((...oh. And I'd like to point out that Hein and his men just ran past two bears, eight archers, and Kalis. And if they moved as fast as Jak did, they're blinded, too.))

[OOC: Owle, it effects both my hearing and seeing, you must understand by the time I was inside of the cave, which should be mentioned once more that the detonation was a little bit inside of the cave. So we are going to go over this again! My auto-senses only kick in should their be a bad lighting condition, but if the fire makes it easy for me to see then I need to make a post edit because then I made a mistake about... THE LIGHTING CONDITIONS!]

Aiolos saw the flare reach the twister, (Because he's the one concentrating on controling it.) He closed his already sunglasses (See profile for more info, he has them on.) protected eyes and waited for the thing to go off. When he opened his eyes again, the flare was dying out, but Aiolos still saw spots. That's it. Noone uses the wind as a tool but him, this b***h was going to DIE.
The first thing he had to take care of was the firing squad he heard, (Because the thing only blinded, not deafened.) he played a quick calling tune, unravaling the wind and sending it in front of him, creating a wall of wind that should blow the bullets out of his way and into the cave wall. He dropped his flute to the ground and took out three knives out of both of his wristbands and threw them at the girl, least where he saw her last. (But chances of a knife hitting is high, due to a profile skill, still taking the flare into account by making him guess, I suggust rolling a die to hit) (Because of his fast reflexes, ambedextrous hands, and his anger's a plus too, the knives are, in fact, THROWN.)
Edit:
Aiolos is throwing completely blind, but in the general direction of where he last saw her... But they're still thrown.

((There are three entrances in all to the Dank Caverns. One to the east through the Northern Climb. Then two to the west, the west most one being the early mines through a series of flooded sections. The second being from the top of the ravine.))

The Crimson One (...this is really annoying me, because what I see as what should have happened I apparently can't do, as that would be altering the situation too much on my own. Dammit.) [OOC: Crim does this make sense to you?
Alright...
When you light a match or a lighter for example what happens? There is a FLASH then a steady burning flame.
That is what happens in all instances when you light something on fire. The initial reactants burn like a mofo, then the remains steady until they are spent. Just like a match does, this is the exact same thing in premise, but on a much larger scale.
Tabi, doesn't think is so for some reason when apparently what always happens when something is lit on fire happens, doesn't happen in this case.
Need anything else explained?]

((Ok, its time for some crazy GM action I'm famous for to get things moving along. Obviously I can't make a decision out of screwing one side or the other, thus a dice will be inolved.
LOW 1-10: The shot goes as planed and Kat will have to roll for critial damage, end of story. Tech or no tech, this is an easy shot for a trained sniper.
HIGH 11-20: The Caves collapse due to the explosions, the dam colapsing and alll this activiry going on. The shot will seperate Jak and Kat, but will still leave her open to Mozz and the others.
Move along, move along like I know you can...))
The caves give a slight rumble, but do not colapse. Much more activity though and the whole things could come down.

((For the sake of continuing, I withdraw any arguments against Hein.))
From the other direction than Hein's firing squad, came a bear. It was running, slowly, towards the fray...but, being a slow moving tank, it wasn't going to be able to get anywhere useful just yet.
The humans in this party, already way too skittish, saw the caves shaking and were staying the hell out.

((Ok, Kat wins the CDR.
Say the flash was just enough to make him miss by a few centimeters. Or that the bullet did not do as much damage as planned.
Most of the time players will come up with their own CDR stuff, but this is just for the sake of moving on.))
