Here's a kind of fanfic type of poem. Enjoy.
One Rainy Day
One rainy day I strolled
on the street of Cherry Lane
when I saw a small somebody
sitting sadly in the rain.
I went to him and said "What's up?"
But he only looked forlorn
I felt a lil embarrassed
But he continued to look torn.
I had no idea what to do
so I shared my umbrella with him
he asked why I did such thing
I said it was a whim.
He was so sad that
I wished I could do something
So I offered the pretzels from my bag
But he couldn't stop his staring.
"Why are you being so nice to me?
This isn't doesn't mostly happen."
He asked if I knew him well
Or if I was after a dollar ten.
I said that I could stand people
looking forlorn in the rain.
It breaks my heart and I wanted to
always make them smile again.
He looked like he didn't trust me
But I could only smile and grin.
He continued to stare strangely,
I wonder what I was to him.
It usually was a thankless job
to make someone happy
the rain had stopped, I had to go
I couldn't wait for any.
Then a couple of words I heard
That I have never heard as much
He looked up and mumbled "Thank you"
and turned away to blush.
I watched his stern red face
look happier than before
He was cute when he was happy
My heart started to beat more.
Maybe I fell in love that day
to someone who needed me
It was always hard to make him smile
but I'll try to, patiently.
...
But now he has gone off and
left no comforting words of good-bye
The "Thank You" that should've made me smile
now only makes me cry.
I want to grab the moment
when he has come back to me
I will drag and beat him, then heal him
if the need of it comes to be
Now I'll be content to remember
the rainy day on Cherry Lane
when I saw a small somebody
sitting sadly in the rain.
