Preparing for a new arrival page 2718 (casual) Ahdahnia (*rolls around* Severus: *grumbles something about another Weasly, goes back to organizing his potions closet* ) Rainberries (( Remus: But Severus, young Ginny is a bright student & not a troublemaking type. Nothing like Fred & George. Thank God.You know what would be fun... adding F&G Kitsu's to my family. *whimpers* Miss Trelweny, please tell me you are in jest.*laughs* For now. You know finding "Relm"s in all my favorite shops comes first. That is not much better. Nor very comforting either.Sorry. *snuggles*)) Ahdahnia (( *snorts Did you so readily forget the Riddle journal incident Remus? At one point or another a Weasly will cause trouble. *snickers* someone woke up on the wrong side of doggie bed biggrin )) Rainberries (( You know I was not present for that occurrence, friend. However, from what Dumbledore told me of the event it had more to do with her family being targeted for a cruel joke that started the trouble. Little surprise a mere first year fell victim to the wiles of He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named. Even as a mere boy, Tom Riddle had a way with words & convincing his facade of goodness & sincerity. Or have you forgotten his silvered tongue?
*pauses, looking quite ashamed* I apologize, Severus. That was uncalled for & unkind of me.))

Introducing: Ginny Weasley Page 2721Rainberries Remus J. Lupin apparated into kitsu HQ only moments before the door was thrust open by his angelic brother who instantly flew up to the invisible "nest" high above in the rafters. Flipping his robes so that they enveloped him more completely the wizard made his way to the kitchen to grab something to eat. Of course a fuzzy feeling came over him, remembering times spent in the kitchen with Nari. AearHwesta, of course, was checking to see if the lovely Isis had returned to her now more comfortable post. By the time Remus was in the kitchen the door opened again, revealing a human woman with a long honey-colored braid that started high on her head underneath a braid bun. A primary colored kitsu female chattered happily at the human, while a small human child had one arm around her neck & the other rested on the neck of a small creature with only one large tail. Two miniature kitsu pups circled around them, the dark one occationally leaving a spot of soot where he stepped while chasing the tricolored one. "Trel, Trel! I'm glad you came with us today! Maybe you can meet my India today! You'll like him! I know! Even if he is always sleeping!" Chroma looked around in mild confusion from the center of the room. "Where're Remy & Aear? I was sure they'd beat us here.""It is Remus!" Came a familiar voice from the kitchen. Trelwney snickered softly. "That's one." MoochiLove Gypsy actually trotted her way to the HQ, singing a happy song, quite happy over what happened today! After they had received the newcomer and she got introduced to the Kitsu family, Gypsy and Nunzio both decided to take her to the HQ together. After Moochi explained what had happened and why they were all sharing Ginny, Gypsy couldn't wait to see the other families reaction to her. She looks behind to see if the redheaded female had caught up.
Nunzio flies over the two females, swooping in low once they are at the HQ and landing. He himself was quite happy as well over Moochi was able to do and was quite anxious to see the other families reaction as well. He folds his black wings down over his back, waiting for the redhead. Rainberries The female walked cautiously behind the two winged kitsu. There was an anxious, nervous, frightened look about her... but an almost giddy excitement as well that did not quite reach her feet. She had had two homes already... would this sharing of two homes at once end the uncertainty?
Seeing the red female stop, Ginny hurried to catch up. "Sorry..." Ahdahnia Ahdahnia stretched and padded into the HQ, after a long absense she was curious about all that had happened in her time away. Her ears perked, she heard the familiar sound of Gypsy, her long time friend. Her face broke out in a large smile as she trotted towards the red kitsusagi. Kae'lic grumbled softly, padding a few feet behind Ahdahnia. Kesa was driving the egyptian nightmare bonkers. "Kesa, " he growled turning his head to 'look' at the guardian perched upon the nightmares shoulders "You ARE edible" he said with a puff of air, blowing the small creature off its perch. Kesa squeaked as he hit the ground, glaring up at Kae'lic "and YOU are intolerable" he said sticking out his tongue and crossing his arms over his little chest. "The gods punish me when they sent me to you" he muttered under his breath. MoochiLove Gypsy ends her song and smiles kindly at Ginny, "It's alright, I would be nervous too! And don't worry, Moochi told us all about it, and you don't have to worry, this is gonna be your last home, we promise!!!" she says, folding her gold and blue wings down as well. She then goes to push the door open and steps inside the HQ.
Nunzio gestures for Ginny to walk on ahead of him, smiling kindly as he purrs for her, "Gypsy is right, we will make sure you won't have to leave another family again." he says in his deep voice.
Charna comes pushing her way out of the bushes. She was also introduced to the new female and she found she really did...like her? Though she tried not to show it, wouldn't do for a tough female like her to appear soft. Ahdahnia Severus was in a grumbly fickle mood. Some of his potions didnt go right, he woke up with a bad hair day, couldnt find his scarf for hours and was just all around icky. Spotting Remus and whom appeared to be Ginny, didnt help his mood much. Not all the time did he enjoy running into those from his past. Sighing softly he cursed the gods under his breath and lept up onto his favored couch, crossing his paws delicately and watching Remus and Ginny with mild interest. Rainberries A bright smile lights up her face, making her pretty features look beautiful. "Thanks Gypsy, thanks Nunzio." She nuzzles the large angelic as she steps past him, keeping her eyes on his kind face. "Everyone has been so kind to me... I almost feel... home."The witch looks into the room just as a blue & white angelic slightly smaller than Nunzio flies down to greet the winged female. The human made a warning gesture with her hand and the male almost instantly backed off. "But, Trel... lass..." "She's taken, AearHwesta." She spoke gently but firmly & the toddler with her gave the angelic an "you got off easy this time" look before running off to join his jivvin bond & the little Soot in a game of tag. Trinity left the game, the mini permakit following her human's happy & welcoming gaze. "Hello, Ginny." With a warm smile the woman got to her knees to be of a closer height with the kitsus. "And hello to you too, Gypsy, Nunzio. Thanks too." Remus stepped from the kitchen, slightly confused. Seeing the redheaded witch he blinked: the conversation with Severus yesterday suddenly making sense. "Ginny Weasley? Trelweny why did you not say...?" He glanced at Severus on the couch. Had the potions master known as well? Seeing Chroma spin in surprise to the door, the wizard was at least pleased he was not the only one who had been kept in the dark. "huh? Who're you? Oh! Gypsy!" With a chirp of happiness the female raced at her friend. "Gyps! You brought a new friend!" Chroma turned on the new face. "Hi! I’m Chroma!"Suddenly shy, Ginny stepped back & bumped into Nunzio. Ahdahnia Severus chuckled. He was informed yesterday about Ginny's new home, and whom she would be boarding with. But in typical Severus fashion, he kept it to himself and watched with amusement as it played itself out. "ahhh Remus old friend, ever the observent one" he chuckled and lightly rested his head on his crossed paws, watching it all with knowing eyes. MoochiLove Gypsy smiles happily and chirps, looking quite proud of herself on a job well done! Then she squawks and launchs herself at Chroma, nuzzling her friend. Then she squawks again and launchs herself at Ahdahnia so she can drag her friend to Chroma and they can all be friends in a big, furry nuzzlefest!!!
Nunzio chuckles deeply and gently nuzzles Ginny, "Quite alright Ginny." he says reassuringly. He laughs at Gypsy enthusiam, the bird kitsu so happy, she couldn't even talk, just make bird noise.
Charna sits away from everyone else, taking in the different scents. As much as she liked her family, and even Ginny, she couldn't help but feel...out of place. But then she picks up another scent of another Nitemare there and she tenses, 'Great...another male to get on my case and make me feel worse...' she thinks to herself, her ears drooping. Lady Aria Starstone Hermione wanderout, hunting for a library, and something to read, wanting to study the kitsu race, and learn more about her kind. Her tail swished as she walked intently through the place. Ahdahnia Ahdahnia chuckled and nuzzled Gypsy chirping happily in the same mannor the parrot kitsu was. Her duel colored eyes lit up, she was happy to see her old friend still very much unchanged...for now. Kesa continued squabeling with Kae'lic, until he took notice of the female Nightmare, and he began tugging on the nightmares shoulder scarves. "Kaekaekaekaekae, another nightmare!" he said excitedly. Kae'lic groaned. "Thank you captain obvious, i couldnt determine that on my own" he growled softly and padded towards the female nightmare. He wasnt overly cocky, just confident. He lowered his head slightly, a notion that no doubt went un-noticed by this other nightmare. "I've never seen you around here, are you new?" He asked with a tilt of his head. MoochiLove Charna tenses herself, as if ready for him to suddenly insult her. But she calms down when he asks her if she is new and she turns her head toward him, still doubting that he would really care, "You could say I am....I've only been around for a month..." she says softly, her three tails swinging about. Lady Aria Starstone Hermione noticed the other kitsu, and heads towards them, her tails held up. She looks at the group, then sits down outside it, and tilts her head at the others, studying the group before speaking. Ahdahnia Kae'lic chuckled softly "thought as much, i havent been around alot lately, but the few times i have been in, i have not recognized you" He yawned gently, and sat down on his back haunches, tails swaying, providing Kesa with amusement. The small guardian giggled and pounced the tails. Kae'lic wanted to keep the little guardian from bugging the other nightmare as he so liked to do. MoochiLove Charna can feel herself finally start to relax. Maybe he wasn't out to make her mad and say mean things? "My name is Charna...and you are....Kae?" she asks, having heard the little guardian call him Kae alot when they were approaching. Rainberries Ginny startled at first, then took comfort. Nunzio was a perfect big brother. He made her think of a non-rebelling Bill from her life before. Or Charlie. Smiling her thanks to the angelic she answered Chroma's question, even though the primary colored female seemed otherwise busy. "um. Hi. I’m Ginny." Chroma meeped in happiness from the nuzzlefest she found herself in. "Weee!!! Ginny join us? Play too?" Her head tilted curiously. "Gypsy's other friend! Hihi to you too!"Very glad she had remembered to wear one of Rikku's language translators Trelweny laughed. "Come on in, Ginny dear. We won't bite." "Hahaha! Little Trin-lass might!" He laughed, & there was a twinkle in the angelic's russet eyes. "Hmph. I might but I won't." The minikit retorted. Cautiously the redhead stepped further into the room. Only then did she see Remus walking slowly towards her from the kitchen. As he shot a slightly annoyed, slightly amused glance to a green kitsu on the couch she paled recognizing both almost at once. "Professor Lupin? Professor Snape?" The female squeaked out, her hazel eyes wide. "Remus is fine, Ginny. Especially since it appears we will be siblings." The wizard smiled gently at her. "And Severus... I consider him a good friend. He & his daughter have helped me considerably."Then Remus blinked. "Ah. Miss Granger as well. My, what a party we have here tonight." He glanced at Trel, who smiled & shrugged innocently. Ginny spun. "Hermione!?!?!"Spotting his friend Kae'lic, Remus desisted in greeting him thinking that family came first as well as not wanting to interfere in the nightmare's conversation with the female. Lady Aria Starstone Hermione smiles at Ginny, then at Remus and nods at Snape. "Hello Professor Lupin, Professor Snape. Hi Ginny, how are you?" She walks closer to the three she knew, her tails wagging a bit. MoochiLove Gypsy chirps and chitters at Ahdahnia happily and nuzzles and cuddles Chroma, "I've missed my friends so much!!! But I have been happy, I even have a mate!!!" the red female says happily, chirping at Ahdahnia again.
Nunzio sits down and folds his wings back, a large smile on his face and he purrs deeply. He was quite happy with how everything turned out now. He looks over at Charna and he smiles again, glad to see she didn't seem so tense when talking with that other Nitemare. Ahdahnia Kae'lic chuckled lightly, and bowed his head softly, another gesture gone unseen. "Pleasure to meet you Charna, My name is Kae'lic, Kesa just likes to call me Kae" He would roll his eyes if he had the option. Kae'lic was indeed an odd Nightmare. He could be docile when he chose to, yet he had a fierce side as well, as was demonstrated when he had the conflict with Chaos. MoochiLove "Hmmm...Kesa...? He smells like a guardian. One of the Kitsu's in my family also has a guardian....she can quite annoying when she wants to be..." she says, flicking her three tails about as she flicks her tongue out for a second. Ahdahnia Severus blinked softly at the sudden commotion. His ears swivled, taking it all in. He bowed his head gently "Miss Granger, Miss Weasly" he said with a light smirk. "The only one thats missing is Mister Potter" his lip curled slightly at the name. He still found Potter to be a troublemaker. Shaking his head he turned his mind to go to a better mood. "How have you two fared?" He asked gently. Ahdahnia grinned and danced around, yipping excitedly. She was happy for her friend, and it showed on her face. Rainberries Chroma paused in the midst of her play, finally reaching the conclusion that the new female with robes like Remy was going to be part of their family. "Oh!!! Happy day! New sister! See old friends! Make good news from Gypsy! I am glad you have a mate! Is that like India & I being "each others"? We're going to play very vey close until the Bunny brings us patterned kitsu eggs like the bunny did for Remy's friend Ember!"Where he stood near Ginny & Hermione the wizard shuddered at the sound of Chroma's nickname for him but bit his tongue. Perhaps no one else would pick up on it. Bad enough Trel seemed to have gotten in the habit of using it from time to time. Ginny's tails were wagging happily and she gave Hermione a kitsu hug with a happy sigh. "I am well, Miss Granger. Getting my fill of surprises in for the day, that is for certain."TheronDeVon, seeing that much attention was centered on the robed kitsus ran over with a smile. Ambar raced behind him, trailed by the Soot kit. Little fingers grasped one of the wizard's tail & the child giggled. Remus winced & the jivvin ust yapped happily. [Much family! Much friends! Much fun for Ambar & her boy-bond!]"Oh!! Do you think Harry will show up?" At the thought her little heart beats faster. Remembering her manners, Ginny smiles nervously at the potions professor. "Much better now, Professor Snape."Lady Aria Starstone Hermione tilts her head at Professor Snape. "Ron might be good, as well. But thats fine. I have been all right, perhaps a bit busy... Is there a good library around here by any chance? I could use some new reading." Ahdahnia Kae'lic chuckled "Oh thats a fair assumption of the little things" he said with a light growl, as Kesa chomps on his tail. "They can be helpful, but at times, they're a real pain in the butt" he flicked his tail, sending the guardian flying. He smirked and turned his attention back to Charna. "So tell me, have you met any other of our kind?" He asked softly. MoochiLove Gypsy chirps happily as she snuggles up to Ahdahnia and then to Chroma. She chirped and chittered, her tails wagging about and her wings flapping a little bit. A new sister, her two friends here and meeting new Kitsu's!! What a good day, it deserved a little song!!
Nunzio slides his front half to lie down on the floor, purring contentedly as he shuts his eyes for a moment, his tails swaying about on the floor.
Charna tenses up when he asks and she growls a little, "Yea I did...but he was....not as nice as you is the best thing I can say...." she says, willing herself to relax, this Nitemare hadn't said anything mean so far. Ahdahnia Kae'lic nodded. "Not all of our kind are pleasent to converse with" He shrugged "There are a few not so mean ones i can refere you to" he chuckled lightly "There's also a few i can warn you to avoid" He would have smirked, had he lips. "Im sorry your previous run-in with a nightmare, was...unpleasant" He shook his head. Ahdahnia laughed and nuzzled Gypsy, wishing Akasha were around so she could talk, so to speak. She sighed softly, almost sadly. Severus chuckled lightly at Ginny and Hermione "There is a library down from the potions closet" he said with a nod. "And please, call me Severus, we are not in Hogwarts, i dont teach classes here. Except to my children." He nodded. And turned his attention to Ginny "Glad to hear so. As for Potter, he shows up whenever he feels like it. As always" he growled and shuddered. Lady Aria Starstone Hermione looked relieved, and tilts her head. "Children...? All right. And thank you, a library is always a good thing." She considers going to get a book, but decides it would be most rude, and listens in. MoochiLove Charna would have blinked in surprise if her eyes weren't sewn shut. Last time a male complimented her, she couldn't stand it, just the way his voice sound just irked her. But Kae'lic didn't sound overconfident, just like he was speaking the truth. "Thank you..." she says softly, feeling incredibly unsure now. Ahdahnia Severus chuckled "Yes, i have two batches of children, and a few grandkids as well" He smiled "My mate is a Vampire kitsu, some of my kids have the bloodlust she does, most all share interest in potions." He laughed "They make life interesting" he nodded. Rainberries Ginny blinks. "Ron might be around?" She makes a face, but then as if remembering something quickly casts it aside. She could deal with her brother's overprotectiveness for Hermione's happiness. That was if he did not act like a royal git. "And Professor Snape has children?" "That's not all." The human spoke up, her soft voice carrying over all the other noises -showing the vocal training in its easy projection. She put a hand to her head, activating another part of the small machina imbedded in her ear. "Okay boys. It's time. But be careful, there's a lot of kitsu around. And remember, you're not to stay to long. When I give the word. You go home." Before she even removed her hand, two identical talaye apparated in just below the invisible "nest" & hovered there, looking for a good place to land. "Ruddy wet blanket you are, Trel-mum." "Bloody hell woman, you weren't kidding about a crowd though, were you?" Remus rolled his eyes. "Oh no..."Their sister blinked. Red hair, Gryffindor scarves... those matching grins... those voices. "Fred? George?" If she wasn't still hugging Hermione, Ginny was afraid she would fall over. Hoping perhaps that Harry would show up suddenly too & fearing that she might just burst with so much so fast after so long, Ginny almost missed Remus' next words. "Yes. Severus has quite a large family. And if you would like, Miss Granger, I am certain from time to time you may come ot our home with Ginny to sample our library."Lady Aria Starstone Hermione takes all this in, then nods. "I see... Well at least its not boring." She looked around curiously for a moment, and glances at Ginny. She smiles thankfully at Professor Lupin. "I appreciate that, sir. Different libraries always help." Ahdahnia Kae'lic chuckled softly and nodded, tilting his head to the side. "Have you ever met a vampire kitsu?" he asked softly, knowing they sometimes kept to themselves. "I'm related to a halfbreed." He was just making conversation, wondering how many different breed's she's met. ((OOC Kesa: CAAAANNNNN YOU FEEL, THE LOVE TONI-*gets shut up by Peatree, who clamps a paw over his mouth* shut it -_- **Bursts out laughing** )) MoochiLove Gypsy jumps in surprise at the sudden appearance of the Talaye. Moochi had pets like them around, one was really big!! But she focus' back on Ahdahnia and cuddles her, chirping and cooing at her.
Charna tilts her head a little bit, "Really? I did not know such a breed existed...I haven't met many of our own...kind....you are only the second one I have met thus far." she says softly.(*laughs and falls over*) Ahdahnia Severus chuckled softly "Needless to say" he said with a light nod. He surveyed the sceen, taking in who all was present. Autumn_Fury (( ::giggles at rp:: X3 Em: gonk When'm I gonna get to see Remus's library...? )) Ahdahnia Kae'lic nodded gently "There are many types of Kitsusagi out there. Nightmares and Angelics are only a small portion of what there is." He chuckled "There's nightmares nices then angelics, and angelics crueler then a nightmare" He gave a shrug of his massive shoulders, sending his scarves rippling down his back. His tails swayed gently, not disturbing the guardian who was sleeping in them. "Its hit and miss really" Danny laughed and curled up with Gypsy, licking the red kitsu's muzzle, and beaming happily. ((*snickers* good ole Kesa XD )) MoochiLove Charna flicks her ears about as she thinks about his words, "I guess you could be right, though I have yet to run into an Angelic that is cruel. Obnoxious, but certainly not cruel. And the two in my family certainly don't seem to hate me, in fact, the big male over there treats me like a sister..." she says fondly, a smile going across her muzzle.
