Closet otaku? I think not. I like anime/manga quite a lot [and am an uber-dork in many respects], but I would hardly call myself an anime otaku. I enjoy a lot of other things as well, and I do leave the house.
But when I am home, I suppose I do spend a majority of my time on the internet [ever since I joined Gaia, actually, and more than is probably healthy or reccomended]...am I an internet otaku, perhaps? sweatdrop I often feel like I'm on the thing all the darn time, anyway.
Though I realize that being an otaku is not really that geat of a thing. ><
