Daqueri, Shine and Ocean.
“Why don’t you just leave me alone?” The Albatross scowled at the brightly coloured flamingo. He didn’t like him. He didn’t care that he didn’t know him well, he just didn’t like him one bit, no not at all.
“You’re too loud, you’re too colourful, and you couldn’t be any more camp if you tried… You offend me in general… and I would appreciate it if you just let me have my peace and quiet, I don’t like you, and I doubt I ever will. Got it?” With that he glowered at the brightly coloured anthro and stalked away from him.
Daqueri looked down, he’d not meant to annoy him… oh god today was turning out to be awful… just simply awful…
First of all Shine had shown up, he’d hoped to get away from the bunny… he’d upset the friendly guy and he’d hoped to stay out of his life, but Shine had just followed him and that was really not what he’d wanted. And now… just trying to befriend someone, and in fact, only saying hello, he’d not flirted with him as he was want to do usually, in fact he had literally only said the one word… and now some of the others were glaring at him as if he had done it on purpose… this was really a horrible day.
He sighed and shook his head.
“I didn’t mean to upset you!” He called out, but it was wasted, Ocean was already leaving and the Flamingo’s wings drooped, shaking his head.
“Sorry…” He shook his head.
He’d been in a good mood recently, ever since he met with the white feline, Vanilla, but now the good mood was all but gone, he didn’t like hurting people… that was why seeing Shine was so hard on him… and now this? He’d really not done anything…
He just shook his head and walked away feeling awful.

Mitsuji walked at a slightly slow pace towards Aspen's home. He felt like taking his anger out on a tree with his sword, but he needed to see Aspen first. He would hold it back until he spoke with the male. He was still scared since the chilling cold still filled his body and his heart felt like a rambled mess at the moment. This probably wouldn't be the best time to even see the male squirrel. He didn't know what he would do to him. He wasn't feeling like his usual self and he knew his mother did something when she came in contact with his heart. "Why did my mother do that...?" He growled as he walked up to the male's door and raised his hand up slowly. He knocked lightly on the door and flicked his tail behind him.

Aspen had been curled up in the living room, most of his family members had gone out, or were taking a nap or were simply in their rooms, but he didnt really feel like doing that, he was a little sleepy, but he didnt seem to be able to rest well at the moment, things felt strange, but oh well.
With a small stretch he turned his attention to the hallway as he heared the knock, and sighed quietly and pulled himself to his feet and moved across the room.
His hair was damp as he'd not long before gotten out of the shower, and a dark red towling robe was wrapped warmly around him and tied at his waist.
With soft padded steps he moved into the hallways and unlocked the front doow, slowly pulling it open and leaning slightly against it as one of his feet had decided to go a little to sleep, when he saw who it was however his mood brightened conciderably and he automatically reached out a hand to the draggon.
"Mitsuji, you're back.." he said with a smile.

Mitsuji waited a bit fro the door to be open and in the meantime he thought of Aspen. He shouldn't have come here in this type of a mood. His body hurt from the painful ice attack he felt back at his burned down house. He didn't want to hurt the male in any way, but as of right now he was in an unpredictable mood. His white eyes glanced around the front door frantically as he wondered what was taking so long. He could hear his heart beating slowly in his chest, but with every beat he could feel his mother's cold hand piercing through it.
He watched as the door opened before him and eyed the male before him with kind of a zombie look. His tail curled around his waist and he didn't say a word to him. Instead he looked inside and brushed past the male, he headed for the kitchen so that he could get something warm to drink or eat.

Aspen blinked, looking more than a little shocked, and a touch hurt at the abrupt, and silent entrance to his home...
"Nice to see you to.." he mumbled quietly, his eyes following the other male with a confused expression registering in them. With a small sigh he shut the door again, sliding the chain across again, and letting the latch lock before hugging his arms around himself fairly tightly, not entirely sure of what to make of Mitsuji just now..
With a small sigh he tried to push the confusion aside and followed him into the kitchen, moving to sit at the table again.
"Are you well?" He asked quietly,
"Help yourself to anything you need.." He looked down at the table.
"There's food in the fridge, probably some things you'd like, and tea or coffee, or you know.. the usual.." He looked up again, was the dragon okay..?

Mitsuji listened to Aspen, but choose not to say anything back. He still was afraid he held that horrible shakey voice from before. He didn't want Aspen to hear that if he did though he doubted if he could even talk anymore to begin with. He walked over to the frige and opened it while his white eyes glanced around at everything. He didn't see anything he wanted, so he just shut the frige and took a seat at the table. He didn't drink coffee and he couldn't shake his ailment right now. He didn't look back to Aspen at all, but let his eyes wander around the room at everything but the squirrel.
He then got up and walked into the living room. He looked around for a moment to see what he wanted to do. Either sit on the couch or sit alone in the chair. Eyeing the chair, he walked over to it and sat down contently. He then looked down to the ground with his zombie like eyes and let out a slight sigh.

Aspen opened his mouth to say somthing as the dragon left the room again and then sighed... What had he done wrong..?
Mitsuji obviously wanted to be here, but.. seemingly not with him?
He could have at least said somthing. Slowly the squirrel slumped foreward, letting his head rest on his arms, his eyes closed.
He felt tired, really really tired, and he'd been worrying.
Mitsuji had been so hurt when he'd shown up at his house only a few days before, and he'd only stayed the one night, he'd been scared the dragon wasnt going to make it back to him, and now that he had he wasnt anything like himself..
Mitsuji had kissed him before he'd left, now he wouldnt even say hello..
He just didnt know what to do, his mind felt as if it was being wrapped up in cotten wool trying to shut the worry out. He needed to collect himslef before going to see Mitsuji, he never wanted to come across as too imposing, or that he was trying to change him or worry him in anyway..
Perhaps letting himself fall for the younger dragon had been a mistake, but since nearly losing him a few days before, Aspen had to reflect that his feelings fo Mitsuji were getting deeper...