Gypsy chitters and licks Ahdahnia's muzzle as well, flapping her wings about as she sing her a pretty song. Lady Aria Starstone Hermione nods at Severus, watching everyone quietly, her tail wrapped around herself. Mau  With a triumphant smile on her face, Nari burst into the kitsu HQ, dragging a very reluctant Harry-kitsu behind her. She had a firm grip on his quidditch uniform, having learned the hard way to hold tight to him less he apparate away from her - as he had done when she first suggested the trip to the HQ. Knowing that Remus longed to see the child of his dear friends from the past life, Nari had set out to make sure that wish came true. Whether Harry agreed or not... well.. Crossing his arms as Nari dragged him along, Harry gave an inward sigh. He had given up trying to get away from her - her grip was remarkably strong for someone who didn't have an extra paw to use, but only her teeth. "Come on, Nari, let go." For that he caught a glare from over her shoulder before she turned back inside - and froze. Towering over her, he could see inside easily, and his eyes widened. Several of the other HP kitsu, most of whom he hadn't seen since they were eggs or kits, were gathered in the room. "Reeeeeem-chan!" Letting go of Harry's uniform, Nari bounded over to Remus and greeted him with a light nuzzle. "I brought Harry!"Ahdahnia Kae'lic nodded again, and swivled an ear as he heard something, but soon his ear returned to facing the front. "They are rare, but out there. I too have an Angelic in my family, and a half vampire, a potions master, and a few who dont know what they are" He chuckled "Family reunions are always...interesting" He was thinking of Dementor, and Dementors kits. Danny curled up against Gypsy, murmering softly in another language, as she spaced out to Gypsy's song. MoochiLove Charna giggles...wait, she giggled?! Charna did not giggle like some girly girl! Charna...chuckled over what Kae'lic said, "Well, my Kitsu family isn't quite big as others are, but my humans vast majority of pets....and then it turns into quite a big family." she says, laying her body dowy.
Gypsy continues to sing to Danny, wrapping a wing around her friend. Ahdahnia Kae'lic quirked a brow at Charna's surprising giggle. He hadnt known her long, but could tell she didnt do that often. "Same with my pet, she has many different creatures" He sighed "none are edible though" He laughed, flicking his tails, waking Kesa up with a sharp jolt. He grumbled and crawled over to Charna, curling up against her, using her paw as a pillow and mumbling in his sleep. Kae'lic shook his head "i appologize for him, he's.....annoying" he chuckled once more. Danny cuddled closer to her friend, enjoying the singing. She'd always loved Gypsy's voice, she found it soothing and relaxing, compared to the rest of the world. Rainberries ((*giggles at singing guardian* I am so glad Rem's only translates. wink )) The talaye landed around the robed kitsu group. Looking down on their sister they beamed & hugged her fiercely. "Missed you, Ginny." "And don't worry!" "We'll take good care of you!"Ginny hugged them back fiercely. Different species or not, they were definitely her brothers. She did cringe a little at their promise however. "Thanks... but I'm all grown up now. I can have some freedom." They were about to respond when Trelweny walked over & lay restraining hands on their heads. "I think that's enough, boys. We need to go back & get the house ready so that Ginny can be welcomed properly by the rest of the family." Smiling she kneeled down & hugged the redheaded kitsu tenderly. "Welcome home, Ginny." She blushed. "Thank you." Trelweny was not anything like her mom from before but she certainly seemed nearly as nice. Very mom-like. Running her hand tenderly over Ginny's red hair the human stood & went to detangle her son's grip from Remus' tail. "Come on Theron, Ambar. It's time I got the two of you to bed." Trinity pounced forward, dragging a half-asleep Soot in her wake. Both permakits nuzzled their new sister before climbing aboard George's back. "Glad to have you, Ginny. Take your big sister Trinity's advice: wait to come home till you're good & ready here. There's more to meet once you get home." Then with a hop the candycorn mini kit joined her new brother. Trelweny had already possitioned Theron & the jivvin ust on Fred's back, holding her son securely in place as he wavered between sitting solomly ready for the ride & laughingly flipping the long red fur under the tala's ears. "Try not to bring her home too late, won't you Remus? And Aear..." There was a warning tone in her voice & the angelic sighed. "Not to worry lass, I think I've missed my opportunity there." He dolefully pouted at Charna talking with Kae'lic & Remus chuckled. "I will, Trelweny."((*puts Harry & Nari showing up here for my sanity*))Just as the other's apparated they heard the door open. Remus did not pay it any heed until he heard the voice of his beloved Nari even before he felt her tender nuzzle. He sighed happily. "Now the night is complete..." the werewolf whispered happily before catching on to what she had said next. "What? Harry?" He looked, seeing Ginny already staring in awe at the anthro in the doorway. "Ha-arry..." Remus too was shocked, but perhaps not quite so. He smiled warmly at his dear friend's son. "Harry. So good to see you again. Lady Aria Starstone Hermione turns, and studies Harry, then bounds over, and and bumps him with her head, unable to hug her best friend. "How ARE you Harry? Its been forever!" Mau "He's a tricky one to catch.. having both wings and your ability to apparate.." She mock-pouted and flicked a glare in Harry's direction. It had taken her hours to track him down after he had apparated away. Not that it wasn't worth it to see the smile on Remus's face, but still, an annoyance. Noticing the other red-head standing nearby, Nari gave her a quizzical glance before turning to Remus. "A new member of your family?"Harry blinked at the robed kitsu who addressed him, recognizing him from that past life - and little more so as the young kit [teen?] he had been when Harry had seen him last. "Professor Lupin? o.o" Then he registered the other one who had spoken to him, and he grinned. "Ginny?!" Autumn_Fury (( Em: ::splutters, fidgeting:: I...I c-couldn't, without an invitation, and~! ::worrywibbles:: ))Rainberries Chroma watches from the nuzzlefest, happily listening to Gypsy sing & watching her family be happy. The only thing missing was India... Remus snuggled against Nari, happy to simply take in the scent of her. "I am glad you did. Just look at Ginny's face." He inclined his head & licked her cheek lightly. "At least you have wings as well, Nari my love." His eyes twinkled. "So it would seem. Ginny Weasley. You just missed her brothers, thankfully."AearHwesta fluttered over. No reason he had to be unsociable just because that nightmare had slinked in on one of his girls. He was not jealous, just disappointed. He inclined his head politely. "Nice to see you again, Nari-lass. Ye've done good work, keeping our melancoly bookworm both jovial & active. Kudos to ye, lass."Ginny blushed nearly as red as her hair, keeping just abreast of Hermione. "Hello Harry." She said smiling & trying to keep her heart from pounding out of her ears. "You look well."((*writes up invitation & sends it to Em* You had a verbal invitation from Rem! That's enough & it still stands! No matter what!)) Autumn_Fury (( Em: But...but...that was a long time ago, and what ...what if he doesn' want me to come, anymore? What if h-he's changed his mind, or..?::bops:: =_=' Shut up, Emmy. Em: ::meek:: Yes ma'am. >>;;)) Lady Aria Starstone Hermione steps back, smiling a bit, since Harry was focused on Ginny, not wanting to interupt this meeting between the 2. She sits, and watches, smiling at Remus. Mau "Doesn't make it any easier to catch him." She muttered before brightening up and nodding to Ginny. "I heard of her, long ago.. but I've never met her before."He wouldn't have minded seeing Fred & George.. the memories of them from his past life said they had been dear friends before. But he was surprised to see Ginny here. He had never seen her before, and yet she was fully grown? "How long have you been here?" MoochiLove Charna was quite surprised when the little guardian had came over and used her for a pillow. But for some reason, she doesn't feel angry in the least. She gently nuzzles him, smiling a little, "It's....quite alright, I don't mind really." she whispers softly.
Gypsy finishes up her happy song for Danny and licks her muzzle, nuzzling her friend before turning and nuzzling Chroma happily, purring gently. Ahdahnia Kae'lic chuckled and shook his head, this day was full of surprises. "He's done that to a few different nightmares. I'm amazed he hasnt been turned into a meal yet" He smiled softly, and lied down as well, his tails curling around him. This was one of the times he wished he could see, who he knew whom he was talking to. It surprised him that it got to him that much, normally he didnt mind. He shook his head clearing his mind. "what a day" he said softly, more to himself then to the femme. Rainberries If possible, Ginny grew more red. She pressed into Hermione's side, sitting beside her & taking comfort in that. "I just came here..." she indicated the HQ with a sweep of her head. "...Today."
Then she looked down at her paws, as if remembering something that did not want to be remembered. "I've had a time of it... since I was a kit, you could say. No one seemed to want to take care of me."
She turned her head into Hermione's side until her red hair fell over her face. It had been hard, so hard. In the Burrows she may have been the youngest of 7, but she had always felt loved & wanted. But that was before... of course now it seemed to be looking up -so much family!- but the pain of her last two homes lingered even as she forced the memories away."But catch him you did, Beloved." He refrained from nibbling her ear in front of his siblings, nodding to AearHwesta in gratitude for the angelic's only gentle ribbings even as he flushed at the implication as well as the thoughts it put in his mind.
"I have not seen Ginny since before..." Rolling his eyes at the oblivious lovebirds Aear fluttered over to the striped angelic. "Hey there! Nunzio, wasn't it. How are ye enjoying all this? Didn't mind just bringing her in? But then, You already knew, didn't you?"Chroma purrs softly, her heart only partway in it. "Miss my 'ndia..." Then, "Who's your mate, Gypsy?" Lady Aria Starstone Hermione leans comfortingly against Ginny, sensing her nervousness and her unhappiness about being alone. "Yeah, some of us... haven't made it in til today, and I'm not sure why." She leans her head gently against Ginny's, trying to give the girl comfort. Mau "Of course I did. :p He thought he was safe after a while, and let down his guard." She watched the other female bury her face, and tilted a questioning look at Remus.Harry frowned as sh e hid herself. He had only an inlking of a memory as to what had been in a past life - he knew that she had been the sister of his best friend, but not much more than that (he's still remembering XD). "Today is your first time? But you're an adult..." MoochiLove Gypsy blushes a little bit as she thinks about her mate, "His name is Al'covora, but I always call him Al! He is just like me, only he is blue and gold!!" she sighs a little, a happy smile on her face. She chitters to Danny again, cooing as well.
Charna chuckles, "I doubt I would want to eat this little one, he doesn't seem like he would make much of a meal." she teases lightly. She herself was wishing her own eyes weren't sewn shut, but she guessed it was a punishment all Nitemares had to endure.
Nunzio opens his eyes and lifts his head up to look at Aear and he gives him a friendly smile as he nods in greeting, "Hello again. And no, I quite enjoyed escorting her here. Me and Gypsy hope this will be the last time she has to find a home." he says softly in his ever deep tone. Rainberries Ginny glanced up at Hermione, something almost like relief in her brown eyes. "You too, Hermione?" Then feeling bolder that perhaps she was not alone in having been alone she included Harry in her glance as well. "I've had two "homes" before tonight... I grew up there. As a kitsu anyway. Only... only ... they were homes in word only." She ducked her head again, but did not hide behind her hair this time. After a moment she looked strait into the anthro's green eyes boldly. "But I've got two families, two homes at once now. I'm sure it's going to be better now."Remus chuckled softly before whispering. "Ginny has quite a crush on James Potter's green eyed son.""Like you! Wow! That's neat!" Chroma wagged her tails happily. "I don't think I've seen him around, but I'll keep an eye out for him! Does he like to play too?"Sitting his back end down Aear waved a paw as his tails flipped energetically behind him. "That, laddie, I don't forsee as beeing a problem. Not with ye & I and both of our families to see that she is cared for." Not having a mate had been to his advantage in hearing snipits of the situation. Of course he did not piece it together until seeing the new sibling, but it was enough for him to feel "in the loop".
"Do ye always play escort, Nunzio-lad? Or is there a lady friend ye have yer eye on that I should steer clear of?" Lady Aria Starstone Hermione nods, and sighs as her best friend other then Ron completely ignored her. "Yes, me too, Ginny... I just got rehomed, though, and I think I can say that it will be much better. I never saw my old human, nor had contact with him or her..." MoochiLove Nunzio sighs a little, looking away. "There is someone I do like. But...one can never be too sure on how the other one feels. For now, she is my friend." he says softly, looking back over to the other Angelic male as he flutters his wings a bit before folding them back down.
Gypsy chirps happily and nods, "Yes, we have much fun together when we play! Do you have a mate too Chroma?" she asks curiously. Rainberries "India & I are "each others". That's the same thing, Remy says.""Aye, that's the truth with any lovely lass." AearHwesta consisdered himself something of an expert in that subject. Females, after all, were his first love. Followed closely by the sea. "But come now, lad, best ye let ol' AearHwesta know a bit about the lass. I'd not want to muck around with a mate's romances." MoochiLove Gypsy nods and smiles at her friend, "I am happy for you Chroma!" she says and then sings her a song, that seems to be about the heart.
Nunzio looks at the male and then looks down. Should he really say? What would it hurt, hopefully it wouldn't get out, "She's...small, probably smaller then most Angelics. And she has spots and pink wings." he says softly. Mau Nari frowned as the two females told of being neglected. She had seen the effects of neglect on Rhian, and though both these two seemed "healthy" enough in body, it was obvious that in spirit... "It would seem.. smile "Harry hadn't even glanced at the kitsu beside Ginny, the shock of so many others from that life.. not to mention the shock alone of seeing Ginny again, which, for some reason, effected him more. But as she spoke up, he recognized the voice and turned his attention to her. "Hermoine!" Rainberries Chroma flicked her tails, happy for both of them too. "We have been each others a long time now. Nearly always since I got BIG! He sleeps a lot though. But I don't mind. 'ndia makes sleeping & being still not a bad thing." She grinned & rolled her playmates over cheerfully. "Now we be like sisters, sharing a sister?""Small. Pink wings & spots. Sounds lovely. Aye, mate. I'll leave her be for ye, just in case." He winked. "I won't interfere in yer courting, lad. A lad's gotta go about it as he sees fit. Some lads are just more amiable to settling with one lass than others." He inclined his head. "Like Rem with his lovely Nari, & the sleepy lad with our Chroma."The youngest Weasley breathed a sigh of relief that Harry's intense gaze was diverted from her. Not that she did not like it... far from it! But her feelings were already running too high from getting two new homes & meeting so many new faces & seeing so many familiar faces from before...
Ginny was worried that if she let herself get carried away with her feelings for Harry she would simply explode & waste all the goodness of this evening."More than seem, my Nari, if those talaye terrors are to be believed & if our Ginny bears the same feelings from before as the Ginny from the twins' before... it can be confusing, having a before." He was nuzzling her softly just beneath her ear so that his words would not carry to be heard by anyone else. "Although I for one am becoming quite enamored with the now, not dwelling near as much on the before as I used to." MoochiLove Gypsy chirps happily and flutters her wings, "Yes, you and me be sisters now!!!" she chirps, nuzzling Chroma happily.
Nunzio smiles a little at Aear, "Thanks...I guess. I would love to become her mate, but..." he just shakes his head, "As long as she is my friend, I wil always be happy." he rumbles out. Lady Aria Starstone Hermoine suppressed the urge to comment on how long it took Harry to notice. "Hey Harry. How are you?" She smiled up at her best friend, her tails wagging abit. She nuzzled Ginny in a friendly way, trying to help her cope. Rainberries "Sisters!" Chroma exclaims with glee wiggling & nuzzling happily. She had so missed her colorful friend."Don't fret, Nunzio lad. The lass is sure to come around." Aear bolstered, seeing the head shake as a sign of not enough self confidence on the larger angelic's part. "Take it from me, there's a key to each lass, ye've just got to find the one to yer lass." Mau "I'm very glad to hear that :p It's nice to see you happy." (redheads are good distractors! wink ) He cast a glance over at Remus and shook his head. That was something he didn't need to even try to understand at the moment (Nari and Rem, lols) but at the same time, it was good to see the professor having a better time of it in this life. Turning his attention back to Hermoine, he made his way over to her and gave her a hug before turning and giving Ginny the same [anthro hugs = akward! with a normal kitsu, anyways] "I've missed my friends.. although there's always someone there in my new home." MoochiLove Gypsy cooes and snuggles with her new sister. Then she gets up and sighs, shaking her fur out before leaning her head down and nuzzling Chroma one more time, "I have to go now, me and Nunzio promised we wouldn't be gone for too late and Ginny is fine with you guys now! I hope I meet your mate one day Chroma!!" She chirps at Nunzio it is time to go and she flaps her wings and flies out of the living area.
Nunzio looks at Aear and considers his words. He looks over to Gypsy and watchs her fly out and he stands up, stretching his large limps and wings before smiling and nodding to Aear, "Thank you for listening my friend. And I will consider your words. I hope to see you another day." He purrs as he trots away and makes his way out. Lady Aria Starstone Hermione nods, and smiles a bit sadly. "Have you seen Ron at all?" She sounds a bit hopeful, her head tilted. "I've missed him too... I'm so glad to see you, though. And I'm glad you're never alone..." She sounds a bit wistful. "I have hopes Iwont be in the future." Rainberries "Bye-bye sister Gypsy! See you soon!" The primary hued female waved her yellow & red tails in farewell, getting up & trotting to the kitchen. She felt like having a banana."Aye. Me too, Nunzio lad." He inclined his head with his usual winning smile, adding softly to himself as the two flew off. "Ye do that, lad. Ye do that." She almost wished Ron was here, feeling how tense Hermione was beside her. Ginny smiled, nuzzling her back to share the comfort. Then Harry gave each female a hug & she felt like she was actually floating off of the ground.
"Oh, Harry..." She breathed, a film of happy moisture making her brown eyes seem oddly bright & glistening. "We're here now. And we'll try to be here whenever we can." She cast a glance at Remus, to see if that was okay."You make me very happy, Nari." There was a huskiness to his soft voice as he murmured into her hair. Then overhearing Ginny his eyes sparkled & danced. Remus winked at Nari as he withdrew from her hair to pipe up. "Of course we will, Ginny. Though you likely more than I." Mau Nari grinned and ducked her head lightly, letting him respond to Ginny's question before tugging gently on his ear. "Much more fun in other places, ne?""Ron visits sometimes, but he lives elsewhere and doesn't come here often..." Harry hadn't seen Ron in a while, as his owners were always busy with other things... " Although it was good to not be alone sometimes, there were times when it was annoying to have people everywhere. "Want me to try to find him?" Lady Aria Starstone Hermione ducked her head, a slight smile on her face. "I'd... like that alot, Harry... It would be nice to have all of us together again... I miss him greatly, and I missed you..." She smiles slightly at Ginny, then looks back up at Harry. Rainberries A deep rumble-y purr sounded in the wizard & he growled playfully, surprising himself. Remus flicked his free ear. "I promised to see Ginny home..."Surprisingly, AearHwesta came to his rescue. "Out with ye, Lad!" He exclaimed, flying over suddenly & nudging the wizard closer to his lady love. "If there's one thing I know, ye NEVER keep a lady waiting. I'll baby-sit our new sister, never ye mind!""Ah. Yes. If Ginny does not mind." Long ears picking up both the words & the tone behind them the female Weasley could not help but smile. "I don't mind, Pro... Remus. I'll be fine. Now." Remus blushed. "Thank you, AearHwesta. Ginny." He inclined his head as much as he could with Nari having a hold of his ear. "Where to, Beloved? Do you think the gardens are... uninhabited?"Ginny smiled weakly. Could she handle another? "Could you?"Mau Grinning, Nari shook her head at the blue angelic. "I believe the gardens are very much empty right now.. wink ""I can try.. send him a letter.. " Lady Aria Starstone Hermione smiled warmly up at him. "Thank you so, Harry... I appreciate that..." Rainberries With an almost primal sound, Remus flings his robe over Nari's back under her wings. "Miss Granger. Harry. It has been a pleasure." He procured his wand from its place in his robes. "We shall see you again." With a slight nod of his head Remus apparated the two of them away.Being quite amused by the wink Nari had given him, the angelic settled down to watch the three remaining kitsu, starting to hum a rollicking sea-shanty to himself. All in all, a good day. Even if it had not ended his favorite way.Smiling that Remus Lupin seemed to have found happiness at last, Ginny resisted the urge to nudge Harry's hand with her head. Even with his hug he seemed so unobtainable. Especially with him being an anthro... she squelched the thought of feeling like his pet. Easily accomplished with as giddy & lightheaded as she was feeling. "I hadn't thought to send an owl for him. But then, I've no owl." Mau "Your guardian might be able to find him.. mine could, before. Maybe not if you haven't actually met them yet, though.." Rainberries Ginny blinked. "My guardian?" A small yellow guardian peeped out from the inside of her robe pocket. It was smiling at the small kitsu female, which made her smile too. "Oh! Aren't you the cutest thing!" It squeaked happily & reached up to stroke her red locks. Ginny nuzzled it gently with her nose. "Do you have a name?" It shook its head, hugging & holding onto her long hair with adoration in its eyes. "No? Then I'm going to call you Arnold!" She proclaimed with a sharp but small nod of her head. Arnold beamed burying his face into her hair as he hugged the kitsu.
