He smiled at her. 'Maybe this is what mom was telling me about.' he though, searching the ground for a pot or basket. a thin blush came over him. 'Maybe this is what ..... love is.' he thought, a sense of joy shooting up into his throat.

But we've only just met...but he is so nice to me. I cant fall for anyone so easily,like that one time... she thought,remenbering what happened last time she felt something for someone. A slight fear struck her as she slowly let go of his hand,letting it fall to her side.
"Do you see anything around here? Maybe I might have to weave you one"she said and looked up at him with a smile.
Hes my friend...nothing more right? she asked herself,unsure in her mind.

"Aha!" he cried, picking up a good sized wicker basket. He placed the flower in it carefully, then smiled to Kana. "I knew you were right. Thank you." he said, his face exuding joy. "Y'know, Kana, I don't think I have had this much fun with anyone before. I'm really glad you decided to be my friend." he said, looking gently into her eyes.

Kana's eyes widened,the suprise of finding a basket of a right size making her happy. She nodded,looking up at Dmetri as well. "I'm also happy that your my friend Dmetri." Kana then held her hand out as some dirt from the ground outside came and filled up the area around the plant,giving it more soil to branch out in. After that happened she fell to her knees,sighing.
"I'm sorry,that took a lot out of me..."she said,reffuring to her powers. She never really used them that much with intention,so when she did,it strained on her and made her tired.

Dmetri knelt beside her quickly, putting a hand on her shoulder. "Are you sure you're ok? Maybe we need to get you to your dorm for some rest." he said, putting his arm around her and helping her to stand, making himself into a brace. "What dorm do you have, and we'll get you there, post haste." he said, holding his flower in his free hand.

"I-I'm sorry...I dont really know. I met you when I first got here,so I dont know where my dorm is. I'm sorry" she said softly,looking down. She felt weak mentally and that effected her body in turn. She knew she was stronger-could be stronger, and that thought frustraited her. "Maybe...the nurses office would be good?" she thought,feeling sleepy.

He hit his forehead with the palm of his hand. "Of course. C'mon, I'll help you there." he said, bracing her and lifting her slightly to keep her legs from using all of her energy.

"I-I'm sorry for all this trouble" she said softly,walking with him to the hospital. Her face looked flushed from her trying to be helpful to him and not put all of her weight on him.

Austin would appear at the gate of the bath house, blushing and being dragged along by an apparently rather bouncy Kia.
Austin wasn't used to being dragged along. Usually, if at all, HE was the one dragging and not the otehr way around.
"K-Kia? You can let go of my hand now. We're t-there..."
Austin would scarefully pull his hand away to scurry nervously away to the changing rooms. SANCTUARY!

After watching the apparently terrified Austin scurry off into the boys' changing room, she shrugged softly and made her way into the girl's changing room.
She wanted to be there first so as to not keep him waiting, so she put on her pink two piece in record time, tying her hair up into two long pigtails for a finishing touch before racing over to the co-ed baths.

Austin was apparently on the same wavelength, and ended up racing Kia to the bath. She'd go on to beat him, but that was because he wanted to pull off a cannon ball which would go on to create a large splash steamy, warm water.
Austin would surface a moment later, smiling slightly.
"Sorry. excess energy.."

Well within the range of his bold cannonball, Kia found herself assaulted with a sudden splash of water from his entry. She had only stepped into the bath but was now drenched from head to toe.
Her initial reaction was that of annoyance. But again she caught herself before she misbehaved and shrugged it off. Her main goal was to use this time to talk, and with that she waded closer to him and offered a smile.
"Enjoying yourself?"

Austin would run his hands through his hair to squeeze excess water out, then responded.
"A little bit. You?.."
Austin suspected that Kia was up to something in the back of his head, then simply dismissed it and scolded himself for suspecting someone as close as Kia was.

"I'm enjoying myself, thanks."
Out of habit, Kia's eyes lowered to the steaming water they were seated in, shoulders squeezing together nervously.
While her social skills had improved significantly during their trip together, she was still no expert on handling situations like that. Giving and receiving kindness was something she still had to work on, and she wished in her mind that she would not mess things up.
"H-how are you...feeling now, Austin?"

"Honestly...a bit stressed. And nervous. I'm not even sure why, either..."
Austin scratched the side of his head. He could tell Kia was struggling to make conversation in polite context. It was understandable. Once he'd learned enough about her background, he drew immediate facts about how her childhood would affect her attitude.
But he smiled at Kia's attempt. However awkward, or nervous it may have been, it was still appreciated greatly. Especially at this time.
"...Thank you, Kia."
