"Wha.." Deserai came back to reality. She felt like her sister had thought about her, and she was concintrating so hard, she didn't hear what Ligah had said. "Oh, I'm just thinking about my younger sister, Kendal. For some reason, she feels close." Deserai knew this was when her family took their vacation, and she felt left out, knowing they were not at home, being as bored as she was. All of a sudden, the double doors burst open. "Deserai!!" She heard a squeal. A flash of pink and someone was smothering her.
"Kendal?" She asked, trying to pry the pink blob away. Her sister, about 14, with pink hair, was flushed and breathing hard. "Mom and Dad enrolled me! They enrolled me into Ria!!" She jumped up and down on Deserai's legs. Deserai hugged her. "Good! Now the family genius can get some proper training!"
Deserai turned to Ligah, who had been quiet the whole time. "Ligah, this is my sister, Kendal. Kendal, this is my friend, Ligah." Kendal turned to Ligah and smiled. "Hi!"
((A VERY long post for me. I think I'm making Kendal my second charecter, so I need to post her in the listings. Edit- Sorry bout the mispelling, I fixed it))

((Dude... My name is Ligah, not Liagh.))

Ligah smiled and extended her hand to Kendal. "Hey, Kendal. I'd call you Ken or Dal if I could, but Ken is a guy's name."
Turning back to Deserai, Ligah said, "Good for you, good for her. Guess what? I have a friend in Ria too." She thought about her more sane friend Be, and her exceedingly long break from Ria high.
"So, what are we going to do now, girls? Extra-credit projects?" Ligah laughed desperately. She really needed those points, and a groupmate/partner.

Deserai laughed. "Yeah, extra credit sounds good. I don't think my grades are looking very good." "I've never heard of Dal, but Ken is a guy name." Kendal giggled. They both wondered about Ligah's other friend. "Hmm... So how are we gonna get this extra credit?" Deserai asked. She looked at Kendal. "And you need to get settled in." Kendal pouted, "But Deserai..."

Ligah put a finger to her own mouth and started biting her nails. "I never really thought of that. 'Chur just said for extra-credit, we need to make some sorta painting about emotions... And Dal, me and Dessy here can help show you around. Des, hope you don't mind me contracting your name."
"Anyway, right now, if you ask me, I feel crazy." Ligah started doodling a rough map of the school on the back of her schedule.
(note: in my school, Chur is short for teacher.)

Deserai laughed at being called Dessy. "Don't worry about it, it's what I was called when I was little." She looked over at Kendal, who was examining the map of the school from behind Ligah. "Some sort of painting of emotions. Hmmm..." Kendal turned around. "Oh no! Deserai's thinking! Take cover!" She yelled, diving behind an easel. She poked her head out just a little, watching the aftermath. Deserai's hair started to ruffle as an invisible gust of wind rushed through the room, making papers fly everywhere. "Whoops!" Deserai laughed.

Ligah unstuck a piece of her Science paper from her face. "And I thought I was bad when I actually started thinking." Corny jokes were Ligah's forte, aside from taking possession over wolves and dogs.
"So when do you want to start this project of ours? Well, actually, we have two choices today. Either explore the grounds or help me get a better grade."

Deserai laughed as Kendal came from behind the table. "Well, the young one over there," She nodded towards her pink blob of hair that she loved,"needs to get settled in, but that won't take long, right Kendal?" Kendal tried to smile innocently, but could not suceed. "Figures." Deserai muttered. Kendal finally came over after watching to make sure it was safe. "Well," She said dramatically as she sat down next to Ligah, "I'm smart and I can get that extra credit done fast. Let's explore!" Deserai sighed. "The lost childhood you never had."

Deserai sat in her seat as Kendal shot out the door. She poked her head back in. "Well.." She left the well hanging in the air huffly. "Kendal, unlike you, we really need this extra credit stuff. You go ahead, we'll meet you later." Deseari finished, finally acting like her age around her little sister. Her serious expression compared to Kendal's breathlessness(sp?) looked like the two had switched personalities. After a moment, Kendal regained her mature posture and replied, "Ok, I'll find my dorm and get settled in. If you all need me, I might be traveling the grounds figuring out my class schedule." She smiled and waved as she strutted out the door, head held high. Deserai sighed her normal sigh, then looked at Ligah. She forgot all her moments maturetty (sp?) and started laughing. "The first time she's actually listened to me," Deserai said finally after supressing her giggles. "So what are we going to do?" She asked.

((Ola. Sorry for the late reply.))

Ligah stared at Deserai laughing, but just smiled through it.
"I've got a little brother back home. He plays with me too much." Ligah remembered her crazy little brother and their Super-soaker fights.
"I mentioned earlier we needed to make a banner for Art. Being absent with a head injury for a long time isn't easy. The upside is that Sensei might use it for a class decor... Something with unity whatever." Ligah pointed to a letter in her open backpack that was sent by their teacher suggesting she make an extra-credit assignment with a friend or two.