Happy at having a little friend all her own Ginny let herself think on Harry's words. "Arnold, could you find my brother Ron? He probably looks a lot like me. Red hair anyway." The yellow guardian tilted his head, tapping his chin while he pondered. Then shook his head in the negative. "You can't now, or you can't ever?" Arnold made a little face almost like a pout, as if not wanting to speak. "Not now."
Ginny turned her face back to Harry & Hermione. There was a twinkle of amusement in her brown eyes. "Guess that's it. Arnold probably cant find anyone I don't know here."
Holding & caressing her hair, Arnold nodded vehemently. That was exactly so. That, or he just did not want to leave his red-headed mistress' side.

Ginny hardly remembered the trip home; her new "siblings" AearHwesta & Chroma on either side of her. She would glance at the angelic's halo or his wings, shaking her head in wonderment. It was all so much... So much, so fast. Perhaps another time she would have been better able to deal with such things, but not after so long feeling neglected & unwanted.
Chroma & Aear kept up a light conversation around their new sister, the sailor sometimes casting the red-haired witch worried glances for not joining in. It will take time fer the lass, I reckon.
By now they were nearly home, the cottage in the woods drawing near enough to be clearly seen by the starlight. The witch's brow furrowed in confusion. Surely they don't all live there!! Why it's smaller than the Burrows! But her escorts did not seem impeded by the sight. In fact, the primary hued female yipped happily & frolicked along the path to hurry towards the small house. Ginny followed with some trepidation.
Trelweny greeted them warmly at the door, her finger gently held to her lips. "Theron's asleep." She explained in a soft tone, smiling at them gently. Then the human woman did a double take. "Ah, Where's Remus?"
Ginny blushed -not wanting to think about her professor doing anything like it seemed apparent he would be doing- & Aear started to laugh so it was the hyper kitsu who was first to answer. "Remy & Nari went to her gardens!" Still laughing, Aear added, "And ye can bet what that pair will be doing there!"
The pale furred witch blanched, having really been trying not to think that & Trelweny's lip twitched almost as if she was trying not to laugh. "Well, he'll be home later or not. Come on inside. It's time for Ginny to make her room."
Turning to go inside the woman's long braid swayed behind her. Aear padded beind her, still laughing, as Chroma bound past them all heading towards the kitchen on the other side of the great room. Ginny paused, the human's words confounding her. "Make my room?"
A familiar double laughter met her inside the room. "Sure, just like the Room of Requirement." "Only better. We integrated new spells we figured out from watching Howl's Moving Castle." "And a bit from those "Enchanted Forrest Chronicles" Trel-mum's always reading."
Ginny blinked & shook her head in disbelief. "Wait. Wait... You integrated new spells? You managed to recreate the spell for the Room of Requirement and you changed it?" Their little sister stared at them dubiously.
"Well... yeah!" George proclaimed proudly, both twins puffing out their chests as if it was all their own work. Trelweny smirked and a creature standing upright with blue tartan patterned fur & blue & gold fae wings walked fluidly towards them. Golden eyes pierced the twins who ducked their heads with a trace of humility. "Dinnae be forgetting te credit Remus, laddies. He's th' one tha' found th' right books te show ye th' way an' saw tha' ye had te only perfom th' magic once." Then he turned to Ginny with a soft smile. "Tis good te have ye with us, Ginny-lass. Ye may call me Aiden. I'll tell ye agin, if ye forget, lass. Yer more likely already o'erwhelmed with the lot o' us ye've met already, much less the mass o' us tha' stayed home. But dinnae trouble yer pretty head about it."
"Ah... thanks." She had never met an audio, but the way Aiden stood, much like Harry, had Ginny's thoughts spinning. "I think you're right about the overwhelmed..." As if picking up on her thoughts, Trel looked worried. "It's been such a long night, and I'm plumb shaking from all the excitement... can't I just lay down?"
Trelweny opened her mouth to speak, but the twins were faster. "How about your own room?" They chimed.
Ginny sighed, her red mane of hair falling around her shoulders. "Sure. Okay."
Grinning the twin talaye caught their sister up between them & led her to the door on the left hand wall of the room from entering the front door. "Go on. Think of your room at the Burrows. Or your room at Hogwarts for all we care." Ginny made a face & thought. "Okay." "Now, open the door."
Sighing heavily the witch complied, not expecting much. She gaped at the sight she saw. Her own small room... exactly as she remembered it. Seeing her reaction the twins grinned. "You can have something different if you would rather. Rem has a library. We have our workshop. Nearly everyone has a place of their own, plucked from their own imaginations." "You can keep this & make it bigger too, if all you want is more room."
It did not matter that her talaye brothers gave her no room to speak: Ginny was speechless. A choked sound came from her throat as happy tears streamed down her face. Behind them, Trelweny & a few of the other pets sniffled to see it. Fred gave his twin a nod & they nudged their sister into her room. "Sleep tonight. You've plenty of time to think about it."
She let herself be pushed into the room, padding automatically to her bed & laying upon it. Her pink & orange banded ears flopped with exhaustion onto her head. Ginny barely heard a loving whisper as she fell asleep. "Welcome home, Ginny. Pleasant dreams."

A promise to help Mountain page 3629Rainberries Brown tipped chocolate ears flicked back & forth in the gently breeze around the mountain. The wizard liked coming here from time to time. It was a gentle change in his usual routine.
There was something odd to the male's step. It was almost light. This week had been so wonderful. He had a new sister, who was home & safe. She had friends & seemed to feel happy & welcomed. His dear friend -the brother of his soul- was now a father. And then there was the bliss found with his lady love...
Remus smiled, closing his eyes to breathe in the wind deeply. He never dared to dream before that this could happen. He was happy. Autumn_Fury Ember lay, dozing fitfully. He'd again stayed up late into the night previous, reading that Book Kitumn had given him, and worrying about Yrre, who still had not returned home. He felt awful for having had to break the news to the mate of his 'brother', but some things had to be done.
Sighing, he stretched out, not opening his eyes. He tried to drift back to sleep, but to no avail. Perhaps, he thought, if he just lay here with his eyes closed, sleep would come looking for him, and take him back into sweet oblivion. Rainberries Trotting merrily along, Remus spotted a familiar & dear form ahead. He quickened his pace, almost calling out his friend's name in eagerness before seeing that Ember appeared to be sleeping.
Nearing him, the wizard slowed his pace once more. Carefully so as not to disturb Ember if he was sleeping, Remus lay carefully beside him as they used to & gave him a light nuzzle before resting his head on his paws. Autumn_Fury Ember twitched slightly as he was nuzzled, giving a soft purr before reluctantly opening his eyes. His initial response was disappointment that it wasn't Rhian waking him so sweetly- but no, of course not, Rhi's owner had gone away somewhere or other this weekend and had taken Ember's mate with her- but then he smiled a bit sheepishly, nuzzling Remus back. "Remus! S-sorry...How are...how are you, my friend?" Rainberries "Do not be sorry, Ember. If anything, I should apologize for waking you." Remus turned his head to nuzzle Ember again. "I am well, my friend. Better than that even." He blushed, thinking of Nari & the gardens last night. "I have a new sister, a talented witch. She is settling well at home."
"And you? How are you? How are Rhian & the eggs?" Autumn_Fury Ember wondered a bit at Remus's blush, but then shook his head and decided not to ask. "A witch?" he asked curiously, "Like...black-cat, turn-you-into-a-newt witches?" He inwardly winced at his own ignorance, vaguely remembering something Remus had said once, about wizards and such..but he couldn't quite remember.
"They're fine.." he answered with a shy grin, blushing and looking towards the ground. "Rhi and one of them are off with Rhian's owner on a trip of some sort, so it's just me and the other at home... Autumn asked Sootsprite to watch it so I could get away from the house, though. I..If Autumn trusts Sooty to watch it, then I guess I should too..I.." sighing, he drooped a little. "I wish Yrre was back...I'd be more likely to trust him with the egg." Rainberries Remus had to laugh at Ember's thoughts on witches. He had forgotten about the muggle implication. "No. Not that kind of which, though perhaps in a way..." He shrugged the thought of with a smaller laugh. "No, Ginevra Weasley is a witch much like I am a wizard. We knew each other from before... though she was the daughter of my friend there & now we are the same age for the most part."
About to ask of Sootsprite -wondering if it was similar to their Lil'Soot & others he had seen- Remus stopped short at the tone of sadness in his friend's voice & body language. "Back? Why, where has Yrre gone?" Autumn_Fury "Gin-ev-ra.." Ember sounded out, trying the name. "And she can do magic like you?" As fuzzy as his memories of Remus's talk of witches and wizards from before might be, he distinctly remembered the magic his friend had done. He'd been amazed, and had wished he could do such things.
Such renewed wishings, however, were forgotten as Remus asked about Yrre. Ember ducked his head a bit, whining softly. "I wish I knew. He w-went out to wander, or...explore, or s-something...and never came back. I...I was stupid, and didn't follow him, didn't ask where he was going...and now he's gone. Nobody can f-find him.." Rainberries "Some. I need to teach her to apparate. That is not something I trust the twins with." He wanted to continue bragging about Ginny, but his concern & sympathy over rode.
"How long has he been gone?" Remus had heard whispers of a growing darkness at night. He had thought little about it, since he apparated most places after dark, not wanting to be reminded by the moon. But Chroma did not. Suddenly he realized that he would have to watch his carefree sibling very carefully. "Certainly he has stayed out the night before?" Autumn_Fury Ember's ears twitched at the word 'apparate'...it was one of the things he wished most that he could do like his wizard friend.But...now was not the time to dwell on such things. "Yrre...yes, he's stayed out, but he's always been back home by morning..and when we looked for him, we c-couldn't find him. I think he might have...r-really left." Rainberries Now he was really worried & nuzzled his friend to comfort him. "There would not have been a reason for him to leave? No. No. Of course not. Silly of me. I can not imagine Yrre not wanting to return home. He did not strike me as the type to run away."
The wizard remembered Yrre as a pup, but he was likely not so anymore. "How old is he now, Ember? Full grown, I would imagine. Perhaps he has simply found a mate?" Remus did not know of the relationship of his friend's sibling. Why would he? The scholar was not the type to pry unless the situation warranted it. The situation now warranted it. Autumn_Fury Ember curled in toward Remus, squeezing his eyes shut. "M-maybe I made him do it..." he mumbled guiltily into Rem's fur, "M-maybe I made him so anygry by t-taking that stupid b-blindfold that I made him leave..." his vocie caught in a quick sob before he turned away, not wanting to cry in front of his SoulBrother. He took a couple shakey breaths, then turned back to adress Remus. "Yrre has mate...he disappeared without her." Rainberries Falling into his old habit, Remus curled around his friend. He continued to nuzzle him in attempt to console as well as to find answers. Any little bit might help. "Left without her? That does seem odd. I know I could not leave Nari for long if I could help it, nor do I think you could part with Rhian. Certainly that is so with Chroma & India. I will conclude the same of Yrre."
Withdrawing a handkerchief from his robes Remus offered it to his friend without mentioning it. "What about this blindfold? I do not recall Yrre needing a blindfold." Autumn_Fury "I couldn't ever leave Rhian...it hurts when we're apart even for a short time." he agreed softly, managing a weak smile at the mention of his mate...and his friend's beloved, Nari. He was surprised to find that he missed Nari, and hadn't seen her since...well, since Remus had discovered himself in love with her. "The blindfold...Yrre didn't n-need it." Ember replied softly, gratefully taking the handkerchief from him and wiping at his eyes. "He...he's friends with a Nightmare...Llyr. And of course, Llyr's eyes are sewn shut..so Yrre decided it might be fun to be blind...'No-Eyes-Seeing' is what he c-called it." Rainberries "I know, my Soul's Brother. I know." Remus tucked his head over his friend & gve him a kitsu-hug. He chuckled a little at the 'no-eyes-seeing'; he had almost forgotten about the pup's way of speaking. In truth, Remus had thought he would outgrow it. That Yrre had not amused him. "There is little harm in that. When I met the teen Kaida who was loosing her sight & thought to teach her Braille I would often cover my eyes similarly while learning Braille myself." He sighed. "I did not have the willpower to do so for long. There was simply too much I wished to continue to see."
"It speaks well of your brother that he could do so for a friend. At least, it does to me." Autumn_Fury Ember nuzzled Remus affectionatly, sighing softly and relaxing. Talking about Rhi, even for the brief moment had reawakened his longing for her...and she wouldn't be back for days, yet. "Rhi..." he murmured, almost inaudibly, pressing a paw lightly against his chest and closing his eyes before shaking his head to dispell it. "Yrre is strange..." he commented with a wry grin, "That's for sure. But...not always in a bad way." Rainberries "Strange does not always have to be bad." The wizard agreed. His heart went out to his friend; it was clear Ember missed his mate. Remus was torn between being thrilled that Rhian had earned Ember's love & sorrow that they were parted even for a little while. Autumn_Fury "That stupid idiot!" Ember suddenly snarled, getting to his feet and pacing quickly back and forth. "He couldn'ta just told me he was that upset, he had to go running off, worrying us all, and then not coming back, and his mate crying and..." he trailed off, freezing midstep. "I'm going to find him." he murmured, looking slowly over at Remus. "Rhian won't be back unil Sunday..I'm going to go look for Yrre." Rainberries Remus watched the change in his friend with interest before rising carefully to his feet. "Ember..." He warned gently. "Don't be too hasty. Think. It is getting late. Perhaps there is truth to these stories." Stepping forward Remus touched his nose gently to his friends'. "Be careful that you too do not leave a mate alone to cry."
Lecture over for the time being he straitend. "I will help you. I can travel far, returning home or to headquarters easily. Perhaps my family will help as well, if only by keeping an eye or an ear out for Yrre."
He nuzzled Ember gently. "We will find him, my friend." Autumn_Fury Ember squeaked quietly as Remus touched his nose to his, nodding sheepishly. "I'd...I'd never leave Rhian, not for anything in the universe. I...I hope never to make her cry...but I have to find my little brother. " He paused, staring a bit. "You...you'll help me?" he asked hopefully, then flung himself at his friend. "Thankyou, thank you!" Rainberries "Of course." Remus stood a little taller. "For as long as it takes. Whenever I can." He nudged his friend lightly. "But not at night. Not around here in any rate. Nor should you look at night.
He smiled gently. "You are welcome, Ember."

Pre Halloween Candy & A kitchen meeting page 2740Mau Humming quite happily under her breath, Nari poked her head into the doorway of the kitsu HQ. Seeing no one inside, she grinned and darted in, settling on the couch and pulling an assortment of small bags from the obi and folds of her kimono. Examining the contents of each one, she continued humming softly to herself. After a few moments, she had neatly stacked the bags in her own particular order, and rested her head on her paws. Alex Mustang Tamahome sat in the HQ and then could hear the rustling of bags. He had been busy countinug his money- well Alex's money. He then turned around and saw a Kitsu. She had clothes which he had rarely seen except for Sazuka. He pondered about going over to her. Tamahome shrugged and scooped his money into his bag. Rainberries Remus apparated just outside the HQ, glancing around before walking inside. He wanted to check... to be sure he knew where everyone was. The conversation he had with Ember today had spooked him, that was for sure.
Spotting Nari he brightened & trotted towards her with a smile. "Good evening, Beloved."
Then he noticed the bags. "Oh? What are these?" Mau "Candy!" Grinning brightly at him, she gave him her usual greeting of a nuzzle - more of one than the night before, for there weren't many others around. "It's almost Halloween!" Grabbing one small bag between her paws, she reached out and plopped it on his nose, balancing it carefully before removing her paw. " smile "(Halloween = heaven for Nari. The girl lives off sugar, I swear.. *ducks pillows flung at her by OC Nari* IT'S TRUE! You live off sugar and sleep 90% of your life away!) Alex Mustang Tamahome looked at the new male that entered. He heard him call her beloved. His ears shifted downward and then he laid down in the corner of the thread. He secretly pulled out a miaka plushie and huggles it and puts it away.He then thought maybe he could get the god kitsu sazuka to....nah he shook his head. He doubt that he would come here just to grant Tamahome's wishes. Lady Aria Starstone Hermoine wanders in, her tails lashing, and she looks around, hoping to see Harry, Ginny, or maybe... just maybe... Ron...? She really hoped to see Ron. Dumbledore might be nice too. She missed those she hadn't seen so. Rainberries His eyes crossed, trying to look at the bag while being as still as possible. "May I presume you made the candy, Nari-love?"Ginny was busy in the kitchen, whistling to herself s she practiced one of her mother's cooking spells. Somehow, now, that did not seem as much of a chore. Finding out she could have a huge room all to herself even with finding herself in a family larger than the Weasleys' had been the icing on an already wonderful cake. She had been permitted to go anywhere she wanted, so long as she let someone know where she was.
So the first female Weasley in generations had returned here. Where she had last seen Hermione... and Harry. Mau Up above the kitsu's heads in the rafters, a small white-ish guardian was perched. At the sound of familiar voices, she peered over the edge of the beam before letting out a small squeal of excitement - and then vanishing completely. Harry had set her th ere to let him know if any of hte others had returned, and now she flew to him with the news of Hermoine and Ginny's return. "Some of it ^_^ Like those." She nodded to the small bag perched on his nose. "Mmmm.. sugar stars.. pocky.. pumpkin treats.. and some candy nicked from my guardian's home." She pointed to each bag as she spoke. Lady Aria Starstone Hermione heard whistling, and trotted towards it, then smiled when she peaked into the kitchen. "Ginny! Hey. Following in your mother's footsteps?" Rainberries "You are the treat." Remus flipped his nose up, tossing the bag to catch it in his teeth. With a smile he tucked the bag into a pocket of his robes. Then he leaned towards Nari to nuzzle her neck. "I will save those for later..."Spinning at the sound the redhead smiled. "Hermione!" Hen she blushed a little. "Yeah... I guess you could say that. I didn't think I'd miss this... but I did."
"So, Um... did you check out the library here? I was shown the one in my new home & it's amazing! Nothing like Hogwarts', but there's a muggle-made witch in the family that can conjure any book you want. Any thing almost, for that matter." Ginny shakes her head in wonder. Lady Aria Starstone Hermione walks over to Ginny and gives her a gentle head bump. "Its all right, Ginny... I understand. Odd, the things you never thought you'd miss and then do..." She hears the description of the library, and this muggle made witch. "Haven't checked out the new library yet sadly, but I will... and a muggle made witch? Interesting... What does it look like?" Mau "I am?" Peeking over his shoulder and seeing that Hermoine had joined Ginny in the kitchen, and that the strange male had retreated to a corner, Nari rewarded him with another nuzzle and a light n** on the ear. "How is your newesst housemate doing, anyways? After what she went through..."Prodded on by Hedwig's incessant chatter (he sometimes missed the silence of Hedwig the owl in comparision to Hedwig the guardian, who was capable and quite fond of chattering his ear off), Harry apparated outside of the kitsu HQ - so as not to startle any non-magic kitsu inside - and stepped inside. Seeing only Remus and his.. mate, Harry frowned at Hedwig, who gave a squawk of protest and waved her hands. Then, his sensitive ears picked up on the sounds of someone in another room nearby - and he slipped quietly that way. Rainberries "Well," Ginny scrunched up her face, thinking about it. "She's tall, taller than Trelweny, but still human height with black -and I mean black like our robes- skin & pointy ears. She acts human. Even has emotions. Myranda hates men even!" She giggled into her robes, which was echoed by Arnold who had hidden himself within them. "But they told me she's a GaiaCom, which is an android that men made, not magic.""Yes. You are." He lightly licked her neck, drawing back enough to gaze into her eyes to answer her further. "Ginevra seems to be settling in just fine. It seems she was thrilled to find she could have a room of her own. In fact..."
