(Edited) Fiore looked into the glass chamber...there were a row of wall sensors and two sprayers on the ceiling. Fiore was determined though, wanting to show her father what she could do. The engineer turned to her with a clipboard in her arms. "The technology for this is very complex. Since you are testing out the product, you have no choice but to make yourself visible to the wall sensors. Be careful and good luck." With her stopwatch in hand, the engineer opened the door for Fiore.
Before Fiore exposed herself to the sensors, she pulled her goggles over her eyes and pulled up her shirt so that it covered her nose and mouth. There wasn't much she could do here except get as little of the substance in her nose and mouth as possible...Fiore prepared to run right through it. Her object was the exit door on the other side and Fiore prepared herself.
She ran directly through the sensors which set off the sprayers instantaneous. The clear substance seemed almost like water, and dripped down her goggles to her cheeks. It was almost impossible not to get the substance into her nose and mouth...and Fiore felt herself slowing down as she got closer to the exit...
H-How interesting...there's no way to get around it if you hadn't taken out the sensors first...I have to finish...
Fiore pushed through the weariness to open the metal door, falling down at the base of the door...she felt limp and her arm slipped away from her shirt, allowing the substance to drip into her mouth...The engineer ran over with a towel and a sterylized (sp?) wiping pad and wiped Fiore's skin down until there was no more of the substance left, as Fiore lay there helplessly, just on the bridge of conciousness and unconciousness. Am I really this weak?...Is this a dream. Father wont be impressed. I have to train more. Thoughts raced through her mind as she lost her ability to think to darkness.

 "Yes, you can have hot chocolate and I will have one too," Ky said softly to Izzy, "Tell them that you are on business for Matsui, okay?" Stroking the girl's red curls she sent her off to the counter.
Kyrin sighed and sat down at a table, looking at her surrondings Kyrin noticed the girl, Lily, that she'd met the day before. Her eyes narrowed as she noticed her, but she quickly softend her face as she noticed Izzy returning with the drinks.

Finally arriving at someplace they could eat, the twins slunk into a near by booth and laid there heads on the table. Periodically, they'd glance at one another through sheets of ebon and violet hair at their other. It was only when the waitress arrived did they perk up to give their order, and even then they were a bit sluggish. To say the least, mornings didn't work well with the twins. For hours they would shuffle by until darkness once again fell and their energy returned. They were practically nocturnal by now, only sleeping at night to keep their days and nights straight.
Finally, the food arrived and then it was gone. for two ravenous teenagers, a plate of three eggs, five slices of bacon, sausage and a pile of pancakes bathing in syrup was nothing. The two plowed throw it as if it were liquid gold, just waiting for their picking. Once finished, they ordered a cup of coffee and sat back in their booth chatting.
"So, where are we headed tonight?" Payne asked as he pulled the warm liquid away from his lips. Rayne thought for a moment before replying.
"Any ideas? I was thinking Pinkley's up the road. However, I think that would be a lack of a challenge in profit." Payne contemplated this for a moment before shrugging.
"Yes, I agree, but have you seen our acount lately? We're down to these clothes we're in now, 20 dollars and this ring on my finger." At this point, Payne held up his hand to show Rayne the ring. Of course, she already knew it was there. it was supposedly their "father's", where ever the hell he might be, and for some reason, Payne found it vital to live. Rolling her eyes Rayne let out a sigh and slumped her head onto the table again.
"Why don't we search around, gather news, whatever and then decide tonight. Heck, if we can find the shadow guy again, he might be able to tell us where's a good challenge that's worth the loot." A grin pressed on the lips of both of the twins as they clasped hands and winked. By the end of tonight, a new plan would be formulated.

 Felix awoke from her puddle of drool with a start. Oh god...., she thought to herself, taking out her digital watch. The glowing numbers confirmed that it was indeed the early afternoon...and due to over exhaustion, she had just taken a very long nap on the old kitchen table while she was making her toast yesterday. "An entire day wasted...," Felix grumbled to herself, wiping the burnt crumbs off her cheeks.
Taking a deep breath, Felix stretched her long, lanky arms out wide, letting out a huge yawn. What to do...what to do... she thought to herself while wandering around the room. There was something specific that she was supposed to remember to do that morning, but seeing as Felix was so disoriented, it might as well have been yesterday...she couldn't for the life of her remember. I think I was supposed to tell Ky something... Felix pondered, tracing her fingers thoughtfully along the hallway's wallpaper as she walked back to her lab, But...what was it....
Before she realized it, Felix had already reached the door to her laboratory, where pounding music could be heard clearly from within. Suddenly the door flew open, but it was the loud volume that knocked Felix to the ground. That's it!! Felix remembered, all of the events of lasts nights creation flooding back to her. Ignoring her throbbing eardrums, soon to grow deaf from the noise, Felix ran inside the room, fumbling around for her video-phone."Ky!!" she yelled into the device, not bothering to wait for her picture to come up, "You and Izzy need to come see this!"

Lily pulled herself back from her spaced out gaze and finished off the last of her drink. Getting up she pushes in the chair and goes over to the bartender only to shake her head at the offered refill and to shake her dazed feeling away.
Turning Lily suddenly stands stock still at seeing the two ladies from before, She nods in their direction as she starts to walk past them.

