Final Fantasy VII from Sephiroth's viewpoint would be pretty hot I think... rising through the ranks of SOLDIER, having a sweet a** sword, finding out you're were created like a monster, going on a killing spree, it'd be good fun. but if you wanted it to be a good character I'd go with Tifa

I actually think Barret would be a cool main character. He was my second favorite.

El Laberinto del Fauno Probably vincent as he has more to do with the overall main story than any of them really, other than that in some weird twist probably sephiroth i agree since Vince did fall in love with sephiroths birth mother and soon after she was traped in the crystal and for some reason Vince thinks that he is the one that put her there then he was on a dumb quest(filled with anger)to find the evil Dr.Hojo and kill him. and so on and so fourth

I'd say Aeris, since a good part of the storyline revolves around the Cetra.

Tifa I think.. her story is intertwined in Cloud's so the game wouldn't make too much of a shift in difference. They'd all meet up in the right sequence, find out the same stuff in about the same time frame... Clouds psychotic phase would still be a major issue...and the burning of the their home town could still have been told as a big part... you know.. same stuff basically. Accept, now you'd probably be fighting for protecting and helping your childhood friend and revenge for your dad.. Oh, and the mako and the whole 'all that is right' jazz... :3

It would most definately be either Aeris or Sephiroth baecsue they are the most important part of the story.

I think Aeris would be the lead character because she brought the best out of everyone in the game, and they all missed her deeply when she died. crying
