As I've said countless times already: No-shows will be dealt with at a later (cutoff) date.

Alright, I was hoping none of my tournament fights would ever get to this point, but I have an extreme disgust for my opponent now. Several arguments have occured throughout the match, some settled, some ignored. Now it seems to be on an almost post to post basis. This request is that a judge/mod/person of true authority (or preferably persons) examine this fight as a whole.

I ask this because I fear that maybe my perception of things is so terribly off that I no longer know what I am talking about anymore. You can feel free to PM me about this if you need more detail, or have read the fight and are ready to share your opinions with me.

I do not know if Akira (my guy) would win by time-out or not. I sent the explanation via PM with no answer back. My sentbox shows that he read them and I asked in the thread if he had anymore questions or not. He has posted in the OOC and I do believe he has logged on a few times between my post and right now. I haven't received a PM from him yet in regards to my post in the thread.

May this be closed due to time-out? I gave 1 day over time limit as leniency and the next day ended up with a double shift so I couldn't get on except to check messages then immediately log off. During this time, he coulda sent me a PM or made some kinda post, but he didn't. He has done this atleast 'laziness' once before. Therefore, I ask this fight be closed with me winning due to time-out.

Me & my opponent agreed to a strict 5-day limit, after I let him off the hook for posting over the limit.. the last time. And, he posted on the 6th day afterwards.
