"No, not at all." He shook his head solemnly and lifted his hand to toy with his scarf, forgetting that Illis still had it. He blinked and looked down, letting out a little eep when he realized he hadn't bothered to put his clothes back on and was wearing only his shorts. He wasn't sure why but he flushed slightly and went to reach for his shirt.

Illis hadn't noticed either, until Dal had eeped. Then he blushed lightly. Even though he never wore anything by short-shorts,or nothing if he could get away with it, he still blushed when he saw Dalamar in just shorts.

Dalamar slipped his shirt on in kind of a rush and ended up tousling his hair and mini wings in the process, giving him kind of a windblown and battered look. He smiled sheepishly and did his best to smooth his hair but didn't have much success in that endeavor. "So..umm.." he looked around the room hoping to find something to talk about as the awkward silence stepped in once again.
(('Kay. I was just about to leave myself. My mom wants to watch Kare Kano and she can't watch it without me apparently. rolleyes Later. ^^ *poofs*))

Illis, being the tidy thing he was, reached out to fix Dal's hair with a slightly determined look on his face. He managed to make it look tidier, but it was still a little rumpled. But, he smiled, satisfied with it.Then he realized what he did and blushed,"Oh...sorry."

"Its ok. I don't mind." He giggled lightly and smiled at Illis, thinking how cute the cat looked when he blushed. Without really meaning to, he spoke his thoughts out loud, looking away when he realized what he had said.

Illis blushed, but smiled,"Really?" he'd been called cute before, but somehow it sounded better, and made him feel better when Dalamar said it. He fiddled with the scarf, still smiling.

Dalamar's eyes slid slowly back to the cat and he nodded, a soft pink blush spreading across his nose and cheeks. He scratched at the back of his neck then he started to fidget with the hem of his shirt, inwardly prodding himself for being so shy around Illis all the time.

"Thanks," Illis said, looking down at his lap, a shy smile on his pinkened face."I think...you're cute too.And I really like you." his blush deepened, and he didn't look up.

Dalamar couldn't remember ever having anyone tell him he was cute except for Elros and hearing Illis say that he thought he was cute made the angel feel dizzy and light-headed. "I really like you too," he managed to whisper, his throat tightening a little as the flush on his face deepend and spread over every inch of his exposed skin.

Illis bit his lip and looked up, the smile still turning up the corners of his mouth,"Honestly?" Now that he had never heard before. It was even better than being called cute.

Illis didn't know what to do. He wanted to kiss him, but he couldn't work up the courage for some reason, even though he'd been able to do it earlier.

Surprisingly enough, it was Dalamar who moved in and pressed his lips to Illis', resting his right hand on the kitty's cheek. He held the kiss for a long time before he finally pulled away, his face beet red.

Illis' eyes were still shut when Dal pulled away, and he didn't open them for a few moments after that. The smile returned and his moved his tail around to wrap around Dalamar's waist.

Dalamar kept his right hand where it was, gently stroking Illis' lower lip with his thumb. He smiled slightly and quirked an eyebrow, contemplating moving in for another kiss.
