yeah. i had trouble with fingering with my right hand cuz i started off playing violin...but my least favorite instrument would have to be the bass clarinet and sax... i dont really like reed instruments to begin with, but i hate having to play the bass clarinet cues in my baritone music...

sax and drums...
saxes- a rilvery between them and the clarinets for ages, plus they're just annoying as crap!
drums- they never stop playing even when being yelled at my every member in the band including people in their own section...

Well in my band, its the sax's....they never look at the conductor! Not once! And they mess up and sound messy when they play xd

Everyone (mainly the flute section) hates the piccolo. I have to play it a bit, and I have to say, that thing is so flipping hard to tune!!! stressed

Last two years saxophone (I'm a saxophone, *sniff*)... And this was before they got to know us at all too, and whether we were annoying or not, it just stayed...
this year it's either trumpet or clarinet... they keep messing up...

I would have to say the drums are the worst part of our band. They play exceptionally good...but they have no clue what it means to STOP playing. We really enjoy the way the drum line plays...but in parades they always seem to go faster so the rest of the band get's out of step and that annoys all of us to no end!
So, like I said, the drum line plays good...when they feel like it.

Tifa_16 omg i HATE HATE the sax unless you can playi t wonderful otherwise i hate the sound of it its so ugly!!!!! and we havent had anyomre that good for like 5 years, since Jason Barr. Tifa_16 3nodding well im section leader so im good but your right i guess......if they cant play it the it sounds rellie badd.........but isnt like that with any instrument

I hate the drums because they all suck a** exept for one player who does snares usually, but sometimes he isnt here.
The trumpets slouch over on thier elbows all the time and create a really bad sound which throws off the entire chord. the lead trumpet is an a*****e, so i dont like him at all. but the second trumpet is ok but she always screws up. she just plays like a G always through an entire song to avoid trying to learn how to play worth a s**t.
The flutes in my band rock out loud, they whomp everybody else in the band to the floor.
Im a great player if you put a good song in front of me.
The alto saxes are good compared to most of the band.
the trombone is an a** as well.
there are thirteen in my band, including myself.

We have one good sax, flue, oboe, clarinet, and drum player that stick out so the rest of us dont sound bad. Who are we missing?
If the trumpets could learn how to play like a Concert Band should, we wouldn't have a problem.. our fairfare sounds like a bunch of third graders that just got their instruments... -_-;;

in general, trumpet players can be kinda jerky, and they always tend to be really immature freshman boys, but i've met really nice trumpet boys too. so i dont dislike the instrument, just the kind of ppl who tend to play it.
