I finally got my 2005 Summer shuffles CD in the mail today so now I can give my judgement. I must say that I was actually rather surprised that the "sexy" group sounded decent. The song could have been better but I really like Miki's voice in this. The two kids sounded good. They weren't excellent but not as bad as I thought they would be. The one thing that I didn't like about the song was the whistles. The first thing that came out of my mouth was "What the ******** this isn't a soccer match!" Elegies sounded really good to me. I heard some very strong vocals in this song so that made me happy. I also liked the overall sound that the song had even though it was a little repetitive. And last but not least, Puri Puri Pink. I liked the song and I like how they sang in chorus. However, I think that the song would have been better if they each had their own part to sing. I would have loved to hear all of them individually since I like how all of them sound. Now the only thing that killed the song for me was Tsunku's annoying as hell voice in the background. To me it sounded like a Native American chant which actually angered me and took a lot of my focus away from the actual song. I know it's a rather small detail but I'm very picky and it really got to me. With that being said, I think Elegies takes the number one spot. Overall, these shuffles were good but definately nowhere near that of the past shuffle units.

I fixed my post and added more since last night I didn't get to write everything I wanted to. The song that Tsunku killed in my opinion was the one by Puri Puri Pink.