Remus glanced around, looking for his new sister. Odd, to think of her as a sister. "I was told she already asked to return here today, so she should be around." Lady Aria Starstone Hermione considers all of this. "Ahhhhhhh I see. She's a robot then Ok, that makes sense. Based vaguely off one of the many muggle ideas of what elves look like. Ok, thats cool. A thinking, emotional robot. Fascinating..." Mau "Hoping to see Harry again, I suppose?" She let out a small squeal at the lick, then nuzzled into him. "Seems she's in luck." With a small yawn, she nodded towards the anthro kitsu who had headed towards the kitchen. Not wanting to disturb the two girls in the kitchen, Harry stood in the doorway, tails twitching lightly. Hedwig looked from him, then to the girls, then let out a small squeak. Rainberries "Yes. Most likely." His eyes twinkled, watching. "More than luck, I would wager. I have not seen Harry here since I was a pup... but to see him two days in a row..." He smiled at the possibility his now much more romantic thoughts led him towards.
He nuzzled Nari gently. "Are you tired, beloved?""Yes! A robot!" Ginny was relieved at her friends knowledge of such things. Getting accustomed to all the muggle things in her new home had been interesting to say the least. She was still getting used to some. "Only it's easier to just think of her as Myranda."
A small squeak from the doorway made her jump & she looked up in alarm. A slow smile spread with an equally slow blush to cover her face. "Oh! Harry!"
"How long have you been standing there?" Lady Aria Starstone Hermoine smiles and nods to at what Ginny was saying. She then turns at the squeak and smiles. "Hey Harry... sadly, I must go. I'm fair knackered, so I need some sleep..." She nuzzles Ginny, and trots to Harry, and bumps his hand gently with her head, then heads out. "Good night!" Mau "I think he posted his guardian as lookout." She looked pointedly at the rafters where Hedwig had been "stationed". "Where they together? Before?" At the very least, it would seem to be that Harry had some interest, for what Remus had said was true - Harry had never had much of an interest in the HQ before, and for him to (willingly) appear in it after having been forcibly dragged was.. intriguing. "And no.. I'm not tired. Yet smile ""But, Hermoine.." The glance he shot her was almost pleading - he didn't really want to be left alone with Ginny, knowing that she had practically hidden from him the night before. "Only a minute.. or so.. Hedwig came and got me." Rainberries "That, my dear Nari, I do not know. Students do not share such things with their professors. They were good friends at least, & I now see the twins were correct in their claim of Ginny having at leas a crush on Harry." He followed Nari's gaze & chuckled. "But perhaps he is also taken with her as well. We can hope."
The wizard raised a brow at her choice of words. "Yet?" Remus repeated, not quite laughing but with a quirk to his smile. The youngest Weasley made a small mew of disappointment. "Oh. Okay. Good night, Hermione." When she was gone Ginny gazed at Harry, tilting her head. "Hedwig got you? Why?"
Her heart pounded in her chest, foolishly hoping despite the calm facade she displayed. Mau "Hopefully so. It's always nice to see couples happy." Her ears perked as she looked about the room, noting that the other kitsu had disappeared, and with Harry off in the kitchen with Ginny, they were quite alone. "And yes, I'm not tired yet :p" "I asked her to keep watch to see if any of the others came back tonight. So when she saw Hermoine, she came and got me. I don't think she saw you, though." Rainberries "Precisely." Remus also noted that they were alone. Moving the bags of treats he sidled beside Nari & nipped lightly at her ear. Lightly licking small spot on the rim Remus blew lightly over it. "Are you suggesting what I hope you're suggesting?" "Oh." Ginny tried to hide her disappointment. Silly! he said "others" just because Hedwig didn't see you.... She brushed the thought away, & smiled brightly at Harry. "Well, I'm glad you're here. You wouldn't happen to be hungry, would you? The food's almost ready?"
The scent of foods Ron had once mentioned were favorites of Harry's filled the room as Ginny opened the oven to check on something within. Seemed the vent above the stove had been carrying the scent away when it was just the stovetop but the added oven smells overpowered it. Mau Forgetting the bags of treats entirely for the moment, Nari scooted off the couch and stepped just beyond his reach. "That is a very good way to get tired, but that is also going to result in babies eventually :p" He blinked, tilting his head to one side as she poked about in the oven. The scent of food reached him all the way across the room - very familiar scents. Foods from before? "I didn't know you could cook that way (muggle way XD her mom sure didn't, lols). What did you make?" Curiousity drew him closer - a lot closer, actually - in that he ended up just inches away. Rainberries The scholarly kitsu gazed at her, a soft smile on his face. When had he become the pursuer? He chuckled lightly, transmogrifying a table into a pillow big enough for two. He lay down on it comfortably, his eyes never leaving Nari. "I would not object. What about you, Beloved?""I had to muddle a little. There's no fireplace here." Pulling out of the oven with a mumbled "few more minutes" Ginny shut the door, looking up to almost bump into the anthro. She blushed instantly. "Oh, a little of this, a little of that." She was not about to list them off. Funny thing was... she had been cooking to think of Harry. Although she had hoped a little, Ginny really had not expected him to show up. Mau Nari grinned, eyeing the object he had just changed. "Now there is an interesting skill..." Dropping her fan on the couch beside the candies - so it wouldn't be damaged by her possibly laying on it - she flopped beside him, curling into his side. "I didn't know if you would.. I would very much love to" [nari=motherly.. x10000]"It smells like you did fine ^-^; Where did you learn cooking this way?" He did notice that blush - but didn't think of Ginny having a crush on him.. [harry's way = daft with girls. poor thing.. til he up and kissed Ginny and went "MINE!" o.O] Rainberries He snuggled the female lovingly. "It terrifies me, I'll admit. There is the usual worrying whether I could be a good father... but I have little knowledge of whether my condition can be passed down." Remus sighed sadly burying his nose in her hair. "But seeing Ember with his & Rhian's eggs... Nari... you would make a lovely mother."Ginny tilted her head to indicate a book on the counter. "Muggle cookbook. I did most of the preparations the ways mum taught me, but to figure out that..." She flicked her head at the stove, her long ear brushing against Harry as she turned & her red hair billowing out like a cloud of fire.
"... I had to find recopies that were close to figure out times & temperatures and all that rot. Infernal contraption, that."
Trying to ignore her pounding heart & her now tingling ear, Ginny checked the oven again. "Perfect." With a wave of her wand she brought the tray of pumpkin pasties out & set them to cool on the counter. "Wait a minute before trying one, Harry. They're hot."
Then. "There's some pumpkin juice in that white door-ed thing over there. The one that keeps food cool." Mau "I think you'd make a wonderful father <3. And even if it is.. passed down.. we can manage." Pausing mid-reach for a pumpkin pastry, he turned his head towards the "white doored thing" and grinned widely at her description of it. "Refrigerator, Ginny." With a glance at the pastries, he gave a small shrug and instead went to find something to drink out of before opening the fridge and pouring pumpkin juice for both of them. "It would have been a pain, to re-do the recipes to match a muggle stove.. but they smell wonderful, so I think you did fine." Rainberries "Do you?" Remus sighed happily through her hair into her neck. "I think I could manage anything with you in my life, Nari."The redhead made a sound halfway between a scoff & a huff at learning that the cold box was a refrigerator. Not that she was ungrateful, but learning so much muggle things was a bit overwhelming. "Thanks Harry. Sometimes I forget you grew up with these strange things."
Checking the pudding, Ginny sighed. "I never would have thought I'd see the day I'd have to learn muggle things." She half sobbed but managed to choke most of it back before laughing. "Wouldn't Dad be thrilled!" Mau "Or at least try them, ne?" "In the other life, and here a bit, too.. although I don't think I've ever cooked here." A frown crossed his face at her sob-laugh. "It's not that bad, Ginny. You've got us now, at least." [or... him. XD] Rainberries A mischievous twinkle flickered in his eyes & he moved his head to look at her happily. "Yes. You make me want to "try" everything too." Rubbing his nose against Nari's he smiled. She pulled herself together. "Thanks Harry." Didn't I just say that? Going across the room, Ginny poked at some pasties that were cooling on the counter, larger than the pumpkin ones. "I forget, Harry, do you like meat pasties? Mum always did say supper before desert." She sighed but smiled. "Of course we don't have to." Mau "Desert is always more fun than supper." He winked and grinned before testing the pumpkin pastries with one paw. "They seem cool enough now. Unless you want to eat those first." Rainberries She smiled, feeling warm all over from his wink. Oh, she knew it did not mean anything... but she could pretend. There was no pretending how the skin under her fur felt all goose-pimply. "Not particularly. I just felt weird making only desserts when it was supposed to be supper."
Trying to be as normal as possible, Ginny trotted to Harry's side & put her front paws up on the counter. "You want me to try them first, or do you trust me?"
There was a hint of her brothers in the way she asked the question, almost as if making it a dare. Underneath however, Ginny Weasley was quaking. ((continued page 2748)) Mau He blinked, head tilted to the side at her dare. "I'd always trust you. (fred&george.. not so much, lols) But I've heard that some people's cooking can be dangerous.." His tone was teasing, and he stuck his tongue out at her slightly before he took one of the pastries and split it in two, offering her half. Rainberries "I'm glad." Truth, it made Ginny a little bouncy inside thinking about Harry always trusting her. The female's smile was warm as she accepted her half & bit into it hungrily. "That's for sure. Fred & George already tried to get me to try their latest cream filled pasty this morning. I told them not on their life. Besides... it glowed." She shuddered thinking about it. "Very unappetizing, even if I didn't know where it came from.
Ginny smiled up at Harry. Waiting for his reaction to her cooking. It tasted fine to her... but that was no longer the point. Mau "You'd think they'd realize you're smarter than that.. " Grinning, he took a bite of the pastry - not really caring if the flavor was "perfect" as long as it tasted fine. "These are good ^-^ Are you going to try more recipes?" Rainberries Ginny rolled her eyes. "I think they were counting on me forgetting or some such nonsense. Or playing on the fact that I'm still adjusting to the new home & large family." Laughing softly she finished her half, letting Harry's compliment about her intelligence fill her with gentle warmth. She would take what she could.
At his compliment to the pasties however she did get a little red. "You really think so? I was worried the crusts wouldn't turn out right in that thing." She smiled & nudged another one towards Harry with her nose, taking a second for herself afterward. "I might. It can't hurt. But I think I'll stick to things that are easy to eat." She glanced between her paws & his anthro paws thoughtfully. "You know: Things that can be eaten without silverware." Mau "Oh, these?" He waved his paws before taking the second pastry. "You'll get used to them. It's easier in this form, though.. " At this he paused, glancing from the stove - to her - and to the stove again. "I couldn't have cooked at all in my previous form [angelic-edt]." Rainberries "Sure you could have. You still had your wand, didn't you?" Then, as if his words or the concept finally sunk in, she tilted her head to look at him curiously. "Wait... previous form?" Mau Giving her a small smile, he nodded. "I grew into this form.. not too long ago. It took some getting used to, but it's closer to being human than the one before." Rainberries Ginny nodded, contemplating that in silence as she processed the idea. "So were you like Pr... Remus & I before?" Glancing at Harry's wings she flicked a smile up at him. "With wings of course. What's with the wings anyway?"
She was not jealous, just curious. Mau "Noooo.. not quite like you and Remus.. I was.." Frowning, he tried to think of how to explain it, before remembering the blue angelic that lived with her. "Like the blue angelic who lives with Remus.. he was here the other night?" Rainberries "AearHwesta? You were an angelic?" Looking Harry over she giggled. It was a good excuse to look closely at him. "That would explain the wings. But did you lose your halo playing Quidditch, Harry?" Mau "Very funny. :p. No, I didn't "lose" it that way. I'm not sure what happened - but I never really noticed it anyways, so..." Lady Aria Starstone Hermione wanders in, then hears the other two. She stops, and sits, to listen, smiling a bit, not wanting to interupt the other two. Rainberries She chuckled, shaking her head. "Harry... you're the only one I know that could lose something as interesting as a halo." Ginny lapped at her pumpkin juice. "Hm... maybe I made too much food. I suppose it's a good thing there's the refrigerator-thing to keep what we don't eat."
Taking her paws from the counter she went & grabbed a meat pasty, shooting Harry a sheepish smile. "I think I'm pumpkin-ed out for a bit." With that she bit into the flakey crust. Mau "It wasn't that interesting, Ginny, trust me Hello, Hermoine." He offered her a small wave before settling down with his juice. "Ginny made tons of food,if you want some." Lady Aria Starstone Hermione blinks, having thought they wouldn't see her, but she walks in. "Hello Harry... Thank you, I appreciate that. Hiya Ginny." She walks over and sits down. Rainberries "I think it's interesting. It's not like everyone has one."
Ginny almost had not seen her friend, biting into her meat pasty as Harry greeted Hermione. Hurriedly she chewed & swallowed, smiling at her. "Hey, Hermione. You up for dinner or desert?" Mau The Hedwig-guardian tugged on Harry's ear, and he tilted his head so she could whisper. "I have to go.. for a bit, at least. Can I take some of these with me?" He pointed one paw at the pumpkin and meat pastries. Lady Aria Starstone "Dessert sounds delightful, Ginny, my human fed me dinner. How are you?" She turns to Harry. "So soon...? Ah well." Rainberries She pouted cutely in disappointment, a suitable cover for the greater disappointment she managed to hide. "Aww. Sure you can Harry. Take as many as you want. I can always make more now that I've figured out that infernal muggle stove." Smiling, Ginny Wingardium Leviosaed two of the pumpkin pasty's to the table in front of Hermione. "As long as Hermione gets her dessert first."
"Be seeing you around, Harry." I hope.
Hopping onto a chair the small female curled up on the seat, resting her head on the edge of the table, forgetting in Harry's departure that the other female had asked how she was. Mau "Thanks!" Harry stuffed some of the pastries in his pockets - careful so as not to crush them in the process - then finished the last of his juice quickly. "I'll see you around, Hermoine. " And then, without really thinking of it, he dropped a kiss on Ginny's cheek and dashed out of the kitchen (and HQ), Hedwig clinging to the edge of his collar. Lady Aria Starstone Hermione smiles, and delicately nibbles on a pasty, then glances at Harry as he goes. "Good night Harry. I'll see you around." She goes back to noshing on the pasties, watching Ginny quietly. Rainberries The red head did not move. She was in such a shock that she did not even blush. Or maybe she was not embarrassed in front of Hermione. Who knows.
After a few moments Ginny lifts a paw tentatively to touch the spot where Harry had kissed her. "Hermione... did what I think just happened really happen?" Lady Aria Starstone Hermione tilts her head. "Yes... but then, you've kissed properly before, haven't you?" She sounds curious, tilting her head. "Its not a surprise, I'm quite sure he cares for you. After all... he noticed YOU first when we both first arrived." She winks gently. Rainberries The youngest Weasley racked her brain. Some of the memories of before clearer than others. Her time growing up as a kitsu all over again, alone, did not seem to clarify any of it. She shook her head. "No... at least I don't think so. Surely I would have remembered something like that."
Ginny could not see how she could possibly forget something as dear to her heart as kissing Harry. Not with the way her heart felt at a simple kiss on the cheek. "Besides, Pr.... Remus explained to me that not everyone remembers the same things from before, or they've changed. Like Severus Snape being a grandfather."
At last she blushed, dearly hoping that Harry did care for her. She shook her head adamantly. "No he didn't." Ginny paused to blink. "Did he?" Lady Aria Starstone Hermiona blinks, and considers this, shrugging and finally decides she remembers more of the past then GInny, and decides to drop it. Forcing her to try to remember something she didn't but would want to would just hurt her. She smiles. "Maybe I remember differently, who knows? Or maybe I'm confused." She considers, then smiles. "Oh yes. He noticed you quickly, and me not at all for a few minutes there. Consider that." She winks a bit. Rainberries Ginny blushed & ducked her head. "Oh. Wow... I didn't realize... Or I figured he must have at least said hi to you while I was in shock." She looked up at her friend with a smile. "It was a bit overwhelming, going from no family to suddenly having a bigger family even than I did before... and Remus & Fred & George, seeing Severus and you... by the time Harry showed up, it's a wonder I could think at all!" Brown eyes widened thinking about it.
"But what about you? How's your new home?" Lady Aria Starstone Hermione smiles a bit and nods. "Heh well he definitley noticed you first, Ginny.... And I understand, it WAS rather exciting, wasn't it?" She considers the statement, then smiles. "All right. Its shared, my other human contacted us, she's been having issues, so its been agreed I am being co-cared for as well. But Aria is a good person, she's friendly, and her various other pets are wonderful." She doesn't mention there is a George there too, it would be... far too confusing. Rainberries "We both went from no home, to two homes." Ginny smiled in a happy way. "I have my own room, or I would probably have been completely overwhelmed, living with so many."AearHwesta sweept into the HQ, flying up to the invisible nest to say hi to Isis if she was there before looking around & heading to the kitchen. He landed, poking his blue & white face into the room, knocking his halo sideways in the process. "Ginny-lass? Ye need to be wrapping things up." Winking at Hermione he primped -only a little because she was Ginny's friend. "Sorry about that, lovely lass. But I'm here to fetch my newest sister home. Perhaps later ye'd like to...""AearHwesta!" Ginny exclaimed with frustration & administration. "You are not to hit on Hermione, is that clear?" Lady Aria Starstone Hermiona nods at Ginny's comment. "Yeah, I have a room of my own, at Aria's at least... and I'm glad, its nice to have a plave to curl up and read." She blinks as the angel flies in, and tilts her head. When he attempts to flirt, she smiles slightly, and looks away, thinking a little wistfully, and amusedly, of Ron and how different he could be. "Mmm I'm flattered, but... I think not." She hoped to see Ron soon, and see if HE remembered... how things were. She smiles at Ginny. "Its all right, I can fend for myself." Rainberries Ginny grinned sheepishly as the angelic made a slight pout of disappointment. "Oh, I don't doubt you could, Hermione. Aear just upset me, coming on to you like that when I know you like Ron. Even if my brother is a ruddy git.""That's another matter entirely! I didn't know ye had a lad, lovely lass. I hope ye don't hold it against me. Can't blame a lad for trying."Hopping from the chair she gave Hermione a hug. "Maybe you could send your guardian to find Ron. Just because Arnold couldn't, doesn't mean yours can't."With a wave of her paw Ginny followed her new brother out the door. "See you soon, Hermione!"Lady Aria Starstone Hermiona smiles, and nuzzles Ginny. "Sokay... and... tis all right, sir... I hope I do..." She murmurs that last, sighing. "I'll do so, good night Ginny!"

Gathering all the intelligent members of the family, Remus Lupin told them of his request. "I do not ask that you take time out of what you might otherwise do to help us. Only keep an eye out, please." The wizard's eyes were soft & pleading, his concern for the kin of his Soul Brother undeniable. "And if you see him... tell him that he is missed at home. he many not realize it."
The audio Relm put the end of her brush to her lips. "Describe him again for us, Bookworm. Let me see if I can capture an image for the rest of us."
Remus smiled at what her words implied, seeing how the others nodded. "Certainly. Let me see... Yrre is mostly purple..." He went on to describe the missing Kitsu as best he could while the artist's brush magically painted the image on the canvas. The wizard had to blink at the resemblance, certain he had not descibed Yrre that well. Towards the back of the room, Trelweny wobbled -Aiden & Myranda catching the young widow before she could fall.
With wide eyes, those of them that were aware of the human's latent gifts shared a knowing glance, & Remus understood as they did how the uncanny resemblance had occured. Trel in her concern for her family's friend had acted as a conduit between Remus & Relm, so that the artist could see what he remembered. "Come, Trelweny lass. Ye need yer rest while th' wee bairn sleeps. Weakly she let the two holding her lead her back to her room.
Remus silently gazed at those remaining with thankful eyes. "I cannot thank you enough..." A green banded cait nudged the wizard's knee with his head. "Nothing of it Remus. It's a family thing." The others nodded, agreeing with Locke the eldest among them.