Mitsuji glanced to Aspen wondering what he was so upset about. He didn't do anything wrong as of yet and didn't think he would. No wait... He did do something wrong by ignoring his words and not commenting back. He was making Aspen depressed and he didn't need to be. Getting up from the chair, he walked over to Aspen and raised his brow slightly. He flicked his tail behind his form and kepted a safe distance from the male since he still felt the cold deathly chills running along his body. "What's wrong with you?" He asked in a slightly shakey voice since he still felt the effects his mother had on him. In actuallity, it was him holding back his tears that was making his voice shakey. He refused to released them from his eyes in front of Aspen or in front of himself for that matter. If he cried, his whole body would most likely fall into a seizure or that is what he thought would happen.

Aspen stayed still a moment longer, he didnt entirely know how to respond to that to be honest.
What was up with him?
What was up with him was he was worried sick about a guy who had until now abstained from even granting him a hello..
Was he asking for too much from the dragon...? He was young...
With a quiet sigh he lifted his head again, looking up at Mitsuji.
"I'm just tired.." He eventually said quietly, his soft amber brown eyes still looking at his.. well, his partner. He didnt want to lose him...
"I was worried about you as well.. and when you wouldnt talk to me.. its okay though, I guess I worry too much. I just wanted to know if you were okay.." He kept his eyes on the dragon for the moment.

Mitsuji listened and flicked his tail behind him. "Maybe you should lay down then." He told Aspen as he turned away from him and looked to the bedroom now. "I'm fine." He said still in a shakey tone before walking into Aspen's bedroom without the male even saying that he could. He himself kind of wanted to lay down, but as he walked into the room, he felt himself fill with so much emotion. Clenching his teeth, he walked over to the bed and sat down on the edge. He looked down at the ground while a few tears ran down his cheeks. He felt the stinging pain of his heart going away slightly and his mothers touch was slowly fading away. He didn't want Aspen to see him like this since it had been an emotional day for him since he hadn't seen his parents in years. He felt extreme sadness and wondered if this is what his mom shielded from when he was there with her.

Aspen sighed as he left again.
Did that mean that he wanted him to follow him?
Or did he want to be lest alone..?
He was confused still, and worried about the dragon.
With another sigh he pusted himself up to his feet and tucked the chair back in, before getting up and making his way out of the room again, and up the short flight of stairs and crossing the hallway over to his room. When he reached the door he lifted his fingers and tapped them lightly over the wood..
"Mitsuji? Do you mind if I join you..? Or would you like to be alone..?" He didnt want to interupt if it was going to give Mitsuji a problem.. he didnt want to make him angery as well as the awkward state things currently seemed to be in.

Mitsuji clenched his fists, but there was in no way that he would ever hurt Aspen. If he did he would never be able to live with himself and most likely disappear for good. "You can come in." He told Aspen as he lifted his hand up a bit and wiped away all the tears he didn't want Aspen to see. His white eyes looked to Aspen as if waiting for him to enter the room and say some thing like, "Your crying? What happened?" He was waiting for that, but didn't know if Aspen would go through and asl that. He moved back on the bed a bit and laid himself down. He felt exhausted right now and still crippled by the pain in his chest. He hoped it would go away soon and that he would be able to touch Aspen, but right now he didn't even want to the male two inches from his body.

Aspen got the hint..
The phrasing of the answer was more than enough to give him that, and without even sighing he stepped into his own room, and moved straight over to the sofa he had in there, the bed.. well, even though it was his he'd let Mitsuji have it now, it didnt matter tha much really.
He knew he'd be in no danger from Mitsuji, the worst he'd do is walk away from him, the dragon was so loyal he'd never harm his friends in anyway.. that was weird.. he'd gone back to thinking of himself as the dragons friend again.. rather than somthing more..
What a confusing turn his life had taken..
He sighed slightly then, and let his eyes just slip closed as he leant against the arm of the sofa.
Things would level out again, he just had to hold onto that hope really.
He wanted to go and hug him.. kiss him, somthing. But he was entirely positive that that was most definatly not allowed just now...

Mitsuji sighed as he laid there on the male squirrel's bed. His eyes were closed to prevent anymore tears and his tail curled painfully around his waist. He let his arms fall limp on the bed in the empty space behind his body before realizing that Aspen was keeping his distance from him. It seemed to be best for him to be punished this way since he was punished and deprived form everything his whole life. Nothing ever seemed to bring him joy other then the male squirrel and now because of how he treated him, he was advoiding him. "Aspen.." He said lightly as he opened his eyes and looked at the empty spot. He let out a soft sigh and felt the pain within him slowly fade away even though the icy chill from his mothers touch still lingered; he would get past it. He had to for Aspen as least, but he was afraid that his body would feel the same pain again once he held onto the squirrel. He didn't know if he handle that again and it was bad enough he had to experience once.
Sighing again, he moved his hands away from the spot where Aspen laid and placed them close to himself. He left his eyes open, but staring blankly ahead as if he was deep in thought at the moment of what he should do to relieve himself of all this.