Before Kyrin had even had a chance to lift her drink to her lips her phone started to emit a techno beat. Sighing she reached into her pocket and flipped it open, a very loud Felix appeared on the screen, "Alright...alright I hear you." Kyrin grumbled, "We'll be right there." Kyrin wasn't happy about having to go back to the mansion, all it meant was she was going to be cold again... when she didn't think she needed to. Hanging up on her cousin Ky turned to Izzy and said, "Delay of plans...We're going back home for a second. Felix has something for us to look at."
Kyrin looked once more at Lily, before dimissing her entirely, the Butterfly Mafia had seemingly urgent business to attend to. Or at least it had better be important... Because now Craig will have to wait too... Kyrin thought, almost sadly. Craig was one of Kyrin's best friends. He happend, also, to be Ky's only male friend. Today is not going as planned. Standing up, Kyrin took her drink in on hand and Izzy in the other and began to trudge back to the mansion; her attitude turning sour the second they stepped out into the cold.

Lily watche them go and waving back at the bartender she went out into the cold. She was use to cold weather in her holely outfit looking around for what to do next she some people selling their wares on the sidewalk. "Luck brings me fools and I use them." Done with her favorite hobby she finally goes on to the library where the male librarian greets saying it had been a while since she was last in. The other people disregared her as trash but for some reason he had decided to trust her and give her a chance to do something practical. He tells her that the computers are practically empty at the top floor and Lily makes her way there. Instantly Lily is emersed in the internet exploring all kinds of things some good some bad and some illegal.

 Izzy drank her hot chocolate happily before she noticed the girl from the day before. Izzy waved happily and was about to go over to talk to the girl but Kyrin's phone began to ring and they recieve a message from Felix.
"Okay! Do you think that Felix will let us play with her new toy when we get home? I want to play with it!" She asked Kyrin as they walked out of the pub.
Izzy looked at Kyrin as they headed back to the mansion, seeing her expression, and asked innocently, "Ky? Why arent you happy?" Izzy felt like she couldnt really feel happy if Kyrin wasnt happy. "Am I making you mad?" Izzy asked the question sadly, feeling bad for making her best friend upset.

Kyrin looked down at Izzy in surprise; her expression warmed. "I'm just cold...and I don't like it." Pulling Izzy into a close embrace she said, "Don't worry."
Kyrin let Izzy go and held her hand out, "If we run, maybe we'll be warmer." She said in an attempt to have Izzy smile.

Fiore opened her eyes and rubbed them to release the blur. She was in her room now, so Fiore guess she had been unconcious for more than her father had allowed the engineer to take a break. Fiore felt that her hair was wet, and figured that she had probably been drenched with water to get the substance off of her body. Fiore made a fist and felt her anger level rising, wanting to just punch her fist into the wall.
Fiore took a deep breath and changed back into her usual underarmour and cargo pants. Seeing her grandfather by the door, she walked right past him, towards the kitchen. Fiore poured herself a bowl of honeycomb and sat at the table by herself, unaware that her grandfather was watching her from the side...She need to learn to let people in...that's when she will be the strongest
After finishing her bowl of cereal, she looked at her watch and followed the second hand, realizing that she had slept untill a bit afternoon. I can't believe that I was so weak...I'm not strong enough...But I already know everything anyone can teach me...I have to get stronger...but how?
Fiore wiped a crumb away from the corner of her mouth and decided she need to blow some steam...anger wasn't going to get her anywhere...her eyes blazed as she slammed the front door behind her and headed out towards the mansion...she made her way there and climbed up her usual tree...she could tell that there was movement inside...she rested her head on the back of the tree trunk and remained hidden...her eyes still blazing, that is, until she saw two figures running down the street. Fiore's harsh orange eyes softened a bit when she could identify them as Izzy and Kyrin.

Izzy was happy for the hug and her face lit up with a smile at Kyrin's suggestion, "Ok! Last one home is smelly!"
With that, Izzy sprinted off, giggling. She loved the sound of the snow crunching under her feet and how the sun seemed to make everything sparkly. Izzy knew that Kyrin didnt like it but she couldnt understand why, it was just so pretty!
Coming up to the mansion, Izzy smacked the door, signally that she had made it first. She threw up her hands and danced around the front yard, rejoicing, "Yay! I'm first! I'm first!"

Shifting his hand through his shoulder length blonde hair, Craig squated down next to Lily at her computer and said, "Excuse me, miss." Ever the gentleman Craig smiled at her kindly, and held out her wallet, "I couldn't help but notice, you dropped this on your way in."
He was tall at 6'2", but bending down next to Lily's table, he looked a lot less like a giant. He wore baggy dark blue jeans and a white T-shirt. Over his arm was slung a black leather jacket. His ring finger on his left hand bore a tatoo of a solid band, it almost resembled a ring. And he had a piercing on his right eyebrow and one on his left ear. His dark blue eyes sparkled with something short of mischeif. If he didn't look so sincere, one may think he was up to something.

Kyrin laughed at Izzy's happiness and stopped running at the gate, breathing evenly she said, "You always do."
Ky was just about to say something else when she heard a familiar growl, Osiris wasn't happy about something. "Sai?" Kyrin called, "Where are you?" When she was not immediately answered, she went after the sound.

Lily, startled out of her exciting exploring, looked at the stranger in puzzlement; She then saw the wallet she had stolen. "Oh...um thanks.." She wasn't use to being treated so kindly and didn't know what to say. "My...guy wouldn't like it if his wallet was forgotten."
Lily took the wallet and stuffed it into her, dirty, holey pants and noticed that her shirt had a boot print from the night before; She tried to dust it off. If I can get this guy's trust...he may be someone worth stealing from. Play it cool, Lily, play it cool.

Stopping in her victory dance, Izzy followed Kyrin to Osiris. Bending down to the little black panther when they found it next to a tree, Izzy asked the cub playfully, "Silly kitty, what are you doing?"
Looking up at where Osiris growled, Izzy spotted a girl in the tree. She grinned and waved happily, "Hello Fiore! Are you playing in the tree? Can I come play too?"