compassion for a friend's plight page 2753Rainberries Remus apparated outside HQ, a smaller redheaded kitsu in robes of her own wrapped protectively in his robes. They had all agreed that with the disappearance around the mountain it would be better if none of them traveled alone. Especially at night. Especially Ginny. Surprisingly, Ginny did not mind. It felt very comforting after having been left alone. Nudging the underside of the larger kitsu's chin with the top of her head she grinned. "Thanks P.. Remus." Blushing slightly that she still slipped back into trying to call him "Professor" all the time, the small female was once again surprised to hear a pleasant chuckle from her new brother. "My pleasure, Ginny. Come, let us go inside."Opening the door with a flick of his wand, Remus waited until his new sister had entered before following her inside. dbz2004
Kaida was already in the main room of the HQ, her eyes puffy and red, as if she had gotten done crying for many hours on end. Her fur was all matted and dirty, as if she hadn't the heart to groom herself for several days. Sighing, she rolled over on her back and began to mutter under her breath, a few tears leaking out of the corner of her eyes.
Autumn_Fury Ember lay on the couch, staring off into space. He'd decided not to search after dark, but now was feeling guilty for it. When the door opened, he wondered vaguely who it was, but wasn't overly worried- all the disappearances he'd heard of had happened at the Mountain, and outdoors. However, when he heard Remus's voice, he perked up a little, peeking over at him. He said nothing though, for he was distracted by inspecting his female friend...not Nari, he thought. Who was this girl?Kitumn BURST into the HQ, laughing giddily. She was missing her bag of makeup, but if she spotted Ember, she was sure to find something to torment him with. For now, however, she just scanned the room and flopped over onto her back. Rainberries Remus instinctively -both as a Professor & as a brother- pulled the small kitsu back into his robes as the energetic kitsu entered. Ginny shook a little from the shock but was otherwise more annoyed than startled. Spotting both the obviously distraught Kaida & his soul brother Remus was torn over who to greet first. He smiled warmly at Ember. "Good Evening Ember. Any word on Yrre?" Ginny, this is Ember, my dear friend. His is the brother we have been searching for." The redhead smiled & inclined her head. "It's a pleasure to meet you, Ember." Compassionate brown eyes shifted from the male to Kaida. Giving Ember a quick nuzzle he softly padded to Kaida's side. "Kaida..." He murmured softly, voice thick with concern. "What is the matter?"dbz2004
Kaida opened her red, useless eyes and gazed up at the kitsu who had spoken to her. "The Remus?" she asked, a hint of sadness in her voice. "The yrre..." she started to say, but then stopped as a fresh wave of tears started up. Burying her maw in her paws, she rolled over onto her stomach and refused to talk anymore.
Autumn_Fury "No, no word.." Ember replied quietly, nodding wearily in greeting to his wizard-friend. "Ginny. A pleasure.." he murmured politely, bobbing his head in a polite half-bow. He gave a soft purr of surprise when Remus nuzzled him, but quickly turned his attention to Kaida- and winced. Had he not told her that Yrre was missing, would she be in such a state of distress..? "Kaida.." he murmured, hopping down from the couch to gently nuzzle her. "I've been looking for him, really..I...I'll find him, I promise, or I'll never stop looking."Kitumn blinked at Ginny, Remus, Kaida, and Ember, skittering over. "Heyla~!" she cried enthusiastically. "Why so gloomy, all?" Rainberries Remus blinked at Kaida's speech pattern. That was how Yrre had spoken... Then her words & Ember's together clicked inside. With a look of helplessness he glanced at Ginny before lowering himself to attempt to comfort Kaida. "You are Yrre's mate, Kaida?" He nuzzled her gently, almost in syncopation with Ember. "I did not know. Kaida, I am so very sorry. We will find him. Everyone has been looking for Yrre."Feeling a little out of place & yet -not- Ginny stepped to a spot just behind Remus where the other female could see her should she wish. "Remus asked the whole family to look & keep an eye out for the purple kitsu. We'll find him!" Her voice was both sympathetic & confident. Ginny smiled soft and warm at Kaida, not knowing that the other could not see her. dbz2004
Kaida slowly unburied her maw from under her paws as she felt a muzzle nuzzle her gently. She slowly lifted her head up as she heard reasurring words from three kitsu around her. "The Yrre will being alright?" she asked them sadly, not knowing if her mate was going to be alright or not. All she did know was that Roy was being extra nice to her now that her mate was gone in the shadows that kitsu-napped some other kitsu.
Autumn_Fury "I hope that Yrre will be fine..." Ember nodded, settling down beside her so she could lean on him if she wanted to. "I'm sure he wouldn't choose to leave you, Kaida.." he added gently, "Yrre adores you- even through his silly way of speaking I can tell that. I'm sure he's doing everything in his power to get back..." From where, Ember wasn't exactly sure. But by now, he was starting to think that perhaps it hadn't been Yrre's choice to leave. Rainberries "We will see he is once more at your side, Kaida." The scholar could not in good conscience blithely tell her "yes"... who knew what was happening to Yrre & the other vanished kitsu? Ginny on the other hand knew less on such things & only wanted to reassure the sad female. Not only that, but she wanted to keep a positive outlook. "I'm sure he'll be fine!" dbz2004
Kaida nodded her head, half agreeing with what the other kitsu were saying. She really wanted yrre to come back safe to her when he got free of the evil shadows that was preventing him from coming back to her. "The Kaida is to being hoping that the yrre is to be coming back to the me," she said in a sad, soft voice. Slowly, she put her head on her forepaws and began to paw at the tear stains on her face.
!Embercat. Ember sighed. He really did hope that Yrre was alright...if he didn't come back, Kaida would be absolutely heartbroken- even moreso than she was now, and that was pretty bad. But then, he scolded himself, what would you do if Rhi had been taken by whatever was taking the kitsus? The thought was so horrible, it caused him to whimper softly to himself, then blush as he realized he'd made an audible noise. "Emb- er, rather, I hope that Yrre comes back to you- to us- too, Kaida. But...I'm sure everything will work out, one way or another." Rainberries Withdrawing a clean handkerchief from his robes, Remus offered it to Kaida by dropping it near her face & paws where she would touch it. "Try this, Kaida." He suggested gently. "You must be strong."Ginny found her eyes were moistening, as were Remus'. She knew his thoughts were drifting to Nari much as hers kept returning to Harry. A blush crossed her cheeks. She had no right to think like that. Harry only saw her as a friend. Or did he? Her paw went to a spot on her cheek, remembering. "Would it help you to talk about him? Maybe if you tell us about him, it would be easier. If nothing else, it would help me know who I'm looking for.""Ginny has a point. Even I who know him slightly have not seen him since he was a kit." Remus smiled sadly. "But do not think you have to. It might help... if only to show you that Yrre would never leave you." His eyes caught Ember's. "& that none of this is your fault, Soul Brother."dbz2004
Kiada felt a piece of cloth fall down onto her maw and paws and she grabbed it gently with her teeth, trying to identify it by pawing at it. Once she figured out what it was, she gently brushed it against her semi-wet cheeks, hoping it might dry them slightly. Shaking her body, she gently set the now moist handkerchief in front of Remus, not feeling a little better.
She canted her head to one side and gazed over at Ginny, one of her ears flopped over slightly. "The Kaida talking about the Yrre?" she asked Ginny curiously. She put a paw over her eyes, trying to think of what the two did together. "The Kaida and the Yrre...were to be running around, and to be playing, and to be talking about....to be having kits," she told Ginny, blushing slightly at her last statement about her having kits with Yrre.
Autumn_Fury "Yrre is purple," Ember added softly, cringing as Remus commented on it not being his fault. "And he talks like Kaida is...all 'the' before names, and random 'to be's' Ye likes to run, is a bit silly...and very childish" By now his eyes had softened, and were welling with unshed tears of his own. "He's a good kid, even if he is foolish..." he added, almost to himself. He fell silent for a couple minutes, then realized what Kaida'd last said. "Kits!?" he cried, "What were you two doing talking about having kits!?" Rainberries Ginny stifled a giggle as her brother coughed lightly into his robes. The redhead had never heard anyone speak as Kaida did, while Remus was beside himself with amusement that Kaida would choose to speak like Yrre. "Certainly he would not intentionally leave you... not when you were planning a family! I bet he's trying to get back to you even now!"Touching his nose to Kaida's cheek in a plutonic way, Remus asked "Kaida, I must know: when did you take up "the Yrre's" way of speaking? It is oddly becoming on you."He permitted himself to chuckle at Ember's obviously big-brother type explosion. It was refreshing to see him so energized. "Is it really surprising, my soul's brother? They are mates. Even Chroma talks of having kits with India." Now Ginny giggled. "Only she thinks a bunny brings them. Won't she be surprised!"dbz2004
Kaida pricked her ears up slightly. "The Kaida is to be wanting to be more like the Yrre," she explained to Remus. "The Kaida is wanting to being by the Yrre's side forever." Sighing, she nudged Remus' muzzle with one of her paws, her useless eyes closed shut.
She swiveled her ears towards Ginny as the red-headed kitsu talking about kits being brought by a bunny. "The bunny is to being bringing kits?" She asked Ginny curiously, still confused at how kits were born.
Autumn_Fury "But...but Yrre's too young!" Ember exclaimed, frowning. Of course, he still saw Yrre as barely out of being a kit...but still. "Chroma th-think kits come from...a bunny?" Ember asked confusedly, then blushed as Kaida asked if the bunny-theory was correct. "I...n-no, Kaida, that's...not exactly how having kits works..." he mumbled, blushing. Oh, somebody was going to have to explain it to them, alright, but it wasn't going to be Ember. Rainberries ((oh, no! *shakes head* It's a good thing Chroma's not here to completely convince Kaida that the bunny brings kitsu eggs. At least we managed to convince her that the Easter bunny didn't do it... xd )) "He's an adult, Ember." Remus reminded gently. Then he & Ginny shared a glance. "And yes, Chroma is convinced that A bunny brings kitsu eggs. It started when she found out that the Easter Bunny brings painted eggs, & since Kitsu eggs are quite colorful she made the connection." "She thinks that after being "very close until silly faces are made" lets the bunny know that two kitsu want eggs. Then the bunny supposedly brings the eggs." Ginny chimed in with a laugh. "It's kinda cute."dbz2004
Kaida canted her head and looked at Ember curiously. "So the kits are to being not brought by the bunny?" she asked curiously, still too innocent to truley know where kits really do come from. She frowned slightly as Ginny giggled, but she kept her temper in check as she rolled over on her side, wincing as a matt on her fur tugged slightly too hard for her to handle. "Stupid fur," she muttered under her breath as she began to gnaw at one on one of her tail.
[i am so glad that Kaida is so easy to convince stuff to. She will never figure out how kits really are born, but i think she has given up the "bunny theory" already.] Autumn_Fury (( XD; I'd love to see Ember try and explain to her how kits are made. How silly...)) Ember snorted at Ginny's comment, giggling helplessly. "I...I suppose that's one way to put it." he replied, grinning. "And...I know Yrre's an adult, but...but he's still my little brother." And this was the real reason for Em not wanting Kaida and Yrre to have kits- that would mean that Yrre was all grown up, and that terrified Em.
"No, not brought by a bunny..." Em murmured to Kaida, moving to help her get the matts out of her fur. "I...ask somebody who has kits...somebody not me." He amended his statement as he remembered that he did have eggs now.Rainberries "At least she has part of it right, Ginny." The "professor" tone was in his voice as he chided her lightly. Ginny made a face. "Not the bunny part, of course, but the closeness." Now Remus blushed, recalling Chroma comparing the "silly faces" to how he looked after being with Nari. The redhead's mind was starting to wonder, her paw returning to her cheek once more. Remus noticed & raised a brow but said nothing. He did hope it had something to do with Harry. He chuckled lightly as Ember edged around explaining where kitsu eggs came from. The scholar was almost glad Ginny's thoughts were elsewhere, not wishing to hear her go into an explanation. Kaida canted her head at Ember's comment about not asking him about where kits come from. "The kaida was to be asking the Roy, but the Roy runs away from the Kaida. does the Remus to be knowing why the Roy was to be running when the Kaida was to be asking where the kits where to be coming from?" She canted her head to one side and turned her gaze towards Remus to hear his answer to her highly complicated question.
Autumn_Fury Ember absently wondered why they were talking about baby-making strageties, when Yrre wasn't there and might or might not make it back, but he was glad that Kaida seemed to be doing better now that she was distracted. He laughed sympathetically as Kaida spoke of Roy's hasty retreat from explanation, mentally wishing him luck when it finally came time to explain to Kaida how kits were really made.
"I'll ask Llyr to tell Yrre...when he sees him next." Partway through his sentance, Ember winced, forgetting himself and mentioning Yrre. "Llyr is very knowledgeable on lots of subjects, and I'm sure that if he knows, he'd be more than happy to share his knowledge with you, Kaida." Rainberries The wizard smirked. "I do not know this "Roy" Of whom you speak, Kaida, but it is safe to presume that he has been running from the question so that he does not have to answer it."
Remus did not comment on his friend's slip, knowing that it hurt enough as it was. "If Llyr will not, I am able. If your mind is more able to follow than my dear sister's. I do not know why she seems to refuse to listen."Ginny listened with half an ear, curious. She wondered if there was much difference in how kitsu had offspring than humans. Or anthros. She blushed a brilliant red. dbz2004
Kaida canted her head to one side as she listened to Remus carefully. Nodding her head, she sighed loudly. "The Kaida will to be asking the Llyr about to be having kits, but if the Llyr is to be running away like the Roy, The Kaida will to be coming to ask the Remus about to be having kits," she said in a soft voice. Yawning widely, she rolled over on her back and tucked her legs against her body. "The Kaida is to be going to sleep now," she informed the three kitsu around her, before she fell into a soundless sleep.
Rainberries Nodding, Remus transmogrified a chair into a blanket for Kaida. Draping it over her sleeping form he stood carefully, circling around her to embrace Ember. "We had best be going too, my friend. Your family is never far from my thoughts. Somehow we will find Yrre. In the meantime, you should rest too. Think of Rhian & the eggs."Nuzzling him once more Remus went to stand beside Ginny. "Are you ready to go home, Ginevra?" Lost in her own thoughts, Ginny did not hearken to her brother's use of her full name. She nodded, keeping her disappointment that she had not seen Harry -or even Hedwig- at all this visit. Inclining his head at Ember, Remus waved his wand & the two robed kitsu disapparated.

Spotting the speeding blur of a kitsu they had seen briefly the other night both stepped to avoid her. Not that either intended to be anti-social... they simply had other things on their minds. Other hopes on their agendas. Other kitsu to be specific. Ginny looked around. "Remus... Why not just go to Nari? Why come here to hope she shows up?""It would not be prudent, Ginevra." He smiled nuzzling her red hair affectionately. She crinkled her nose & shook out her flaming mane. "Ginny. Or I'll call you 'Remy' as Chroma does."Remus opened his mouth & shut it again quickly. Mau (*snerk* poor Remy smile Just doesn't get the respect he deserves..) With a small sigh, Nari glanced over the kitchen she had just cleaned. The entire kitchen gleamed as if it was brand new - a far cry from how she had found it. It wasn't her kitchen, but still. She let out a small growl of annoyance, then gently tucked the dish towel over the stove handle. Her eyes made one last sweep of the kitchen to make sure nothing was out of place, then stepped out to the main area. Harry's small white guardian flitted about after her, then shrieked and fled when Cai lunged for her, half-teasingly. Nari was his to guard, and he didn't need that stupid bird-headed guardian twitting about. Rainberries Snorting softly Remus nudges his new sister towards the kitchen. "You have made your point, Ginny-dear. That will not be necessary." The red head smirked a little. "And as for what we were speaking of before, even should I do that I would not right now. Not until you can safely apparate. I feel better with either AearHwesta or myself bringing you to & from headquarters. Nari understands that.""I'm not fragile you know." Ginny points out, stepping into the kitchen & blinking at the brightness. "No, but you are precious to us." The wizard too blinked into the shinning kitchen, but catching a familiar & beloved scent he smiled. "Nari!" Padding towards her Remus lightly touched his nose to her cheek. "This is your handiwork?"Lady Aria Starstone Hermione wanders towards the kitchen, thinking that a nice glass of milk would be good for her to drink while she studied, and heads in, her tails whisking back and forth. Mau "Haiiii... Harry told me that Ginny was cooking in hear, so I came to check." Greeting Remus with a light rub, she turned her eyes to Ginny, giving her a level look, curious. "Ginny likes to cook?" Rainberries The red head blushed at the question as Remus chuckled. He gave Nari a wink before turning around. "I'm growing to like it more." Especially since Harry seemed to like it...Spotting Hermione, Remus bade her continue in with a welcoming smile. "Miss Granger. A pleasure to see you again." Finding her friend's arrival a pleasant distraction Ginny spun on her with a hug. "Hermione!"Mau "So I see.. It makes cooking worthwile when you have a mate who enjoys it.. or a hoped-for mate?" Nari's grin was wide as she lightly teased the smaller female. Having seen Ginny's reactions when Harry was around, and Remus's words, Nari knew very well what the female's feelings were for her housemate. Lady Aria Starstone Hermione smiles at Remus. "Please, Professor... call me Hermione. We're not at school here...." She smiles and hugs Ginny. "Hey Ginny....." She looks at Nari, tilting her head a bit, curiously. "Hmmmmm." Rainberries "Certainly, Hermione."Her slightly pink fur looked as red as her hair from the heat of the skin beneath it showing through. Ginny crooked her head over her friend's neck, drawing comfort & support from Hermione's presence. Her brown eyes stared at Nari with a hardness softened by the small kitsu's brilliant blush. "That's silly. Cooking reminds me of Mum, & the Burrows... before as Remus says."Wisely, Remus only nods, hiding his grin behind his mate's wavy locks. Mau The redhead's response only made Nari laugh. "Defensive little thing, aren't you? I suppose I shouldn't tell you, then, that Harry very much enjoyed the food he brought home the other night. Wouldn't let anyone else touch it, actually." She gave Ginny a wink. "So, do you still cook only because it reminds you of 'before'?" Lady Aria Starstone Hermione gently bumped Ginny's head with hers, then looked at Nari and said, politely, "Miss, I do not know you, but don't you think it's rather mean to tease some one about their love?" Rainberries Remus watched his sister with dancing eyes, shocked at his mate's harsh ribbing of her & intrigued at the same time. Emotions raged across Ginny's face, shifting & altering as the female struggled with how to respond. On one hand she was overjoyed to find out Harry enjoyed her attempts at cooking, but she wanted to smack the laughing kitsu, but she was Remus' mate, and Harry's sibling in a sense as well. So it was not until Hermione said "love" that she reacted outright. "Hermione!" Ginny exclaimed in disbelief. "Oh! Did you have to use that word?"Mau "Well, at least she isn't afraid to admit it for you. I don't suppose you'd like some help? I can help you cook - other things.. and I know what Harry is especially fond of..." Just then, there was a small crack above Nari and Remus's heads as Harry apparated directly above them. Thankfully, he had wings to prevent him falling on top of them. He ignored Nari's look, and waved to the others before moving to the side and stepping onto the floor. Lady Aria Starstone Hermione listens, her eyebrows drawn together, and murmurs to Ginny "Well it IS true, isn't it...?" Rainberries Ginny was about to answer something smart when the topic of their conversation apparated before her eyes. She did not miss the raised brow Remus gave him for his dangerous apparation. Flushing from tail to tip at what she had nearly said the small kitsu wondered if Harry's ears had been burning like her cheeks & perhaps that had brought him here. Shooting Nari an "I'll get you back later, sometime, somehow" look Ginny said simply through pressed lips. "Thank you, Nari. Maybe I'll take you up on that." She smiles almost shyly at Harry. "Hello, Harry."The problem was... as angry as the hot-headed female was, she would not mind the help... or the inside information. She simply was not certain that would be the way to earn her Harry's affection. "Good evening, Harry. Nice of you to join us."Hoping Harry will be distracted by Remus' greeting the redhead turns to whisper to the other witch. "Of course! But... I'm not ready to advertise it!"Mau "Don't look at me like that, Remus.. I apparated where Hedwig told me to." Catching the look Ginny gave Nari, but not understanding it, Harry frowned slightly before giving a warm grin to Ginny. "Hello Ginny. Hermoine." Lady Aria Starstone Hermione smiles slightly. "Then relax when I defend you, Ginny.... I see you like a sister..." She turns to Harry, and smiles. "Hey Harry, how are you?" Rainberries She nuzzled Hermione feeling a little guilty. "Sorry. Just next time... please don't say the one thing I'm trying to keep hidden." Her brown eyes pleaded gently in accompaniment to her words. The scholar had to chuckle at that, relaxing. "I suppose when you're taking directions from a guardian concessions must be made for the consequences." Smiling he pressed lightly against Nari's side, simply to feel her near. "We are fortunate you have wings, Harry."Ginny was no where near relaxed. She wanted to be normal around Harry... or at least appear normal. Like she had last night. Her conflicting emotions at the moment made it difficult. "Hedwig told you to come again? Same reason as before?" Into Nari's ear the once-professor whispered. "Trying to hit her with a bludger, are you Love?" His tone was light, almost jesting, but there was a concern discernable within it as well. Mau Nari turned her head and nipped lightly on his ear. "Just trying to get her to admit to her feelings, Rem-chan."
