I'm not sure if anyone else is following this, but there is a family in Florida that is suffering threw SBS (shaken baby syndrom). They went to pick up their 5 month old son from the daycare and found something wrong with him... The whole story is there on the mother's MySpace page and she has links in her blogs for the news reports. Kaleb's story

Yes Lil Jo, and that is so wrong for the woman that shook Kaleb to get out on a 5,000 bond, a slap on the wrist basically...Hopefully, Kaleb will pull through this and be a happy, healthy little guy. I'm praying for their family God knows this has to be so difficult...I can't even imagine.

does anyone know what the US law on the collection of personal data is? I am not willing to subscribe to myspace without knowing that. Here in Europe privacy is thoroughly protected, but myspace warns me that my data will be transferred to the us if i subscribe and that laws are different there...
