihtch." He said through clenched teeth.

"Now...what makes you think that I particularly care what you do with that book?" The snake in the corner hissed, but neither one of them made a move.

"I pay no heed to the pleas of demon spawn." He declared. "Now, defend yourself." He swung his sword again at Lux.
Arch continued glaring. "Soh yeh donnah cahre iffhn ah wehre tah puht a biht ohf extrah pressuah ahn iht?" Arch pressed a little, an impression forming, but not yet piercing the cover. Arch quickly sensed her mind for her given emotions and temperament, to see if he really was hanging onto an ace or a dud.

((indeed, and it is Haven....I don't remember which part I posted it but you can see the burned up island of Haven from the union city, and Ruby flew to the island before building the little castle.)) Lucas raised his pole to block the sword half heartedly, "I can't, damned angel. I'm cursed without it." He glared, knowing his powers would backfire without his luck charm. (35) Scarlet chuckled, "books don't bleed, sug, cept for this one." Her emotions were torn, the book was needed, but not that needed. She could reconstruct her research, although it would take time, it was possible, the majority of what she needed was already inside Ruby.

((Really? I didn't realize we were that close to Haven. I mean, I knew we were near the coast, but wow.))
"Then I give you a sporting chance." Diruak said, flinging the coin back with his wing, getting a good snap to it as it sailed over the cliff to the water.
Arch figured it was a dud, but it wouldn't hurt, so he pushed his weight down on his sword, impaling the book, then quickly shoved himself up by his legs, attempting to bull into Scarlett, his wings held back.

Lucas dived over the cliff for the coin, he pushed to dive through the air faster, then snapped up the coin in his hand before teleporting back to the cliff. He slipped the coin in his sleeve and gave Diruak a smile, "right nice of you, I'd return the favor, if it were in my power." He gave an apologetic nod before shooting ice shards from his hands in Diruak's direction. (5 2 35) Scarlet glared daggers at him, but before she could say anything his shoulder rammed into her gut. The snake dived at the two of them it's fangs striking out a third time. (6 0 2 0 3 25)

"Indeed? You must be a high-ranking demon, high enough to not be controlled. You seem to be only concerned with your coin, what bond has she over you?"

Arch was bit by the snake, jerking his leg back and quickly slicing at it with both wings, his leg suddenly locking up with the poison.

LP:25 Lucas swung his staff and used it to move out of the sword's way. "My true name dear fellow, she owns my very will with a muttering of words." He sent an ice shard hurling at Diruak. (4 2 30) The snake was sliced into bits. Scarlet pulled away from the angel and grabbed her book, even if it was stabbed through, it was still usable. She ran into her bedchamber across the tower room, and slammed the door shut. She needed a place to work undisturbed. She said a few choice words and the door of her room began to darken, then an eye blinked open on either side, a demon creature replacing the door to her room. (damage 5 LP: 30) (6 0 1 0 3 25)

"Couhld uhse sohme 'ehlp, Diruak!" Arch yelled as he planted his sword in the ground, using it to help prop himself up. He began to shuffle after Scarlett, grunting as he went.
Diruak countered the ice with a blast of holy light, consuming the shards. He made to attack again, but overheard Arch's cry, and flew up there, finding the weakened Angel.
"Gihve meh ah 'ahnd, she wehnt thaht waih." He forced out, motioning in the direction he pointed.
Diruak extended a few wings, helping to hold Arch up, and started moving towards the door.
"Diruak, doh the wohrd "Delepitorael" meahn ahnehthihn toh yeh?"

Scarlet drew out another blood circle, on the floor next to her bed. It was only a bit more time that she needed, the damaged book was a problem, but most of the words were still legible despite the stab wound. She marked the proper page and began the process of righting out the spell.
"Mistress," The door creature groaned like creaking wood, "An armored angel has joined the other." The eyes on either side of the door blinked, and branchlike appendages stretched out, their sharp ends threatening.
Scarlet cursed under her breath, Lux must have failed. "You won't handle them on your own." She spoke to the door, then made a quick blood circle to the side of the first one. She called forward five blood red beetles, (10LP each, 5 damage--if they successfully bite they paralyze the general area/limb bitten.) The five bugs scuttled to the door, hiding just underneath.
(6 0 0 0 3 25)
Lucas teleported after Diruak, appearing in a poof of smoke in front of the door, leaning casually against the black staff. He heard Arch say the word, and tilted his head in slight curiosity, but shrugged it off and sent a handful of sharp ice shards at the two angels.

"Delepi.... it's a name! The witch controls her demons with their true names!" Diruak turned to Lucas, who had just appeared.
"Delepitorael, I command thee stop."
Then he got hit with the ice.
Armor LP: 60
Arch pushed himself up, his natural resistance to poisons fighting it off. "Truhe nahmes, 'uh?" He said as he saw the name had no effect on Lucas. "Huh." He said, a grin growing over his face.
"Peace." He muttered, the mansion filling with the pale aura, enveloping them all.