Harry nodded before turning to the fridge and digging through it. After a few moments he had unearthed the pumpkin juice, some pastries, and an odd dish that he recognized as something Nari had made. "Is anyone else hungry?" The small pile he had made looked enough to feed a small army, but... Lady Aria Starstone Hermione pats Ginny's paw. "Just trying to defend you, Gin... don't want them to run roughshod all over you..."She smiles at Harry. "Thank you but no..." Rainberries Remus shivered happily against his mate, biting back a sound of pleasure that threatened to emerge. "After being patient with me, beloved..." He let the thought dangle, unfinished, smiling at her with love. "Only a little." Thrilled to have a "safe" topic to latch onto Ginny pulled Hermione with her further into the kitchen. "You came in for something, didn't you Hermione? What was it? I didn't think to ask before.""Thank you, Harry. I could do with something to eat."Lady Aria Starstone Hermione smiled. "I was thinking of a glass of milk to help me read, thats all, Ginny." ((continued page 2769)) Lady Aria Starstone Hermione tilts her head. "Just looking for some milk, as I was studying. Didn't know you all were here." Mau "You were more than worth it." Leaning in against him, she rubbed her nose under his chin. Nari purred lightly, perfectly content for the moment..
Reaching back into the fridge, he took out a substantially larger amount of food and set it on the counter, then turned to Ginny.. where she had been, anyways. Harry raised an eyebrow at Ginny's avoidance of him, considering what he remembered of before and her behavior the previous night. As she continued to pay attention to Hermoine, however, his amusement gave way to sulking, and he frowned. Harry did not like being ignored. Not by Ginny, anyways. For some reason, it bothered him more than most. [gotta love a Leo xp ] Rainberries "Then lets get you that milk!" Letting go of Hermione the small redhead stepped forward to join Harry at the fridge. She smiled warmly up at the anthro. "Thanks for getting the food out, Harry." Although he was hungry, Remus made no move towards the food just yet. "Thank you Harry." He nodded politely, pulling Nari closer. "More than worth it, beloved? I am a little better about accepting that you find me worthwhile, Nari, but that stretches my limits." Lady Aria Starstone Hermione smiles and says "I can get it myself, why don't you talk to Harry? I'm sure he'd like to talk to you..." She glances out the window, a little wistfully. Mau Nari clicked her tongue, mildly annoyed by his statement. "Yes. More than. You can't keep thinking that way..." Especially when you're a father. Her ears flicked back at her unspoken statement, but she didn't think he was quite ready for that news. Yet.At the return of attention, his face lit up again, and he gave Hermoine a grateful grin. "Getting settled in, Ginny?" Rainberries He licked her muzzle & nuzzled her fondly. "Even you can not wash away two lifetimes of self depreciation all at once, beloved. Hence, your patience." Lifting her paw to kiss it, tenderly Remus raised his eyes to stare into hers with gratitude & adoration. "You have brought me so far... even if I never stop thinking that way completely, know that I have nearly reversed how often I do now from when I started." Gently, he nudged her towards the food. "Come. We'll need sustenance if we continue tonight." He nipped her ear playfully, leaving little doubt what he implied. Shaking her head ever so slightly with a small grin on it, Ginny let Hermione talk her out of getting the milk for her. Her full smile focused on Henry before she could see the other female's wistful expression. "Yes! I am! Everyone has been super nice. Her nose crinkled in a cute way "Even with Fred & George treating me like a little child or a china doll. But I can go to Moochi's or come here to get a breather from them, & they don't come in my room at all." Her tails began to wag happily at the thought. "Oh, Harry! It's huge! So much larger than my room at the Burrows!"Lady Aria Starstone ((BACK!!!)) Hermione gets out her milk and pours it, not looking at the others, staring out the window. She missed Ron a lot, she didn't understand how Harry, his other best friend, didn't miss him so much as well. Dragain Sirius yawned, walking towards the HQ. He wasn't feeling tired, just a little bored. It must be due to bad luck that he kept missing familiar faces, or odd sleeping hours... Maybe both. He gave a mental shrug, walking into he entrance to the building. His eyes widened at the sight.
Now, it's not that he was easily shocked, but it was like a scene out of his dreams. Was almost everyone gathered together? Here? As... Kitsus? He strolled up to the group, raising an eye-brow as he sat down and studied everyone.
"What a day..." Mau
Her eyes widened for a moment, then narrowed on him as she smiled. "You are being bold, aren't you?" Giving him a small kiss on the nose, she brushed off to grab some plates before filling them with food.
"So you're happy then?" He glanced over at Hermoine, distracted for a moment from Ginny. Hermoine might not have been talking much, but he could tell she was upset. He had learned, over the years, to tell that. "Hermoine?" Lady Aria Starstone Hermione glanced over. "Hmmm? What Harry?" She looked distracted, and a bit sad, but was trying to hide it. "What's up?" Rainberries "You inspire me, Nari, what can I say." "Yes." Ginny followed Harry's gaze to their friend & her smile slipped. How could she think of being happy, talking with Harry when Hermione was alone missing that silly git of a brother of hers? "Hermione?"Remus was following Nari's movements with his eyes when He hears a familiar voice at the kitchen door. Spinning he is glad for the large kitchen. "Sirius!" With a bound he goes to embrace his old friend. Then more sedately. "You were right, of course."The redhead blinks. "Sirius?!?!?"Beaming Remus ushers Sirius to join them. "Dear friend, you must meet Nari. And have you seen Harry, Hermione, & Ginny?" Mau Grinning again, she chuckled. "Not sure if inspiring you to naughtyness is such a good thing." She kept her voice to a whisper so that the others could not hear, then offered Sirius a wave. "Hello, Sirius.. I've heard a bit about you.."
Harry cringed slightly, guessing at Hermoine's unhappyness. If he knew where Ron was at the moment, he would gladly tell her, but.. his thoughts were interrupted by the arrival of Sirius. "Sirius!" Harry followed after Remus, gathering his godfather up in a bone-crunching hug. [he would do this to ginny if he wasn't afraid of breaking her. lols] Lady Aria Starstone Hermione hid her relief, she didn't really feel like being scrutinized. She missed Ron, but had nothing she could do about it, and she had to live with it.... Giving up wouldn't help. Rainberries Remus blushed hotly as his redheaded sister giggled as she followed the anthro. "I'd say with is an understatement, the way he is openly affectionate with Nari.""Ginevra! I can answer for myself, thank you kindly." "Then do so, Remy!" Ginny fumed, automatically sulking against Harry's side without really thinking about it at all. Realizing he had gotten into a childish spat over his feelings, Remus blushed even deeper. "Yes. Yes I am." He could not hide the joy in his eyes even through his friend's gentle ribbings. "We have even spoken of having kits..."His voice trailed off as his bright eyes sought Nari's gaze. He really was lucky. In a sulky voice Ginny tried to cheer up Hermione. "Hey, if Sirius can show up out of nowhere that gives hope for my daft brother, wouldn't you say?"Mau Nari growled slightly at the way Ginny spoke, then turned away from her to look at Sirius. "Hello smile ""What's that supposed to mean? >p" He released Sirius as Ginny fell into him, startled by her touching him so closely. Instead of shying away from her, he put one arm around her - protectively.. defensively.. although he wasn't quite sure why. Dragain Sirius raised an eye-bow at Remus, and gave him a mischeivous grin, "Well, well... Together. Told you that all that kindness with be returned some day." He's really glad for his friend, since he knew how... Pressing the 'problem' was for him.
Shifting his eyes to Nari, he nodded, "Ah, hello. Remus seems to be really happy, being with you..." His voice softened as he added, "I hadn't seen him to be this happy in a very long time..."
He turned away to look at Harry closely. Realising where his arms were positioned, the wizard chuckled softly, "Seems to me that Remus wasn't the only one who found someone." Rainberries He nuzzled his mate, murmuring in a soothing voice. "No, beloved. I started it. We have an understanding about our names, which I broke first." Pressing his muzzle to the spot before her ear he smiled at Sirius once more. You would be one of the few to remember, since the only time I was anywhere close to this happy was at Hogwarts with the Marauders."Ginny nearly forgot about Hermione & her brothers & the world as Harry's arm encircled her. Her temper faded & her sulking ceased. By the time it dawned on her that she was leaning into Harry & he was holding her it was too late. She would not move out of his embrace for anything. Not of her own volition. Not even Sirius' comment, which caused her to blush furiously & hide behind her fiery mane. "That's n... I mean, it's n... Oh bother! Harry & I..." Only she couldn't bring herself to say either "are not together" or "only really met again a few days ago"... she liked how it had sounded: Harry & I. She felt like a silly first year all over again & blushed even more profusely. Mau (poor.. poor Ginny!)
"Still. She shouldn't have lost her temper with you.." She sighed, mrring lightly and dropping her head to rub against his. "I should go.. I am tired." [for good reason!]
"We're.. not.." Harry flushed and looked away as Ginny sputtered. Yet some part of him thrilled that she wasn't outrightly denying it.. Dragain Sirius sighed, a slight hint of wistfulness as he spoke, "Ah, yes... The days at Hogwarts. Fun days those were, the four of us..." His voice trilled away as he grinned, "However, this is pretty entertaining as well." The male turned to look at Harry and Ginny.
"Not? None of you are really denying it." Sirius laughed, before he continued, "I wish I have a mirror right now." Rainberries Yes. Very entertaining. The wizard nodded at Sirius' words, but his gaze & most of his thoughts were on Nari. Disappointment & concern played on his feaures. "Tired, beloved? I can take you home if you wish. It would be quicker." He eyed the plates she had gotten out. "You've not eaten, are you all right?"Ginny could hardly speak. She could not flat out deny what her heart wished for even if it was not true right then. All her witty retorts were nowhere to be found as long as he held her like this. He had not denied it either... not really. And the kiss on her cheek yesterday -was it only yesterday?- combined with now... did he...? She twisted just enough to turn her brown eyes up at Harry. Did he... did he feel for her? Just maybe? Mau Nari smiled up at Remus, then nudged him gently. "No, you should stay and talk to your friend. I'll go back and rest.. when Sirius leaves, you can come join me. <3"He shot Sirius a glower before glancing at Ginny. Only to find her staring up at him. "Well we're not..." Mumbling, he didn't quite finish the statement. Somewhere, his mind was arguing that yes they were - or at least they had been before. Dragain "If you say so, I won't push it." Sirius replied, eyes still fixed on the two. Turning away slightly, he caught sight of Remus and a rather tired looking Nari. It seemed that she was just starting to leave, although he wasn't sure as he had not paid attention to them just now. He had been too busy with Harry and Ginny.
"Are you two alright?" He asked, looking at Nari before his eyes came to rest on Remus. Dragain Sirius looked at the wall clock, and something clicked inside of him. It was then he remembered something very important... Something that should had prevented him from going anywhere other than within the limits of his house...
"Seems like I have to go," Sirius muttered, looking over everyone who was present. "Something important to attend to..." Turning to walk out of the HQ, he grinned only to turn back to add a few last words, "Next time, I'll bring a camera... For various reasons, of course..."
With that, he disappeared out the door and on the way home. Rainberries "Nari..." Remus was torn. He wanted to go with Nari yet it had been ages since he had spoken with Sirius. He sighed, giving in. "If that's really what you want..." If he knew why there would be no contest, but not knowing the wizard was content to trust in Nari's wisdom on this. She was better at social things than he was. Ginny wanted to drop her gaze as green eyes caught hers but she could not bear to do so. She heard Sirius, knew he had walked away from them, but only just. Something in those green eyes -or was it all in her head?- made her want to put her paws on Harry's chest & press her muzzle to his. The thought both terrified & excited her & Ginny shivered involuntarily where she leaned. It freed her voice at least "Harry?"Remus gave his friend a soft smile. Nari is tired... I was offering to apparate her home quickly but she suggests I stay." Again he glanced at his mate. "Even though I would be in & out with little time spent."Of course he left out the rest... his disappointment. Even when he went to join her later.... she was tired. Remus shook the thought from his mind. He smiled again at Sirius, hoping he did not know where his mind had gone. But as Sirius excused himself Remus enfolded Nari in his robes and smiled in farewell. Ginny waved one pink & red tail like an automaton. "Important? Then take care, old friend. I am glad to have seen you again." Burying his nose in his mate's curls he murmured into her ear. "Now, Beloved Nari, May I take you home?"He smiled at Harry, wisely not commenting. "Can I trust you to see Ginny safely home, Harry?" Mau Laughing lightly, she shook her head. "Yes, now you can take me home. It is unfortunate he had to leave so soon though.. but he promises to return, at least."
Harry had never been to Remus's home - Ginny's home. "If Ginny knows the way.." Lady Aria Starstone Hermione had blushed hotly at Ginny's comment about Ron, and had turned to stare out the window again. She wished she could see him but... she didn't need teasing. She wasn't teasing Ginny, was she...? MoochiLove The door to the HQ is slowly pushed open a red head peeks in, looking about curiously. Poor Ron was a little disorientated, having been dragged here by a bright red flying Kitsu and then told to go in and he would be surprised by what he found. He didn't want any surprises, he wanted to find his friends and family! Padding in, he shuts the door with his back leg and perks his ears when hears voices up ahead, very familiar voices and he makes his way to them, hoping they are who he thinks they are. Trelweny RosePhoenixWolf "Then let us not make you more weary here, Beloved." Remus licked lightly at the underside of her ear. He quirks a brow at Ginny. "You do remember the way home, do you not, Ginny?""Hmm? Oh. Yes. I know it flying too. From when AearHwesta took me home the first time." Ginny glanced at her brother, feeling her face flush. She quickly turned her head back, which of course lowered put her gaze at Harry's middle. "Then we bid you farewell." With a bow & a flick of his wand he apparated the two of them away. Blushing, but still not wanting to move, Ginny moved her gze again. This time to the open doorway of the kitchen & a sight behind that had to be her imagination. "Oh no... I'm seeing things."She had to be. But the robes, the same red hair... Lady Aria Starstone Hermione heard Ginny's comment and turned, curiously, wondering if maybe Draco or Goyle had shown up. She stares, realizing. "Ron..." She whispers, staring at him, not moving. Mau Harry followed Ginny's gaze and his arm dropped. "Ron!" He hadn't seen his best friend from before in the longest time, and had missed him quite a bit - although he wasn't open about it. MoochiLove Ron had found his way to the kitchen where he heard all the voices coming from and he stood in front of the entrance, his eyes wide. His two best friends and his sister!!! This was the surprise Gypsy was talking about!!! "Harry!!! Hermoine!! Ginny!!!" he says loudly, a bright smile playing across his face as he rushes into the kitchen to greet them all. Trelweny RosePhoenixWolf Ginny would have been more disappointed at Harry's arm not being around her anymore but for two things. One, she would rather meet Ron again without him coming to the same conclusion Sirius Black had, and two... she was still blushing scarlet with thoughts about flying home, held in Harry's arms should the winged anthro choose to fly there.
Being closest to the door, Ginny drags herself from where she was still mostly leaning on the anthro to nuzzle her brother in welcome. "Hey there Ron! You just missed Sirius. Not to mention Remus & his mate."
Stepping aside to let Harry & Hermione have a run at him she grins at her ploy. Tossing those tidbits out would hopefully get her overprotective brother to overlook her flushed face... & where she had been standing when he saw her. Sitting against a cabinet she watched to see if Hermione would tackle Ron. Lady Aria Starstone "Ron... hello..." Hermione smiles, shyly, staying a bit back, unsure what to do or say, but so glad to see him. ((continued Page 2781)) Mau Following behind Ginny, Harry greeted Ron in much the same manner as he had Sirius - though with slightly less rib-cracking. Although it had been months, he had seen Ron in this life.. "Where have you been?!" MoochiLove Ron had groaned a bit, but chuckled at Harry, "Family stuff mate, can't say much more about it. But I'm here now!" He then looks to Hermoine and he can feel his insides get warm and fluttery and he steps up to her and nuzzles the side of his face with her own. He steps back quickly, his face red as his hair, "Uhhh, sorry 'bout that! Don't know what came over me! Just....really glad to see you 'Moine" he stutters out and he quickly goes over to Ginny to see how she is and where she had been. Lady Aria Starstone Hermoine looked delighted at the nuzzle, then blushed and looked sad as he dashes over to Ginny. "I... I... its all right, Ron.... I didn't mind." She watches him, then sighs and turns to Harry. Trelweny RosePhoenixWolf Ginny was beaming. At least she was not the only blushing redhead now! She would have to tease Ron about that later. Especially since he did not seem to have seen her so close to Harry.
She makes a slight face though at being asked where she has been. "I'd ruther not talk about that, Ron. Needless to say, things are looking up now. I get to come here, I have a nice room all to myself, & two very large & supportive surrogate families."
To change the subject Ginny indicated the laden table. "Whyn't you have something to eat? Harry was nice enough to get these out of the 'freedgerator' for us."
She brushed past Harry with a smile in a way that should Ron follow her to the table the easiest way was between herself & Hermione... & that was a rather small space. MoochiLove Ron nodded, it seemed he too had gotten himself a new family, one that didn't seem like they would give him up anytime soon! "Did I hear food?! I'm starving!!" he exclaims happily and he follows after Ginny. He blushes brightly again when he rubs his body against Hermoines on the way to the table, lingering longer then he should have, but he did enjoy the brown haired kitsu's close presence. Lady Aria Starstone Hermione, in the moments of contact, leans gently against Ron, and tilts her head so her cheek rubs his, and murmurs as he passes "I really missed you, Ron..."Trelweny RosePhoenixWolf Mission successful, Ginny pulls back to leave her brother with Hermione & perhaps have him forget she was there. It was possible. He could be so terribly single-visioned sometimes. In so doing, the small female bumps into Harry & freezes.

Chroma & India page 2766Rainberries Chroma bounded into the room. She had been hunting high and low for her once friend Yrre... the one who called her the Searcher (thinks that's right). Remus had told her the purple kitsu was missing and everyone had agreed to help. But now she was getting tired. The energetic kitsu was half hoping to run into India. More than half hoping: all of her tingled with hoping. saedusk India yawned, rolling to his side. The floor was cool, even against his fur, but he paid it no mind. His thoughts wandered to other things, which he promptly swished away with a swing of his black tail. Sleep had come difficult just the night before. He wished wholeheartedly that he wouldn't end up with insomnia again. But before he had longer to muse, he felt a vibration along his body as someone moved across the floor. Yawning once more, he curled up, unwilling to rise until he knew the company would be pleasurable. Rainberries Recognizing her mate's yawn long before she saw him Chroma turned & raced to nuzzle affectionately into his side. "India!" Her pounce was surprisingly gentle, if it could even be called a pounce. She wiggled until she was pleased that they were snuggled together comfortably. "I've missed you India!" Chroma adds, licking lightly at the underside of his jaw. saedusk With his groggy, still half-tired movements, India didn't even have the chance to shift for his mate before she was snuggled at his side. And just as he'd begun to relax again, her licks caused him to whine like a kit and shake his head, nuzzling into her fur for an escape. "I missed you, too," he mumbled, grinning lightly as he pressed closer to her form, though the smile wasn't visible. "I just can't sleep without you." He joked, or at least partially joked, for sometimes it seemed long times without her caused him insomnia. Rainberries "My India cannot sleep without me?" Her usually carefree voice filled with concern. She nuzzled his neck tenderly. "Then I'll meet you here every night to sleep!"
