Spice Stayed close to Cadaver and slowed her pass down alot. Not just to make sure that he was truely ok, but also due to the fact that her legs where trobing in pain now. Every step she took felt like years had been added in nearly seconds. Blood dripped on the ground she walked upon. The rich brown soild and grass now stained with the blood of that night. But leaves had also started to fall on this cold night and covered up the blood .
Her bodies bloody heat steamed under the light of the moon, her breath had become heavy now. Spice didnt think she had lost so much blood but it seemed it was so. Her eyes grew heavy as she looked forward, dragging her feet, struggling to keep concious. Then she spotted it. A little to the left, hidden by the forest from the moons eye a cave resided. trees ducked infront of the entrence but it was there.
" over there... theres a cave to the left ahead"
She said grogely as she continued to make her way along slowly.

Cadaver sniffed the air lightly. The scent of blood strong but he could still filter out the dank smell of the cave. Following the smell, he soon found himself inside the cave. He could tell cause it was a lot quieter and the air felt tighter.
As he made his way into the back of the cave into the darkness, he flopped down hard. His legs tucking quickly beneath him. Though that flop creating a bit more pain on his hinde quarters. "You need to lay down...you've lost a lot of blood as have I...."

Spice fallowed weirly behind to the darkness which she knew about as well as she knew the territory they were in. All she could so was fallow the sound of the clipping his hooves made. Listening as best she could for the time she nodded to herself.
The flopping noise ecoed in the cave, making some bats screech and fly forward to its mouth. A thousand little wings beating, creating the murmmered sound that could be heard now. She layed down next to Cadaver, fairly close almost making their sides touch. It was cold and subconciously she did this for warmth. She could feel his heat luminating ff of him and was comforted in the fact that there was something so warm in a place so cold.
" well, who would ha known a walk could be so bad"
She tried to joke even in the state she was in. Aren't walks suppose to be good for you? she pondered half mindedly. and then thought back to what happened.
" Thank you."
Almost at a wisper it came out. It was getting harder to keep her eyes open but she tried and looked over to cadaver. His hair erally stuck out along with the white on his chest, well the part that where not soaked in blood. His eyes did show up to amongst all the dark.

Cadaver sighed lightly as he closed his eyes for a moment. The pain pulsing in his chest and hinde quarters. He knew that he wouldn't be able to stay concious for very much longer.
He felt as she layed down next to him, fairly close. His eyes lidded open half way and he closed the gap between them by moveing just a bit. Feeling the coldness up his spin, he figured she was probably cold as well. Looseing blood made you feel like that sometimes.
Closeing his eyes, he sighed heavily and layed his head on the back of her shoulders before he started to drift out of conciousness. Happy for one time atleast, that he wasn't alone when he felt this weak.

Spice felt the comforting warmth on her side as he shifted. To her suprise a weight was put on her shoulder. Drawn to the warmth she layed her head infront of his chest on the top of his tucked legs. Her cheek and ear close to his chest she could hear the heart that eated within it.
Thump, thump, thumpthump... comforted and relaxed she drifted off in to a black abbyss, her eyes felt as if they were fasened shut and no matter how hard any one pryed they just wouldnt, and would never open again.

As morning started to break, sunlight filtered into the cave, lighting up the mouth of the cave and a few feet inward. Though it didn't reach to where Cadaver was laying.
The sound of song birds reached his ears, they twitched lightly as he opened his white eyes just a bit. He felt sometime warm underneath him, the rhythmic up and down motion of something breathing. Though he wasn't quite sure what it was, his mind was still a bit frazzled from the wolf attack yesterday that he barely remembers falling asleep.

Spice shifted and gave out a small grunt as the smell that often differred in the morning from night filled her lungs. Her blood had dried and started to scab on the wonds from the attack. Her eyes slowly opened when she realised taht something was on her shoulders. Still sleepy and not completely attentive yep she took a slow deep breath and then exhaled it as a yawn. The sde of her face was coverd in the Blood from cadavers chest, though it wasnt all that noticable. Still unaware of where she was she slowly started realising that she wasnt alone.

Cadaver's heard a slight yawn, so someone was in here with him? Was it Spice? Or someone else who'd found him dureing the night and drug him here? He wasn't quite sure at the moment.
The blood on his wounds had dried, leaving scabs scattered about his chest and hinde legs. The slight hint of pain was still there though. And he didn't really feel like moveing at the moment.

Spice awake, not to the fullest yet, Lifted her head tiredly. She looked over to her side where the warmth had stayed for the night that passed. Releived to see that it was Cadaver and not some one she didnt know, she gently shook her head. She didnt want to move much to wake him, not really sure how he ould react.
She looked at his chest and could see the wonds a little better now, they had a few gashes in them and if he was lucky they would only leave small scares at the worst, even though they were pretty big. Wolves, they seemed to bring something out in him.

He could feel whoever it was moveing a bit. Obviously comeing out of sleeping. Shifting a bit himself, he stayed close to whoever it was, a bit curious as they hadn't spoke yet.
Was it Spice? He wasn't sure yet. His vision was still a bit blurry from last night and passing out. The wearyness still not out of his body. Though his tail did give a quick flick across the floor.

" Good Morning"
Her sweet voice came as she yawned. She figured he must be up now as his tail moved showing signs of life. SHe stretched her neck out and sweeped her tail across the floor. Long and flowing it seemed to be a good broom.

Cadaver's ears perked slightly as she spoke. So it was Spice who he was laying with. It felt...odd. He hadn't lain next to anyone like this since he was a foal, and wondered how he ended up like this.
"Morning..." His voice was slightly hoarse, but it was deep and slightly quiet as he spoke.

" Does it still hurt?"
She questioned, unable to move her legs. He still layed is head on her but that wasnt the problem. Her legs didnt feel to sharp and were most likely numb from the blood loss and laying on them all night. She didnt mind being this close to Cadaver. Even not being around other horses in a while, sleeping in a herd or in a group it still came natural to her and was fairly relaxing in itself.
The mornings ong played outside, echoing sweetly inside the cave. Fall was upon them but still the song birds sang. Something that would be missied in the cold isolated months of winter.

He lifted his head slightly, stretching out the stiffness in his neck before shakeing his head. His mane flicking around gently as he stiffles a yawn. It did still hurt, but it was only a minor pain. He was used to much worse, but that didn't matter right now. What did matter is that he was sleeping, in a cave, with his head ontop of Spice. It was, strange to say the least.
"Just a bit....It's just a small pain that will go away eventually."

" if you think you need more rest you dont have to move."
Spice Kindly said as her tail brushed the caves floor in smooth, fan like sweeps. The birds still sang, louder as the day became warmer. The dew outside was alerady begining to disipate, and the frost went along with it.
