Anderson Haaru snickered to himself as the visual of the blast which was deflected fixated upon the Shadowen. " That's right, come to me. " He Stood as the door into her personal quarters opened, a man carrying an assortment of clothing entering. " I'm heading to that area to personaly see this through. I want to watch, with my own eyes, the ascension of my dear subjects. "

-=The V-Units=-
The V-1 moved a bit after the blast, the shield which had been formed around it and it's brother suit flickered as the particals of the blast passed through. It wasted a mere 3% of power in the blast, and dissengaged the cannon as the sword of it's brother began to shimmer valiantly. The shield fell and surged into the spread of the sword, only to be replaced by a much more conentrated energy barrier from the V-1. It was an apparent situation; The V-Units were supporting one another, varying their attacks and defenses' in order to maintain an equalibrium of power. The V-1 packed more power, but the V-2 had the upper-hand in defense. One ballistic and physical contact, the other sheer force of energy. A pair to be reckoned with.

The suits scanned the incoming Shadowen unit, a full layout flashing through their millions of microprocessors. They knew it's full build and how to counter it's every move, being built after it, and by the same people. The two massive twin suits which varied only in weapon choice and minor color adjustments, towered over the incoming Shadowen unit preparing their duel assault.

-=At the Hangar=-
Seig growled as he closed his eyes, his mind drifting off through the empty void before him. The guards payed him no mind, and had their full attention drawn to the battle which was about to occur. ~Look, I don't know if you can hear me, but you have to do something to get those two suits apart.~

He growled as the words echoed through his head, not being sure if his telepathic words were even making it to their intended target. ~Don't worry about how I know this, but those suits were built to eleminate any Shadowen Units after the Prototype, which you are currently piloting. You have to let me help you!~

~Seig, my dear subject, are you trying to defeat the V-Units? How childish~ A Distant and unknown, although familiar voice pulsed through Seig's mind. How? He could feel it, sheer power. This voice, this person was so close, yet so far away. How could anyone be that strong? The thoughts rushed through his head. " An....der-s-on.."

The V suits seperated, as the V-1 unit held the shield around itself. The attack from the Shadowen served to apply little to no damage, but it's brother, on the other-hand sustained a nice gash along it's left side. The V-2 gripped and swung wide with the sword, a lash of energy rushing from the tip due to the absorbed power from the collapsed shield. The ray of pure energy bolted directly towards the Shadowen Unit as a metalic cry echoed from the V-2

" That's it.. Push that suit to it's limits! " Anderson jetted forward towards the battle, a small battalion of suits, encased in black cloaking sheilds surrounded him. One normal sized golden and silver colored mech emersed by black giants. Some It would seem that anderson had the power to destroy everything in the initial area without much of a fight.. but he had other things on his minds. " It's time for this little project of mine to begin! "

The V-2 counter-attacked the insuing Shadowen with a barrage of laserfire from it's chest area. The rain-like spray of energy flared out and declared to consume the significantly smaller unit.

V-1 turned towards the base which the Shadowen had came from as the sheild began an awkward action of filter through it's chest. It formed a sort of doughnut around the mech as a hatch on the chest opened and began to shimmer.

Anderson Smirked as stopped a short distance away from the V-units and the Shadowen. He saw that the V-1 was gathering energy for a devistating assault to destroy the base, and also took note to the V-2 actions. " Working together perfectly. If he attacks the V-1, he saves the base but dies all at once by the hands of the V-2. If the attempts to destroy the V-2 then the base will be destroyed before he can attack the V-1. " He laughed manicly as one of the enormous mechs which followed him flickered and vanished from sight. " Seig, Subject 1, Let's hope you survive. "

The V-1's chest area pulsed quickly as the array of energy collapsed suddenly. The V-2 recovered and boosted forward to deliver a protective sheild before the line of attack of the Shadowen's blade.

-=Initiating Data Recovery=- The Shadowen launched a single cable from the left forearm, attaching itself to the head of the V-2. The suit froze in place as the V-1 retreated back to a safe distance to continue gathering energy.

-=Compiling Data=- Several images swept over the cockpit of the Shadowen to attempt to display a list of alterations that were being made in the suits' interior.

-=Suit Alteration Complete. V-2 Proto Data Copy Initiated. Rerouting Power To Armor Shedding Mode And Arm Energy Compactors=- The beam blade which the Shadowen weilded doubled in length from the burst of rerouted energy.

