When you start smashing pots, boxes, cutting grass (warning: parents could take advantage of this one! XD) etc looking for rupees.
When you start throwing chickens to piss them off.
When you jump off building or ledges while holding a chicken thinking you can hover over to the next one. XD xD
When you start walking into any house that's unlocked looking for items to help you. ninja
Solving puzzles when you're on the loo (I did that with Enemy Zero rofl ).

You know you're obsessed...
When you keep a photo of your favorite character in your wallet. (mehehehe, the happy mask salesman is in mine mrgreen )
When the only thing you look forward to at the beginning of a month is your next issue of Nintendo Power and Game Informer.
When you dedicate a shrine to your favorite game in a dark corner of your closet. (with enough space so none of your clothes touch your sacred belongings)
When you out-nerd the nerdiest kid in your class over a debate about old school games and easter eggs. (super-secrets hidden in games)
When your proudest moment was beating little kids and crushing their dreams in an EB Games Super Smash Bros Tournement. twisted
When your exercise routine is 30 minutes of Wii Sports a day.

I've got a couple (I have done all of these things):
When you talk about a certain game so much that every time you take a break your parents begin asking informed questions about how the storyline is progressing (ex: So, have Tidus and Yuna kissed yet?)
You shell out an extra 10 to 20 dollars for the "limited edition" of a game.
Not only do you pre-order games, but you look through every online store for 3 days and comparing the extra gifts so that you can choose the absolute best one.
When you know your video games are packed somewhere in the 2000 boxes in the basement, so you climb over them and dig around for months to find the one box that has your games.
You have a T.V. that is only used for video games, and it's the bigger one.
You have two ps2s.
You have bladder problems because you put off using the bathroom so much while playing video games.

Cutish You know you're obsessed when your parents accept the fact that you are and start buying anything that has something to do with your fav. game when they go shopping My mom loves doing that for me heart Thats the way my mom is except its with anime sweatdrop She hasn't figured out my video game thing yet.

Shiama ~When you swear someone you see walking down the street looks like a video game chracter ~When you use the currency in the game instead of actual money... The second one, totally! I find myself saying 'gald' or 'gold' for money all the time xd

Bunniechild When you constantly do death-defying things because you believe you have multiple lives. Whenever you accomplish something you hear the FF7 victory music. OMG! I often go around the house singing "doo doo doo do do doot doot do!"

Here's a few my friend has done:
-When you fall asleep playing and wake up to find you're farther in the game than you were the night before
-When you read all the manga created about your favorite video game
-When you start seeing the triforce everywhere (seriously my friend freaks out when three ppl are standing together and they are wearing blue, green, and red)
Here's a few I've done:
-When you dance, it looks like you are playing DDR
-When you've played a game so much you start naming the characters weird names just so you can laugh (Like MonkeyBob or YourFace)
