Heh. I want the forge world dreads.

Mk IV!
And yes, it IS possible to get left and right combat arms, so you CAN make a MK IV Furisio.
*looks at pics* cough cough. Those stink compared to the original dreadnoughts.

no, but a WarWAlker squad of 3 with a total of 6 starcannons, (strength 6, AP 2, 3 shots per turn each) could wipe out an infinite number of terminators.

Mmm...It's possible but War Walkers only have an armor value of 10 each side so if the Terminators got a decent round of shots off at them they would be gone before they could use those starcannons to full effectiveness.

um... correct me if i'm wrong, but under 3rd edition, bolters can hurt armor 10 only on a 6 to glance... Unless the termies were packing some heavy artillery, it won't work.

Space Marines are a decent and versatile army that can switch from ranged combat to hand-to-hand combat on the fly. Unlike armies like the Eldar, Orcs, Tyranids they are a high point cost but the extra points are easily worth it.

the problem is Eldar tend to wipe them out before they can get close enough to assualt. ands if they do get that close, the Wraithlords and striking scorps handle them with ease.

I guess that is true but I'm not very good at making a very balanced army to handle those kind of situations.

Then that is where we differ. i reshape my army to every battle, using different units each time.

Yar I build ludicrously unbalanced armies and that is the only reason why they work.... and my goddamn stupid luck ^^