Yukiko stepped into the art room and looked around. It was decent, not the messy and crowded place that she'd expeced it to be. With her was her fraternal twin sister, Yumiko, who was all about the sewing and embroidery. "Yumiko, you can stay here and sew while I go to the other side of the room and paint, alright?" Yumiko smiled and nodded her head. Yumiko was born mute, her vocal chords having been damaged by an illness while she was still in her mother's womb. She signed a 'goodbye' to her sister before pulling up a chair from the corner and sitting down with her embroidery quilt. Yukiko's flowing black skirt brushed the floor when she bent down to pick up a paintbrush someone had dropped. "Hm...a paintbrush...made of fox hairs, I think..." She pushed her glasses up and speculated the fine red hairs on the brush. "Must have been really expensive...well, if no-one claims it, it's mine, I guess..." Yukiko blew a few strands of hair out of her eye and sniffed delicately. "If anyone criticizes my art, I'm going to stay calm." She was really sensitive when it came to her art, since she poured her whole heart and soul into the works that she created. "I don't know what I'd do without my art and music..."

Yumiko waved her sister off and sat down to sew. She never really did much work, always watched her sister to see if anything happened to her. She was born without a voice, and so she couldn't scream or yell if anything happened, she had to stop it before it could do any harm. She was like the complete opposite of her sister, in every way possible. Her silver hair was long and wavy, while Yukiko's ebony locks were short and straight. They had different tastes, and the only thing they seemed to have in common were their sizes ((In Clothes)). They shared practically everything together! Yumiko sweat-dropped and looked down at her sewing. It was of a rose, a red one, with lilies and tulips around it with little pricks of baby's breath. There was a cursive writing sewn in underneath, 'Rest In Peace', it said. Rest in peace indeed...

(don't feel bad, I haven't paid any attention)

Deserai looked thoughtful for a moment. "Hmm,"She said, tapping her chin. "A unity banner. I can do that!" Her eyes brightened as she began rushing around the room grabbing stuff they needed. She was full of energy. Why, she had not figured out. As she stopped, she wipped a bead of sweat from her forehead. "Whew."

"So... we've got a few ideas already, you got our stuff, and the only thing we're lacking now is..." Ligah smiled and pointed to her stomach. "Food. Mmmm... Wait, I don't remember getting a decent lunch. We could look for your sister and grab some food first. I can't think on an empty stomach."
Ligah stood up, grabbed one of a hundred pieces of scrap paper from her blue backpack and slung the rugged bag on her shoulder. Grabbing a ballpen from her jacket, she started scribbling something on the back of the note.
"If I don't come back in 5 minutes, here's some thing to help us get started. I'll be back with sandwiches from the cafeteria. Or would you prefer ramen?" she said, handing Deserai the doodle.

Scribbly stick people of different nationalities as indicated on top of their heads were holding hands raised up. A globe and big, blocky letters spelling "UNITY" were behind them.

She turned into her werewolf self and ran at 30 miles per hour towards the cafeteria.

Deserai watched her calmly. Not everyday someone turned into a wolf before you, but this was a strange school. She looked around for art supplies. In a art room. She laughed outloud at herself. She was such a blonde. But she had lavander hair. "Hmm..." she pondered. But soon after looking for quite a while, she found a wide piece of poster-board and markers and stencils. For fun, she got the glue and glitter out. She looked at the messy cabinets and thought about organizing them, but she knew she did not have the patience.

Ligah. Known to her friends as the fast-talking crazy girl who runs at 30 miles an hour for a sandwich. She did that for the enth time as she raced back to the art room, irritating teachers and students carrying papers along the way. The door to the art studio slammed open as Urufu-Ligah ((wolf-Ligah)) head-butted in, carrying a plastic bag with something spilling from it in
"I brought two sandwiches, a ramen and my Sharpie markers from my locker!"
Ligah changed back to her regular form and cheerily waved to Deserai and brought out a soggy, soup-covered sandwich, and an empty Tupperware covered with soup. The case which the markers were in was miraculously dry.
"Eh, he, I guess since it was my first time carrying ramen, I forgot to close the Tupperware properly."

((Sorry, but you're taking some time to reply.))

Ligah and Deserai finished their extra-credit report and submitted it on time, after 2 hours of grueling work, and on a Saturday too. They got a 95, and couldn't believe it at all. This would have pulled up Ligah's grade, which had a lot of missing chunks in it, from a 72 to 84. The next day, Ligah slept in, and the first thing she did after leaving her dorm was go to the art room again. There she found her art project buddy.
"Hey, Deserai. It was nice meeting you, I hope to see you or your little sister again sometime."
