Bat dropped Shan with a shrug. He took note of how tired everyone was and waved a hand at the skylight. The glass became darkened and soon it was as if it were night again.
"Seeing as we are all still rather not so awake, I think we can all sleep longer," he said.

Oberon groaned and lay back down. He certainly didn't want to get up yet.
De'Gelis stretched out then looked back at the "captives". One of them was awake, the soldier who had cut his face. He smiled (if wolves can smile) and walked up to him.
"Rough night?" he asked James sarcastically.
De'Gelis's actions caught Bat's attention as well. He walked up behind De and put his hands on his hips.



(I hate you guys. I get on and you get off, I get off and you get on. You two had better be on tomorrow and saturday or so help me I will skin you alive. Not really but it is nice to rant like that. xp )

Gwen shifted again to allow Oberon to lay where he had been. She let her hand rest on his stomach and she cuddled close, falling fast asleep

Vauhn grunted int satisfaction and laid back down dosing for a few minutes then falling into a deep deep sleep.

James didnt look up at De'Gelis, but stared past him in a determined and black way. He was a prisoner and he had to be careful. His mind was still fuzzy from being hit so many timnes to the head but it would clear and he would come up with a plan.

After sipping and finishing her tea, Enfindel sighed, washing the cup up and putting it away. She looked out the window, watching passer byers in the streets. She shrugged, pulling up a chair and sitting on it with a bored expression on her face.

Immuyenne groaned in her "sleep". She was dreadfully uncomfortable (as she was propped up against James), and cold, but she couldn't make herself wake up.

"How did you get here from home? Home is miles from here, Hammy. How did you get here?" Icastus asked.

"I hitched a ride with your brother, when he destroyed the house. Then he went and pawned off his whip and I dropped myself at the pawnshop that he sold it at. Then I hitched a ride on that big green dude from there. After that pretty elf lady stroked me at that pawnshop of course," Hampam explained as best as a white rat can.

Icastus didn't understand. "What do you mean, Dameon destroyed home?" he asked the rat.

"Just that!" the rat replied. With that, Hampam disappeared into Icastus's jacket pocket. Icastus was shocked. If Dameon had destroyed their home, that meant he had destroyed his family as well. He felt at loss. He climbed up to the skylight and let himself out of the window that they had come in.
