The being grinned, his hands began to glow and chains of dark energy formed in his hands. He threw the chains ((i have permission)) at Asmodeous. They wrapped themselves around him and held fast. The being then smiled at Asmodeous. "So, i bet you want to know how i came to be?"

Neko stopped her foot in frustration, her powerful leg muscles denting the floor.
"Dammit. I know you were here. Where did you guys go?" Neko asked to herself. She closed her eyes, and sent her magic out, sensing for minds to imprison in Illusions.

He fell to the ground with a thud and a growl, changing into a dragon, only stretching the chains to fit his size. He recognized them as torture chains, used only on the torture subjects in Hell, and the ones used on him before. Going into a natural panic mode, he frantically tried to escape, but soon fell silent. Growling, he looked up. "Well...yes i was actually...hm..."

The being smiled "You may call my Slyphis" he then sat in mid air, almost on nothing. He was actually conjuring a chair from darkness. Seating himself upon it he looked at Asmodeous. "Well, my brother and i are not normal siblings. We are part of a trio of demons. If one of us touches the other, we fuse into one of 4 forms. This is one of them, the weakest. Understand so far?" he asked with a grin

He was instantly calm. "Hm...interesting, I see what your getting at....but what of the other four, why not just go for the most powerful right away?" he said, breathing regulated now and a serene look on his face.

"The third member of us is currently locked away" he said smiling now "Leaving this my only option for fusion. However, now i have this power, i may unlock my brother. He is somewhere in New York. Once i have found him i shall fuse with him, and then we will rule, forvever" he said throwing his head bacik and laughing completly now.

He was silent and contemplative as he looked at the man. A smirk was on his lips as he laughed a little. "You must be kidding, right? The covens, packs, and guilds will have a combined enough power to stop you. I doubt you'll be able to do it, besides, there are stronger demons than just yourself out there, dont be so igh and mighty." He had a smirk on his face as he sat up.

Is walking by the warehouse and senses something inside so he goes in "Hm, no one here" he sits down and begins to meditate "Phil!!" opens his eyes and quickly stands up "So there has been a battle here, a big one by the seem of things" begins to walk out "So where is his brother then?" leaves and disappears into the night

Slyphis immediatly spun around to face him, pulling Asmodeous closer he growled "The covens, i laugh at them, they are all at war with each other. There is nothing anyone can do. I will free my brother, and we will rule. You have no idea of power. I haven't even used a fraction of my power against you, and i captured you, what do you think of that?" he growled dropping Asmodeous.

He had the same calm smirk as he was picked up and dropped. "I don't think you realize something. I'm not a high level demon compared to some, so to think you have sway over the world is just foolish. You, my fellow demon, are being reckless. You aren't using the brain I do believe you have."

He poofed away in black smoke, having regenerated a good amount of strength. Not enough to win him a fight, but to get away, yes, and it wouldnt require anything but speed, which was a part of his being to be fast, not strong, and intelligent, if a little unwise.
He appeared a few hundred yards away, still chained. "because at some point, Im getting away anyway, despite your strength or wisdom, you lack the intellect to be good at ruling, so hence to home I go if I see a move that I dont like, granted, getting your bindings off will be a pain. So just make it easy, and get me out of here, and I shall just stand down when you try and get your brother." he was still calm.