Anderson Haaru smiled as he opened a communications control with the V-Units. " Initiate Psy Berserker Mode. " He turned from the sight of the battle and towards the center of the area where Seig was being held. He nodded towards a seperate screen which held the image of a masked pilot . The pilot nodded in recognition and the screen cut out. " Well Seig. Time for you to play your role in this little war. "

The V-Units composed themselves as their cockpits shifted a bit. A solitary organic life-form came to life within the base of the suit, a rather small container filled with semi-transparent green liquid. All AI controls shut down as well as the suits for a moment before they re-activated.

V-2 found itself looking into the oncoming attack of the Shadowen unit and moved aside as it's brother suit came to life. V-1 composed itself quickly and opened a link with the V-2. " So, Anderson has awoken us? Well then, looks like it's time. " It spoke with a human like voice as the energy shield which had collapsed began to ressonate around it once more. The V-2 placed it's massive sword before it, the hand of it's left arm pressing against the flat of the blade as it prepared to block an immediate impact. Both suits aurinated with a dull purple glow.

Seig stumbled as the side of the complex shook. He almost fell over as the alarms of the complex began to scream through the halls. He turned around to find the far side of the complex in flames, a solitary set of eyes bursting into the flames. " What the hell?! "

The V-Units emerged from the blast zone of the battlefield in a glowing formation. Their combined energies had encased them in a protective layer of dense energy, enough to repel mass desity shells if need-be. The V-2 placed the length of it's sword on it's right shoulder, holding out it's left arm towards no apparent target. The V-1 began to visibly channel energy through it's brother suit, a ball of energy forming into the palm of the V-2's hand.

-=On The Ship=-
Seig found himself face to face with a man in a mask. He clentched his fists in his confusion of who the man was. The man quickly moved in a manner which Seig could not follow. He slammed his knee into Seig's chin, causing seig to be lifted from the floor in the low gravity area. As he slammed into the ceiling, Seig composed himself, placed his feet against the steel ceiling, and launched himself at the masked figure. Flipping head over heel, he landed a kick into the man's chest which sent him flying in the opposite direction. Upon kneeing into the ground, he launched off after the man, only to be caught in the shoulder with a bullet.

Everything spin as Seig's blood splattered the walls. Individual droplets of blood floated freely for a moment before eventually drifting to the floor. He impacted with the floor and the man grabbed him by his collar as he began to drag him away. " Subject retrieved. Returning. "

-=On The Battle Field=-
A number of Anderson's personal guards had taken direct hit to their active cloaking sheilds. The had moved to intecept oncoming rounds so as Anderson wouldn't have to worry with dodging them. As he recieved the notification from his top subordinate, he smiled and turned back to watch the V-Units. " Ah, those two are still unparalleled when it comes to working as one. Once Seig is safely away from that vessel, I'd give it two minutes tops unil it's destroyed. " With that, he smiled and bursted off to meet with his Subordinate and Seig.

As the shield of the V-1 took the brunt of the attack, a com link opened up with the Shadowen. " Pilot! State your name! I want to know the name of the man which pilots the Shadowen so flawed! " The voiced sounded as if a normal man, yet it was emitted from the V-1, a suit with no pilot.

-=Battle Statistics Show A Mass Amount Of Unmeasured Energy Streaming Between The V-1 And The V-2. Previously Obtained Data Within My Database Indications That The V-2 Is An Attack Based Suit, While the V-1 Is Obviously A Defense Based Suit. The Only Difference Between Covering Teamwork Is The Ability To Stream Energy Between Them.=- A Diagram appeared on the screen on the units' layouts. A visual flow of energy emitted between them, flowing back and forth rapidly.

-=They Share Simular Energy Sources, Yet The V-1 Makes It It's Own Job To Control Defense, But By The Data Obtained From The V-2, They Can Simultaniously Switch Roles, Making It Impossible To Corner One And Use An Attack Prowness Against It's Weakness.=-

Seig Grunted, his eyes opening slowly as he was being strapped down within the hold at the rear of an unfamiliar cockpit. He strained at the straps which held him in place, his muscles bulging with the power of the nano-machines within his bloodstream. " Damnit! These things are incredibly strong! "

A voice peirced his concentraition. " Those were made specificly to hold you in place. You'll find that you encounter that material quite abit in the job that Master Anderson has in store for you. " As the name slipped through his masked lips, a face appeared on the front veiw panel.

Anderson bared his teeth as he looked at the captured Seig. " As fashionable as always. The blood is suiting as well. " He laughed. " Arlion, get ready for the ride of your life! " The view screen cut out and was replaced by open space. The masked pilot took his seat and activated the suit, bursting from it's floating, cloaked state, to a full on boost of pure speed. Seig was forced back into the wall behind him with a sneer. " Damnit, what's going on here? "
