Woo! I just got me new computer and with it, a scanner. ^.^
So here are some of the pictures I took in Japan. 3nodding
Ginkakuji "Silver Temple"
Kinkakuji"Golden Temple" (really made out of gold).
Torii Stone Torii gates, always placed before a Shinto Shrine. 3nodding
Wash Basin A wash basin outside of a temple. The writing means roughly "I learn to be content".

just kidding... but i have decided that's why the men on my dad's side of the family can grow beards, and none on my mothers side can... norse people man... they need lots of hair to keep them warm...

i haven't checked yet, but here's hoping those photos of the lunar eclipse turn out... *crosses fingers*
i need a telefoto lens, damnit.

meorria claire you're norse, you're supposed to love snow! whee just kidding... but i have decided that's why the men on my dad's side of the family can grow beards, and none on my mothers side can... norse people man... they need lots of hair to keep them warm... I know! But I don't.. I'm born in a contry I don't belong in or something.. 0___o And I'm like 110% norwegian, and maybe... like.. 0,5% swedish.. So there's no mysterious genetic stuff that keeps me from loving snow either.. xp And about the beards.. haha.. xd There's almost no norse guys with beards these days.. ^^ It's a pity, really.. I want them all to look like Santa ...or maybe Merlin! heart

i don't mind a goatee or something cute like that, but i've never actually had a boyfriend who had (kept) facial hair so i might change my mind about that some day.. i don't like mustaches though *shakes head*
on my dad it's good, because he'd look weird without one.. but on a potential male mate? uh-uh! xp

short goatees are okay. but yeah, the long ones of poofy ones are kinda tacky/nasty... i always imagine foodcrumbs being in them... whee

I was in Washington when the lunar eclipse occured. But I couldn't see anything through my camera. gonk The moon I once saw in Oklahoma amazed me much more than the eclipse. It was literally blood red. I'm serious. eek
