True, depends on the author. But in the vast majority of cases, I'd go for a classic because they're usually "classics" because they're good, and enduring. Whereas thrillers tend to be some kind of cheap fad. (Cough Dan Brown) Not saying that some of them aren't good, but I prefer classics.

Life is an interesting concept... I could respond "how" if we could actually identify what "life" is... how do we know we are alive? we could all simply be thoughts, thinking we are alive... And then we come to the answer: I think, therefore I am. So life is fairly good, in my thoughts. BWAHAHA i just pulled a Polonius!!! WOOT! If you don't know who Polonius is you should cry scream

(You like Calculus??? Are you insane!?)
Shark with a laser beam. The squid would beat the shark, but in general, the shark is stronger.

(I'm surrounded by math geeks -- stellar. How can you like calculus? It involves actual thinking!! And thinking sucks!!)
My ethnicity is Chinese, but I was born in Quebec. By the way, the question in fragmented Japanese, which I do not speak, but felt like asking as a whim, was, "Do you understand Japanese"?
Ni kan de dong putonghua ma? Parlez-vous Francais?
Answer either question, or both.

And the answer to your question is no, I only speak either English, Chinese, or French (and some C!) well. Is that Dutch? There are similarities to German, in which the question would be "Sprechen Sie Deutsche?"
I assume the next person will like math, so, why on earth do you like this cursed subject? Or if you don't, why not?