Nodding to herself at her solution to the dilema Chroma presses closely to her mate. saedusk "Sounds good." With that, India began to shift, flipping to his back, while still pressed up to his mate, and looking rather foolish in the process. Though, as long as it was only Chroma that could see him, he didn't much care. Sighing as he finally made it to his back, he ran his paws lazily in the air for a moment before pulling them back to his form. Rainberries Giggling, Chroma flipped two of her tails lightly over India's exposed belly. The third she wrapped around his pure black tail. "And if we're sleeping all the time, we will be very close ll the time & maybe the bunny will bring us eggs like Ember & Rhian!" saedusk Chroma's talk of a bunny bringing their eggs never failed to make India feel uncomfortable, if only slightly. Taking a moment to slide his solid-colored tail against hers, he sighed. There was no real was he could explain that sleeping together and sleeping together to have kits were two completely different things, at least not to his mate. Pawing gently at the tails across his belly, he resigned himself to the game. He feared soon he would have to somehow explain where eggs really came from. "Of course," he slipped on a grin, tilting his head back to see her more clearly. Rainberries She giggled happily at him, continuing to graze her tails over his belly but lifting them slightly so that they only just touched & yanking them away as India's batting paws touched them. "It's the closeness awake that counts, isn't it, 'ndia? The closeness-game that makes us sleepy & gives us silly faces?"
Rubbing against his side Chroma began to purr as she snuggled. She stretched a little & nipped lightly at his ear. "Do you know the closeness-game?" saedusk India stopped batting at her tails as soon as he felt the tickle sensation. Stucking in his stomach, he wriggled slightly in an attempt to get away from the gentle touch that would certainly spell a sort of doom for the overly ticklish Kitsu. He was all but focused on her tails and keeping them away and he almost missed her next words. But he hadn't. Coughing suddenly, he turned his head to her, burrying his face and muzzle in her fur to keep from saying something stupid. "Yeah... Yeah, I suppose so," he answered evasively. Rainberries Chroma squeaked with delight. "oh! Then my India will show me this game, won't you?"
Her tails lay flat against his belly, embracing him in their fashion. She licked the top of his head near the ear. "I love new games!" saedusk Okay, so maybe he hadn't quite been expecting her to ask something like that. Shifting, he pulled his gaze from her fur long enough to glance around the room, looking for something to perhaps change the subject with. But he found nothing other than the usual and certainly nothing of great intrest. Turning back to nuzzle into her fur again, he sighed. "Yeah... later, okay?" He answered and questioned, sounding as nonchalant as possible. Rainberries "Okay 'ndia. I'm pretty tired for a game anyway." She nuzzled happily between his ears. Her tails started to sweep very slowly across India's belly once again. "And you need your sleep, my India." Her voice sounded drowsy. "We can sleep... and get something to eat first. And find someplace all our own. Remy & Nari always go off alone before he comes home with silly faces. I don't think they've called for the bunny yet though."
Chroma was nearly asleep, her breath soft & relaxed, her purr gentle & low. She sighed happily against her mate. saedusk India let her words sink in as he too relaxed. Well, at least she'd been satisfied for now and seemed willing to let him sleep without a game. Not that he wasn't good at getting her to sleep, even without a game. He grinned, though it was cut short by a yawn. "Deal then," he muttered sleepily, nuzzling against his mate more and yawning once more. It wasn't long before he was asleep, luckily with no trouble at all. Rainberries The female's eyes drooped shut, feeling her mate relax beside her. "Deal." She agreed with her own yawn. Chroma smiled sleepily, knowing that soon they would play this new game. Like when he said they could tickle-fight later. With her mate asleep beside her it did not take Chroma long to join him in slumber.

Family news page 2778 ((just after Remus & Nari leave the other wizards in the kitchen))Trelweny RosePhoenixWolf Gardens at Nari's Remus & Nari apparated in an open area near a large bench perfect for two kitsu to share. Listening closely Remus checked to see that they were really alone before nibbling lightly on the female's ear.
"Are you certain you are not hungry, Nari?" The wizards voice tender with concern. "Or are you too tired?" Mau "I ate plenty earlier, thank you though.. Right now, I am just tired." Stifling a yawn, she moved towards the bench and flopped down gently, leaving plenty of space for him to lay down, as well. "And you? Are you hungry?" Trelweny RosePhoenixWolf Gardens Joining Nari on the bench he only smiled sweetly. Tenderly Remus begn to lick her face, back to the ears & down her neck. "I was a little hungry." He admitted at last. "Now it is different."
He paused to catch her eye. "I apologize. You are tired, beloved. Please forgive me." Remus blushed slightly but did not look away. Mau "So that is why you were so anxious to leave with me?" The glance she gave him was one of amusement.. and affection. She stretched out her paws, then tucked herself into his side. "Tiredness will pass with time." Trelweny RosePhoenixWolf Gardens Remus nodded into her curls, smiling like a little boy who has just been caught with his hand in the cookie jar. "Why I did not wish for you to go without me, yes." He chuckled softly. "Though by now I hope you know how much I yearn to be with you, no matter what we do."
Running a paw over her side he added. "Even if it is only to sleep. Which you need for the tiredness to pass."
Calming himself, Remus curled gently around his mate. Mau "I think more than sleep is needed for this time." Much more. But she purred lightly as he curled around her, not continuing her statement. Trelweny RosePhoenixWolf Gardens That she was happy enough to purr started the wizard's motor easily enough. He wove his tails gently with Nari's, resting his head near her ear. "More than sleep? Beloved, is there something wrong? You are not ill... are you?"
Lifting his head back up at the thought, Remus raked his gaze over her body. She did not look any different. Nor unwell. If anything, there seemed to be a gentle glow to her fur. Not like a Luminos spell... more like a healthy, happy glow. His brow furrowed. Mau With a small laugh, she shook her head before rubbing her nose against his chin. "No, I am not ill. But it is still quite a temporary condition." Trelweny RosePhoenixWolf Gardens "A temporary condition? Nari, you are talking in riddles."
The scholar was not thinking strait or perhaps he would have pieced it together on his own. Mau Nari shook her head, laughing more. She had hoped he may be able to piece it together, but apparently not. Lifting herself up slightly, she put her nose to his ear and whispered. "You're going to be a father!" Then she settled back down, her head tilted back to see his reaction. They had talked about it, to be true, but still.. some reacted differently when it became reality. Trelweny RosePhoenixWolf Gardens The male stared. His jaw dropped -most undignified. He thought of the signs: glowing, tired... were there others he had missed?
After what seemed ages but was only a matter of moments Remus' purr deepened. He was able to shut his mouth, but he used it to speak instead. "A father? Nari!..." Drawing her as close to him as possible he began showering her with loving kisses. "Oh Nari... you will be the most beautiful mother ever!"
His eyes sparkled happily. "It's so hard to believe: ME! A father! Nari... beloved..." Remus nuzzled her affectionately. "You are amazing." Mau
"And you will be a wonderful father. <3 The others who were your students adore you.. " Nari tucked her nose under his chin and mrred. (Remus = adorable x1000 smile ) Trelweny RosePhoenixWolf Gardens He closed his eyes as he savored her body against his in this particular moment to hold onto forever. He, Remus Lupin, was going to be a father. He & Nari would have a family. His purr rumbled along, becoming deeper. "Do they? I'd never noticed."
Oh yes. He was certainly very emotional to be using contractions. Mau
She blinked. How could he have not noticed that they cared deeply for him? Even Ginny, despite her temper, still showed respect towards him [when not in a temper]. "You must think better of yourself.. D:" Trelweny RosePhoenixWolf Gardens "Mmmm..." Tilting his head Remus buried his nose into his mate's lovely curls & inhaled her scent as if he was testing a fine wine. "Yes. I suppose I must. It wouldn't do at all for our kits to have a father thinking poorly of himself."
He tapped at her cheek with his paw tenderly. "ah, dear Nari. I wonder if you know how much this means to me... how much you mean to me."

XD He's a bit anti-social... thought oddly I think they might get along. :B You pick one, either would probably be fun to make him interact with. XD)) ((Either one willl likely annoy endless. wink They're my more chatty/annoying kitsu. *tosses Aear out since he needs some male bonding* I prefer female bonding, ye know Lass.oh, quiet you. go out & be social!)) A blue & white angelic flew into the shop, a little gray ball of sooty fur clinging to his neck & clicking in excitement. [Weeeeeeeee!!! More! Higher!] Aear laughed heartily, touching down. "Nay. Not today, laddie."Haisyn Fierra Endless turned around a corner and trotted toward the entrance, following his own sootball kit. This Soot was his responsibility, so he was going to keep an eye on it. So intent an eye in fact that he didn't see Aear until Soot stopped and stared up at the angelic male, which caused Endless to follow suit. He blinked in mild surprise. He hadn't seen any of the winged Kitsu up close before. And apparently... this one had yet another of the soot pups with him.Soot squeeked and bounced around. This guy had BIG wings! Nimbus had wings, but they were tiny... and these were huge! Did he fly? That would be so cool! Unfortunately, Soot couldn't really ask since all Soot could do was squeek, but it was still exciting. Mau From above, in the rafters, there was a small flurry of movement from the nest hanging up high. A delicate pink and purple paw appeared on the edge, followed quickly [but cautiously] by a small, delicate white-furred face, pink-violet eyes gazing down at the quietness below. Trelweny RosePhoenixWolf ((okay... now Mau... that was mean to do to Aear... He's gonna be watched & not have a chance to go up & see for himself that Isis is not there. Or to flirt with the Seraphim. *snickers* poor baby.)) Lil'Soot gave an excited noise. [Down! Down! Me Soot play me soot!] The angelic male laughed jovially feeling the kit scamper down his back -leaving not a trace of soot on the white & blue hide though little puffs of gray would poof off the soot from time to time. He ran at the other soot happily, all three tails wagging. [Play! Play!]AearHwesta stretched his back & straitened his wings before turning a bright smile on the kitsu who seemed to be with the other soot. "So ye were set to babysitting detail too, Lad? Rough lot, that. Rough lot."Haisyn Fierra Soot squeeked happily and ran around the other soot. Yes! Playing. Playing was good. What would they play? Soot started toward the big room to see if there was a ball or something in there again. Soot like playing ball with other Soots. Endless shrugged a bit. "Beats sitting around with nothing to do, I suppose. At least mine isn't noisy like some of the others seem to be. The puffball's actually fairly well behaved." Soot was about to run out of sight so he turned and followed the kit toward the other room. "No one else around to watch the puffball, either..." He walked far enough that he could see into the other room well enough to keep an eye on them. "And you? Get sitter duty often?" He was a bit more talkative when there weren't many Kitsu around... and to be honest it was something of a relief to hear something besides his own thoughts and Soot's squeeking. Even if he wasn't the most social creature even he could only take the silence for so long.Trelweny RosePhoenixWolf Lil' Soot chased after the other, patting his tails happily. So long as there was play it was good for him! s the entered the other room he missed the tails & went sliding across the floor. His exciting ride halted hy a soft round thing twice the size of his star. it was the color of the night sky & little white things twinkled on it. He barked happily at his find."Nothing to do has never been a problem for me. Trel keeps us plenty occupied, the house is filled with siblings of all types, And there's always my boat." Stretching Aear glanced over at his sister & her mate curled into their spot in the room but waid nothing about them. "Aye. One way or another I do. Sometimes I mind more than others, ye know. Like taking one of my sisters home. That's not a bad thing."
He followed with a rolling gait. "I don't suppose ye fancy sailing, do ye?" Haisyn Fierra Soot missed the other soot's slide across the floor, being distracted by the sight of a ball. Soot bounded over to it and then hopped on top, attempting to balance on it and roll it over to the other soot. Soot almost made it, too, but when Soot was almost there Soot fell off and practically landed on the other soot. Endless snorted softly in amusement at the soots' antics. The he turned back to Aear. "Sounds like you've got a full house. Ours has lots of room right now... apparently we're expecting quite a few new arrivals soon, but right now it's mostly just us two. There are others around but they mostly stay outside in their own quarters... I haven't really seen them, so I don't even know what they are. I just kinda hear them..." He shrugged, not really knowing what else to say on the matter. "Sailing? Well... I've thought about trying it. I've never actually been on a boat, myself. You go sailing often, I take it?"Trelweny RosePhoenixWolf Lil' Soot yipped in surprise, jumping out of the way. Then his eyes widened with joy, seeing the fun in this new game. [Yes! Ride ball! Much fun!] With a leap he threw himself on top of the ball, only to overshoot. He landed on the far end of the ball which caused it to shoot away from him in the direction he had come."Full family, to be sure. It'd be a tight fit, it not of the Door & the magic room, I tell ye Lad. Makes the place palatial." His eyes sparkled when he talked of sailing. "Ach! Lad I should take ye with me sailing some time! I've a right lovely ship that is built for a kitsu to sail. She's my other love, ye know. The ladies, the sea, the ship."

Kitsu Mountain Event Mountain Page 3683 ((Before my kitsu arrive, but here so I can actually read it. *winks* And remember who was there for future references.))Kitsusagi Mountain Jerah had been missing... who knows how long, it was hard to tell with the boy. Always slinking out, hiding in corners and shadows.
And Yazoo was no help. Helkanen and Artemis had looked all over! No where in Angmar's home was a sign of the young Kitsu. Save for absent motions in one direction or another, saying that's where he'd last been seen. Eucharist, the ever charming, had thought he'd last seen Jerah in the fridge... Oh yes, Artemis was sure that's where Jerah was.
And so Artemis thought.. it was best to go ask the others. He didn't get to HQ very often, and didn't know very many. But maybe they knew Jerah? And so he round up his dear friend, and resident translator, Helkanen, and the two of them trekked through the woods.
"HELP! HELP!" Yowled Helkanen, ever one to make a scene, for he so did love the attention. They weren't even to the HQ before he started his howling. But it was the thought that counted.
Artemis pushed open the door with his nose, hopping up onto the couch and looking very much like he had a purpose there, even though he stayed silent. Helkanen followed along after him (but not before yelling another loud call outside, that everyone in hearing distance could hear.) Helk trotted to the foot of the couch and peered around the room. "We need your help!" he exclaimed to the Kitsu there. "One of our friends is missing!" he glanced back up at Artemis, who nodded, some silent communication between the two of them before Helk continued, "Jerah--he's young, he's all peachy and grey." He peered around hopefully, looking for a face who might understand. "He's been missing... we don't know how long, and we have to bring him home." Taejira The tiny nightmare kitsu scurried in at the sound of loud voices, and perked his long ears. He very nearly skidded right into one of the larger kits.
"Tai is gone too!" the brightly colored kit exclaimed in a worried tone, tails waving anxiously. Manda  Dante jumped slightly at the yowling, having been sprawled on a couch staring at the wall yet again. He already knew that Jerah was gone but what about the others? "It's not just Jerah," he muttered, sitting up and watching the two newcomers.[Alchemist.exe] It only took a moment for Inapo to appear as soon as the yelping began, cries for help attracting the newly-adulted Kitsu. He scrambled into the main room of the HQ building, staring wide-eyed at the two who had started the cries. Well, one. The other sat in silence, but communicated without words somehow to the crying one.
So there were others that had vanished... more than Yrre, and that frightened Ina. He stepped forward a bit more, perking his ears. "I'll help," he said firmly, determined to bring home the one's missing. Charmaine Kitteridge Zoot looked up from his spot under the lamp. Others were missing too! He got up cautously and headed towards the group. "My sister Telys was taken by a shadow." His voice was but a mere whisper, that flowed gently like a smooth breeze. His little star glowed softly at his feet. Snookie Nash was poking around the HQ, he usually spent most of his time lounging around his own house, unfortunately being forced to entertain his strange housemates (one of which had tagged along with him), when he heard the cry for help from the other Kitsu. He was about to ignore it and continue slouching about....When McKinley popped up next to him and shoved him towards the commotion. "Come on mister grumpy bird, let's see what all this is about."Nash scowled. He had no choice but to be dragged along."We'll help!" McKinley chirped, eager to have some 'fun' for once.EDIT: And here's them for those who haven't seen them before. biggrin
Nash & McKinley .Sephiros Immortal. Kadaj's ears flicked. Yes...he knew that Jerah was missing...and not only Jerah, but others he deemed important. He wanted to find them, wanted to find them more than he'd ever wanted anything (or at least he had convinced himself of it, that opinion would surely change later).
Stepping forward, he canted his head to one side, silver hair sliding into his bright eyes, "Jerah is my son..." He stated, in a no-nonesense tone, "And he is not the only one that is missing, only one of my children do I still know the whereabouts of, and there are more that have simply...vanished..."
The small male grew more emphatic as he went on, "I refuse to let this continue! I want those that belong to my bloodline back!" Stamping a paw, his gaze seemed to blaze with the fiery passion of a fanatic. Manda  Suddenly there was a scrambling at the back of the couch Dante was on - as of claws on fabric. Then a small silver-haired kit poked his head up, just behind Dante's shoulder. There was a definite resemblance between the two, though he looked quite a bit more cheerful than the older kitsu. "Missing? Whoooa that can't be good! I'll help look!" he chirped. Dante glanced back at him with a frown but he knew better than to try and tell his son he couldn't go. That would only make him want to go more. He'd just keep an eye on the younger kitsu.tbiris Zoom skidded in when he overheard.
"Kitsu? Missing?" he asked, looking from face to face, slightly confused.
"I don't understand, what's happening?" [Alchemist.exe] It was Llyr who came in rext, a rumble coming from the large nightmare. "Yrre is missing," he growled out, ears flat against his skull, the most upset the nightmare could have ever been seen. "I will be helping in this search for those who have been taken by shadow."
Inapo blinked in surprise at how many who were offering to help, but nodded slightly, relieved and glad that things would be cared for so well. "We should be able to find them all, if not some of them, providing this many, and maybe more search..." Camazotz Soot blinked his eyes, disturbed from his peaceful sleep in the basement, where he'd been curled up near the heater. What was all the shouting about?
He made his way upstairs and discovered the large group of Kitsu. They were all gathered around the couch, listening to the yelping kitsu standing in front of them. Soot joined them. Kitsue missing? He'd been pretty oblivious and hadn't noticed anyone missing. Then again, he hardly noticed any Kitsu at all, he spent so much time in the basement. Getsurei Adiana wandered in and looked around. "The silver haired one is correct. I spent all day helping the others look for Bien, we only noticed he was gone when we no longer smelt gunpowder and matches."
She walked slowly further into the room. This female had an air of sadness about her, and mysteriousness. Adi never smiled, and if she did it was so slight that it wasn't really noticed. Taejira Mac sniffed the air and tripped over his own tail. There were so many voices now, but he didn't recognize any of them!
"Where are we gonna look?" he inquired curiously, tilting his head. He had tried searching for Tai himself, but his lack of sight had proved a problem. demon_pachabel Just when he wanted to take a nap.. ALWAYS when he wanted to take a nap..
Gao heaved a sigh as he pushed his body up, stretching and arching his back to make sure his vertebrae were all in place, before he turned calmly to look towards the one making the large fuss, frowning a bit. Someone was missing?
Perhaps he'd go help now, though Xyrie wasn't there to go with him, and then later he could tell her what had happened. Yes, that would do.
Approaching the little mob that was forming, the blue and cream kitsu sat near it's back, making it a point that yes, he would help, but he didn't really need to throw himself on anybody to make that point. dinyana The small little soot puppy crowded around the older adults and pouted a bit. "I've noticed some of the others disappeared too! It's so freaky." The small pup then went wide eye and jumped frantically "What if they were kidnapped by a shadow monster!!" Nerpin  [I'muh let Ballari follow Inapo, I'm sure they've met.]
Loping after the rambuncious newly adulted Inapo, his tongue flickering out long and low, catching the scents of those who were suddenly perking forward from the shrill squeals for help that had been sounded off. Xerros - the ever caring and aging angelic - had asked the jello incarnate to watch over the halo grabbing sand shaded adult, so as that Ina didn't get in trouble - or worse yet - stuck in another rabbit's hole.
