you are 100% right. there are only like 2 men dicolnius' in the anime, and they both are stupid and do nothing. you are especially right about the vectors thing. if they dont have vectors, they are pretty much an ugly bald guy that is stupid ;O haha. eh, let lucy kill them ;D oh wait... she already killed one of them o.o haha

but in the manga later on it is revealed that lucy had a twin who is aboy.heis kept below the facility she was in

He's a step brother, same mother, different father I believe. But she also kills him in the same chapter, so he'll never have to know how cruel the world is, or something along those lines x.x; That part made me sad > <;
