"Twer ahn excellehnt dahnce, dahlin, buht ah muhst beh ahf. 'Haps ahl seeh yeh lateh, buht nature cahls." "Later than Mr. Lannen," Katherine gave a soft pout. "Maybe you'll join me for a drink after the party?" "Ihts certaintleh a pahsibileteh." He said with a smile as he walked away. He ducked around for a while, eventually working his way back near the Grant. "Greetihns 'gaihn, Council Membah. Seehms thea aihnt ahs maneh interestihn fohlk hea' bahwts ahs ah thaught." Arch said with a chuckle. "Lannen, "Grant lifted a cocktail shrimp in salute, " Now why would you go and say something like that, there's plenty of interesting folks around to talk to." He chuckled, "maybe not as interesting as others though."

Burning Disaster Blitz had been about the party socializing with some of the movie stars, with hopes of get a role in an upcoming movie. With his business card in a few peoples pockets, he decided to move on to Public Saftey Officials. A genuine smile replaced his fake one as he saw Minerva and some official looking guy across the room. He straightened out his tux and made his way over to the couple. Minerva looked up, not recognizing Blitz at first, lacking his blue hair and in a tux. As he got closer, she had to hold back a chuckle, the kind of chuckle that comes right before you think something really bad's about to happen.

Grant smiled, glancing up at Arch and looking him over once more. "Just rumours, Mr. Lannen, i assure you. We treat all citizens with equal rights, and equal oppurtunities. There are no more supers, we may find a few flukes here and there, but we incorporate them into our society with generous interest. You did indeed see a green fellow, an example of a man suffering from the super gene, who was given oppurtunity to make something of himself. If we root out anything, it's threats to our peace, and we all want our peace, don't we, Mr. Lannen."

As Blitz got closer he sped up and met Minerva with a big hug. "Maggie! I never would have expected to see you here." He turned to the man next to her. "And it seems you have a date." He stepped back. "I apologize if I interrupted something it's just that it's been so long since I've seen my dear sister."

Minerva went looking for her gun, cursing under her breath when she realized it was not there. Melbourn glanced at Blitz and then at Minerva, "Ms. Cross, I thought you said you were an only child." Minerva glared at Blitz, "....hopeful thinking." She sighed, "Jay, this would be......my baby brother." She gave him a hug back, whispering into his ear, "I will kill you for this, Blitz."

5ilver 5treak Blumoo Ruby St.Claire Blumoo Charlie wore a long flowing skirt, and a short sleeved black top that screamed cater, but also, had a bit of flare and elegance to it. She'd pulled her hair back in a tight, though slightly messy bun and entered the party.
Charlie entered the kitchen to see Eric and RJ, "Need me anywhere RJ?" She asked completely ignoring Eric, old habits die hard. RJ gave Charlie a wide grin, "I'll be needing you in a few places, you're gifts comin handy. But for the meantime, follow after a few of the guests, disguise yourself if you have to, or carry a champagne tray."
She really loved her little talent, especially now that she could disguise it more. She grinned, "Sounds fun." She said, and picked up a champagne tray and headed out into the ballroom, to please the guests and retain infomration.
Bobby passed Charlie on his way back into the kitchen for more hors d'oeurves, giving her a wink and a smile.
