Monkeyinafryingpan LuckyMX I agree with the original post. There are just way too many planets for us to be the only life force in the universe. I don't really know how this contradicts Christians (my religion) but I think aliens would look just like us or some form of us. Nothing wild and imaginative. Thank god (no pun intended) some sanity. Yes, think about it, the universe does NOT end!!! EVER!!! No loop, no walls, nothing, it is INFINITE! There HAS to be lifeforms out thee that are smarter than us!
Whether or not the aliens are smarter than us is a matter of opinion. Does smarter have to mean more technologically advanced? Or philosophically? Or socially? I'd say Plato was smarter than Gates, but Plato didn't do much innovation outside of the mind. Rosa Parks was smarter still; she changed society.

Anyway, I too believe there are other life forms out there. And this will probably sound a little crazy, confusing or even messed up but still it might be possible right?
That other life forms or aliens might have been to are planet a few times but haven't made contact with us humans because maybe they find most us inferior too them considering that they must be very intelligent to create more advanced and efficient ships to travel from different galaxies and planets.
And what about the possibility that some might be on are planet now in disguise? Learning of how we humans live our life. And the different types of languages and writing so they can communicate better with us. Since obviously they will be speaking and writing an a different language that does not exist on Earth.
But then, there are many dangers of us meeting other living organisms that do not exist on Earth. We might develop some type of illness from them. They might be hostile and attack or enslave us. Or some people might just refuse to befriend them or vice versa and start a war. And some people might offend the aliens (can't think of anything else to call them right now) since some people will like to know what there made of, by experimenting on them. And some humans might take advantage of the aliens technology, and use them for their own purposes, like robbing a bank or destroying something.
