I like to eat baked goods while reading, cookies being the best.
Here's a
recipe for antonym cookies from my blog, they're called -antonym- cookies because they're chocolate cookies with white chips (a little wordgeek humor there...
sweatdrop ):
Ingredients:1.5 cups flour
0.5 cup cocoa powder
0.5 tsp baking soda
0.25 tsp salt
0.5 cup butter or margarine
0.75 cups packed brown sugar
0.5 cup granulated sugar
1.0 tsp vanilla extract
2.0 eggs
1.3333333333... cups white chocolate chips (1 10oz bag)
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and grease a baking sheet.
2. Beat sugars and butter together until mixed. Add vanilla and eggs. In a separate bowl combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the egg mixture while stirring. Finally, add the white chocolate chips while stirring with a wooden spoon. If you stir the chips in with a mixer, you'll have chocolate fragment cookies.
3. Drop rounded teaspoonfuls of batter onto the greased cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes. The cookies should set up and become a bit less jiggly when done. Cool slightly and then place on a kitchen towel or wire rack to cool completely. Oh, who am I kidding, you'll eat them when they're hot and gooey.
