I play in a format called big deck which mean 200 card deck size 20 if each colour and you can only have one of each card.
My favortie way to win in that deck has to be.
Blackbringer in play. I then play UNdying flames. During my next upkeep I stake teh abilty's so black bringer's ability resolves first and then I pu a draco on top of my libary and they take 16 then next upkeep I but that stupid wurm that cost 15 on top.

We were playing casual type one with the best stuff we had and I somehow managed a legit turn two tendrils of agony for 40 killing my two bewildered friends. With no power 9. NOTE: there were other good cards involved like 1 minds desire a tolarian academy and a mox diamond.

Worship, because by then, I have an insanly powerfully buffed creature out and enough protection to outfit a frat party (In otherwords, a whole hell of a lot of protection).
And agenst other white/enchantment destroying decks....I'll usuially have out more enchantments than they can get rid of ^^ (With the exception of Tranquility type cards).
Ou, if you ask yo see your opponent's deck before a game, Lobotomy (Look at target players hand and select a card, then look through their library, hand, graveyard, and whatever they have in play and remove from the game all cards with that same name).
"Hmmm....If I remember correctly, he has four of these cards, and they could screw up everything..." "Lobotomy, get rid of them." (Other player)"Hey! That's cheating!" "No, it's being smart. You let me look at your deck before the game."
Now, if I could only get three more....

SilusCrow Actuially, a well timed Pacifism can work wonders ^^ A well-timed Pacifism can get countered... nobody intelligent enough to buy, let alone play, type 1 control would be stupid enough to tap out and let ANYTHING targeting a Morphling resolve.

I'd have to say either Nimble Mongoose or Werebear since I've been playtesting a lot with Threshold in Legacy.

I have never lost after casting Yawgmoth's Will, but it's been a while since I used that card... same with Masticore.
Currently, Hidetsugu's Second Rite usually hands me the wins smile

I'm sure Jitte has been said multiple times. Depends on the deck, really. Elves means Elvish Champion (and if they have forests, mrgreen ), Flickerform on a triple Faith's Fettered Blind Hunter is pretty sweet for Orzhov, Tooth and Nail into a doble Darksteel Colossus is nice for another green deck, Yosei for my white deck, Isochron Scepter or Panoptic Mirror (with darn near anything else in the deck on it) for my control deck, and I'll stop there.

For multi-person games:
Multani + several Dark Rituals + Some Avatar of Woe's or those rare Phyrixian carriers + Living Death = Major butt kicking
Only way I've found that can stop this on the first turn is getting a Mind Swords, a swamp, and a Dark Ritual or two, and have a whole bunch of luck.