Stopping just beside the sandshaded kitsusagi, he 'looked towards' him, flickering his tongue out before talking "There are many here, aren't there."GunSniper  Roy lazily looked up from his spot on teh floor. Last he remembered there wasnt this many kits in the room. Or maybe that was a dream? It didn't matter. There were many here now and it was growing uncomfortable. He had heard about the missing Kits before but opted not to care. It didn't involve him...
Tamago was wide awake and sitting near the door. This reports of missing Kitsus had actually started to make him worry. Right now all he cared about was if Lu was safe. He caught himself looking around the room several times and hopped he would spot his little friend.Kitsusagi Mountain There seemed to be a commotion. It was quite easy to hear such, seeing as a rather noisey angelic made his presence known. Yet, he also revealed his distress when doing such.
A silver-striped kitsusagi lifted up his body upon the disturbance in the air, then padded on over towards the sources of the commotion. He remained quiet, listening to all the explanations and reactions to the initial inquiry. Flicking his ringed ear slightly, he then spoke to Artemis in a clear tone:
"I'd be willing to assist you in locating this 'Jerah' you speak of. Or any others whom might have gone missing as well."
The offer was simple, but a genuine one at that. Turning to the currently growing crowd, he nodded his head slightly. dinyana That's when the little soot boy noticed another soot kitsu wander around as well. He started to flail and pounced by the soot, wide eyed with shock. "Did you see any shadow monster down there?!" It talked quickly, pointing down to the basement where the other soot pup emerged from. [Alchemist.exe] Inapo turned his head after Ballari arrived, chirping softly to the nightmare and moving to gently nuzzle him. "There are. Very many," he murmured for the nightmare alone, blinking slowly at the others there. "All of them wish to help search for the ones who are missing. Will you help as well? Llyr is going to, and I am as well." He hoped Ballari would. He trusted the nightmare, and he feared Llyr's anger.
His eyes darted to the new one who spoke, Byakko, and he chirped softly, blinking once. "Even more are offering to help... Toushin Ashitaka does not easily miss the frantic conversing that is taking place on the mountain this day. It had been constant this entire week; rumors of missing Kitsusagis. Vanished, simply out of thin air. Parents were frantic, owners worried, and an all around air of caution emenated clearly.
The hunter prince sat on a rock while watching with his beloved Guardian Yakul right there with him, sitting atop of his head. The ears of the Kitsusagi are high up on the sides of his head as he watches the conversing Kitsusagis and Guardians, listening as they speak while silently pondering issues himself. What had happened? There had never been a trace left of these Kitsusagis. Was there something dark lingering in the Mountain these last few days? The thought is one he would sooner push aside if he could, but the possibility is one he would dare not overlook. Darkness is not unknown to him. He frowns in thought at this.
It is now when Byakko VII arrives that he himself descends from the rock with ease, walking forward to join the quickly growing search party.
"I'll be happy to help as well."
After all.. any one of them could be next. It is best to stick together. tbiris Zoom caught sight of two other soots, and quickly weaved his way through other kitsu to try and get closer.
"What's going on?" he asked in a panicked voice. He heard about kitsu missing, but he couldn't figure out what was going on. Manda Dante's gaze slid to Kadaj and he jumped smoothly off the couch to go and stand near the other. "Hey, they're my kids too," he pointed out, a bit grumpily, though it wasn't Kadaj he was upset with. Just ... the situation in general and the fact that he hadn't seen Vergil for a good few days now."Yea, and they're -my- half-brother and sister!" Raensu added, hopping off the back of the couch to the cushions and then the floor to follow Dante over. Camazotz Soot shook his head, trying to speak around the star in his mouth.
"Ought bany-blahpeh!" He spit it out and started over.
"Not anything like that...just normal shadows and soot." he answered the other soot. dinyana The soot stopped flailing mercelessly and stared at the big striped kitsu that had seemed to gain the attention of the others. It seems Jerah was the first one who disappeared. What was going on? And if a shadow monster was behind this, why were the others gone too? Shadow monsters don't eat that much.
Looking back at the other soot and sighed in relief. "That's good to know. Well maybe this thing isn't a shadow monster. Or perhaps it's lonely?" Swampieestar Rude sniffed about. Tai;s scent was gona and he hadn;t seen her for some time. He wouldn't admit that he was frantic but he was close enough. "Tai..." He hadn't spoken to anyone except Gema who seemed unearthly quiet lately.
The little guardian was curled between Rude's shoulders but climbed and nestled against his ears to peer around. Charmaine Kitteridge Zoot, the soot stood near the edge of the crowd. It seemed they knew what was going on. Zoot watched wide-eyed as two more like him emerged into the group. One neared him and spoke directly to him. "It seems that several have been taken by the shadow that attacked my sister Telys." Just the thought of that shadow caused Zoot to move his green star closer to himself. .Sephiros Immortal. Kadaj raised an eyebrow at Dante, "Well, you didn't precisely say anything." He pointed out easily, smiling humorlessly at his friend. Glancing down at Raensu, the third silver-haired kitsu blinked. "Where did that one come from?" Because he was fairly sure that the silver-haired adolescent didn't belong to the red-clad twin's lover. Speaking of that...Vergil was making his way in, though generally disgruntled at all the hubbub, it was better than staying over at Realm, where everything had gotten so dreadfully boring. Feeling the jellatious matter that made his body shift and turn to represent being nudged against by, 'Lari murmur and nudged the smaller male, 'peering' over his head towards the other nightmaren - almost recognizing the air of curse and uncertainty that loomed around the being before looking down to Inapo once again.
Shifting his bodyweight slightly, one could almost feel the antimatter like bone structure move with him before he flickered his tongue once again, before answering the query from the elder angelic's little pet. If he had eyes, he'd roll them. "I suppose one can lend a paw, and a pair of ears for this wild goose chase - although I am not the best at the sensing part." he hiss in responce, peering around the room in aggitation of the sheer size in number this jumbled search and rescue had become. Taejira Mac's ears perked as he heard Rude say Tai's name. He bounded towards the sound of the larger kitsu's voice. "Do you know Tai?!" he asked gleefully, beaming. Then his ears drooped. "She's gone somewhere.. I haven't seen her." The kit didn't seem to realize how silly that must have sounded coming from a nightmare, who couldn't see ANYTHING. Camazotz Soot shrugged in answer to the third Soot's question. He'd only been here a few minutes and was already feeling confused.
A shadow monster? Soot shuddered, suddenly wanting to be as far away from the basement as possible. Possibly in a very well-lit room with no furniture.
He stopped thinking about this when the other Soot started speaking again.
"What could be worse then a shadow monster?" he wondered out loud. Getsurei "I have a bad feeling about these disappearences. Whoever is taking them must be desperate, I mean they took a psyco like Bien. Maybe the ones that were taken have something in common? Something that makes them special?"
Adi wanted to help the best she could. Her mother wanted to come, but she was too distraught to leave. Kaji and Lilith were looking after her at home, so Adiana decided to go after him. tbiris Zoom stiffened slightly.
"Shadow?" He shivered and licked his green star to help him calm down.
"Just how many have been taken?" he whispered, looking around at the crowd. Was he the only one that didn't know someone that had been taken? He shook his head, why was he worrying about that.
"They're organizing a search party?" he asked, still slightly confused. Athear_Vaeri The little soot pup, called Sol by his companion, darted around nervously looking for his friend Kibatubatu. Where could she be? He held his star in his jaws, looking around for a flash of color and stripes that belonged to her, but no sign, it looked like Kiba had dissapeared like the rest... Toushin San, too, would be joining them. The wild female, whose usual day of just living out in the forests around the mountain, had not been an exception to the noise, nor to the obvious knowledge of the disappearances. She leaps down from a tree with a surprising, almost terrifying agility and grace, landing on the ground, and bounding the few steps across the soft grass with Kodama hanging onto one of her tails, flailing his arms around wildly as she is quick to end up next to Ashitaka's side.
Naturally all are given a hard glare and there is a very noticable tension in her body. Any who got too close to her would be met with a sneer and a growl of warning to back off; there is only one the female trusts and that is Ashitaka, which would explain why she seems to almost huddle so close to him.
"What's going on?" Inquired to any who would answer, though hoping it would really be him who responds.
Manda Dante just made a sort of grunting noise at the first comment, glancing down at the floor. Then he looked over toward Raensu and back up at Kadaj. "Er ... " and he leaned in so Raensu (hopefully) wouldn't hear. "Kinda a one-night-stand ... with drinks?" He sounded just a bit embarrassed about it, voice lowering farther when he spotted his twin from the corner of an eye.Raensu had also spotted the blue-clad kitsu and grinned, bounding over. "Hey Uncle Verge! You gonna help look too?" he asked. By this point, he knew better than to climb all over the older kitsu but that didn't stop him from butting his head into his uncle's lower legs affectionately. [Alchemist.exe] Ina smiled a bit and chirped softly, before nodding in understanding at Ballari's words, offering a sheepish look even though he was well aware that the other couldn't see it. "I can stay with you as we search... it would more than likely be safer in groups, anyhow, so we could help each other out. Llyr may stay as well, but that's entirely up to him of course," he murmured, glancing at the blue colored nightmare, who just rumbled, shifting his weight as he waited for the searching to begin. Llyr was eager, fidgety, to find what had taken Yrre from him and from Ember, from all of them, wanting his friend back. Kitsusagi Mountain Helkanen was suprised... He hadn't expected that! Why, Kitsu were seeming to come out of the woodwork, everywhere they were! He looked decidedly distressed when, through the chaos, he realized there were others missing, and even as he looked over his shoulder at his like colored companion, he knew that the silent Artemis, was also worried at this realization. Art nodded, looking solomnly at all the faces, all the Kitsu missing someone. Helk cleared his throat, flapping his strong wings and raising slightly in the air, "Heyhey! Everyone!" It was a little out of hand, it was, they needed some order. "We should all band together and search for everyone that's missing!" After this, Byakko's offer to help only furthered his thinking that this was the right thing to do. Art nodded greatfully to the grey Kitsu, then peered at the door, perhaps debating whether to take everything outside or wait a little longer. "Guys, shush!" Helk exclaimed, apparently he wasn't ready to leave yet. "We'll find them all, but we have to stop talking over one another." he nodded assuringly, then peered at Byakko. "Do you know where we should look first?" Swampieestar Rude looked down at the small kitsu and nodded. He hadn't seen her in days. His tails dragged along the ground as he walked in a tight circle, unsure of what to do. "I have to find her." He kept his ears up for Gema to grab onto as he dipped his head to the little green monster. "Are you looking for Tai too?"
Gema was perched solemly on his friends head. "Gema has not seen Tai since Rude has seen Tai." His little head turned as he surveyed. "Tai has disappeared..." dinyana The soot boy pondered and gasped. "I bet the shadow monster was looking for victims to sacrafice to the emperior of evil! But the sacrafice needed kitsues of light. So the shadow monster kidnapped all the kitsu to sacrafice. But all of us kitsues will stop him, before they get cut up!"
This soot sure had a crazy imagination GunSniper Help them? No, it was best to stay away from getting involved. Than again there might be a reward involved...
"What's in it?" He asked calmly.
Tamago moved about the room in search, careful not to bump into any kitsus. He too was debating on joining in this search.
Waarufu It was the little Soot that ended up dragging Soubi into the mess, the frantic chirpings of the small kitsu causing the butterfly to succeed to its will to return to the cabin for any hope at seeing peace and quiet again. He wasn't too keen on seeing the cabin, let alone the mass that had gathered. It didn't take too long for him, hanging on the outskirts of the crowd, to figure out what was going on. Had he been the only one to not know? The little soot with the red star sprinkle was busy darting in and out of people's legs, nearly frantic. Maybe it was just the number of people, but it was more than likely that he was worked up over what was going on. Camazotz Sacrifice? Lords of evil? So many questions, so many interesting things to find out about! Soot mentally kicked himself for not coming out of the basement sooner. This soot though, seemed knowledgeable about the Kitsu world. Soot would have to stick close to him.
"What should we do?" He asked, eyes wide. Taejira Mac nodded fervently. "Yeah! I know Tai! She is a nice lady, sometimes she looks after me." He said ina chirpy voice. Sniffing Gema, he made another sad face. "She's gone, yeah, like all the others." He fell silent and listened as Helk spoke. He had no idea where to look, so he simply sat on his little haunces and waited for someone to reply. Snookie   Nash grumbled along as McKinley volunteered them both to help with this odd case of kitsu-napping. He didn't want to help. Nash didn't like to help anyone! And yet this stupid pseudo-brother of his just waltzed right in and said that they'd both help. It didn't seem right. And yet, Nash couldn't seem to walk away.McKinley knew that deep down Nash was sort of 'good'. He just had to drag that out. He was snapped out of his thoughts as Helk began to speak. There wasn't anyone missing from their household (if you didn't count his boyfriend, but Ben hadnt been seen around here at all yet. McKinley thought that he got lost. Ben never was one for directions), but he still wanted to help the others get their lost ones back..Sephiros Immortal. Kadaj gave Dante a most incredulous look, but then his attention shifted back to the ones who had started this whole commotion in the first place. Since it seemed they were pointing out that silvery-striped one, a Kitsu whom the quicksilver-crowned, leather-clad male remembered, he supposed that this might have a better chance of succeeding than he would have expected from all of these infidels. Vergil's gaze went immediately to Dante, whom he saw was over talking to Kadaj, something which might normally have raised his hackles, but the intrusion by Raensu fully distracted him. "Help?" He rumbled, just glad the newly-grown youngster wasn't jumping all over him, "I suppose it couldn't hurt..." A tentative answer, as if this became any more chaotic he was going to make himself scarce. Charmaine Kitteridge Zoot couldn't believe it. They were going to look for everyone even his sister, but wait didn't that mean that they'd have to FIND the shadow. now that idea did not settle well with him. He glanced around at the gather kitsu and wondered who would be the best to protect him from the shadow until Telys was back with him. As he glanced around his front paws danced on top of his star. dinyana "Well..." The boy paused and then answered joyfully. "That's simple. All of these adult people will be out looking for the missing kitsues. So we just follow them along. And if we want to chicken out we just hide in the shadows. And we don't even have to worry about the shadow monster getting us because we aren't kitsues of light." The soot grinned in glee and pranced around. tbiris Zoom looked towards the flying kitsu, eyes widening slightly. It was the first time that he had seen a flying kitsu. He began to weave his way towards him, thinking that it might be easier to hear him if he was closer.
Of course he would search, as much as he disliked Cadis at the moment, he would hate the shadow to take her if she came to visit the Mountain. demon_pachabel Gaomon quirked a brow at the suggestion pipped up by the little kitsu, shaking his head a bit, before nudging the pup with his nose and frowning. "I truely doubt that is the case." he replied, attempting to lift the insane notion from the minds of any and all who had heard it, before leaning back and shaking his head a bit.
"Though quite an interesting hypothesis." There was a loud squeak from the distance as a certain gaurdian had taken to noticing that there was a large GROUP of strangers about, and of course, Epona was never too keen on strangers. In fact, at times, it seemed as though the only person the little bugger even LIKED was Malon, whom, being not too far away, found quickly that her dear companion had hidden in her skirt again.
With a bit of a laugh, the red-haired kitsu ushered her companion out of her skirts, attempting to soothe Epona's nerves by humming a tune, familiar to the pair, before stepping lightly to go greet the one in this group whom was familiar to her.
"Why! If it isn't Gaomon!" she beamed, taking her brother-in-name's side, then looking about curiously. "What's happened here to draw such a crowd?" she inquired. Epona, however, had again taken to her favorite hiding place. Waarufu Soot had just about given up running into someone he knew when he found something just as good - another soot! With a chirp he ducked around someone's tails and approached Zoot, curiously sniffing at the other from a safe distance. He wasn't much protection, and his own guardian who stood apart from the rest to do little more than hear what was going on wasn't much of one either - not with the frail butterfly wings. Or, at least that was what Soot thought. Manda Dante sighed slightly in ... relief? as Raensu distracted Vergil enough for him to step a bit away from Kadaj, head tilting as he eyed his twin. Then he too turned his attention back to the ones that had come calling in the first place. "Yea, help! There's a lotta kitsus here, I know ... but I think you should help too." He tilted his head back, looking up at Vergil expectantly. Camazotz Soot looked around at the gathered kitsu. It seemed like they were all going to search for the missing members of their group. Crazy, Soot thought. Who knew what could happen out there? No, he'd much rather stay here, in the cabin. In the dark, shadowy cabin while all were outside.
Nervously, he moved closer to the crowd. Safety in numbers after all. Kitsusagi Mountain Glancing on towards the pined forest, the silver kitsusagi stated clearly "...the woods... I can sense something beyond it, but we need to go through it prior to reach that point."
Without another word, the silver kitsusagi took his leave and padded out towards the woods. Unlike his usual calm pace, he actually seemed to walk faster than normal. This was his only hint that he felt this journey to be one of utter importance. dinyana The soot pup frowned and glared up at the kitsu towering over him. "It is so true," it then paused and made a small devil smirk. "I'm guessing you had a friend abducted to. Hope the shadow monster isn't cutting up your friend's guts and organs now to sacrafice." With that he gleed in mischievious delight. puppygirlsweet Sandy the soot was looking around the mountain. "So many Kitsus' here, and i don't know any of them" As she walks around hopeing to find someone to talk to, she got tried and sat down on a rock. "This is hopeless, nobody will even look at me. Am I ugly or something?" Sandy watched the others talk and play on the mountain alone. She sighs and got up to get some water, she sat back on her rock and started to cry. Haisyn Fierra Soot heard cries and lots of loud conversation coming from the inside place, and so Soot decided to enter. So many Kitsu! And most of them Soot didn't know... Slightly alarmed, Soot slunk around the back until Soot spotted Vergil. Soot knew him! Soot slunk a little faster until Soot was close to Vergil, and sat down. Soot was very careful not to get soot on Vergil, because Vergil didn't like that. Soot squeeked softly to let Vergil know Soot was there, and then listened to the goings on. Kitsu were missing? That was bad. Soot didn't go far from the inside place very often, so Soot hadn't known. Soot wasn't sure what Soot could do... but Soot could at least try to help, right? And surely shadows wouldn't be very interested in a bland little Soot... surely? [Alchemist.exe] As soon as Inapo noticed that the silver kitsusagi was moving out of the building, he got to his feet again and went after him, Llyr going ahead to follow quicker. Ina waited until he was sure Ballari would be with him as they walked, heading out towards the forest to being the search for those that were missing. tbiris Zoom watched the kitsu start walking, and hurried quickly after him, he couldn't go nearly as fast though, being smaller and carrying his star in his mouth. He looked behind him to see if there was anyone else following. Charmaine Kitteridge [Zoot finally noticed the other soot approaching and moved closer when the soot suddenly stopped, kicking his star in front of him. Zoot figured that since shadows go away when the light approaches that moving his star in front of him would scare the shadows away so he could step there. Zoot didn't get too close to the other soot just close enough that the oother could hear him speak. "Have you lost someone too?"Swampieestar Rude knew that it would be bad. There were so many others missing. He sighed and clutched the shining rock in his jacket pocket. He'd found it for her but now he needed to find her. He ears fell by their own accord as he listened to Helkanen and Byakko. He helped the small guardian to the ground beside his paws before stepping towards the woods.
Gema nestled against his paw. "Rude's Tai ts gone..." He curled between the Rude's clothed legs sighed and hung on.
Sen wandered about the crowd. No one she knew was gone but she knew the other's pain. Her tails flicked in unknowing as she walked behind Rude. Atleast he wasn't missing. "What's going on?..." Her untied hair fell around her shoulders as she listened. Something was definately wrong with everyone. .Sephiros Immortal. He'd been listening intently to Byakko, so once he started moving, Kadaj did too. He was smart enough to know when others posessed knowledge that he lacked...usually. But in the case of his children he wasn't willing to gamble. So off to the woods it was. Vergil inclined his head towards his nephew, "All right..." His gaze lifted, to look over Raensu's head, at the blue-clad kitsu's twin instead. "I'll come." But it was clear that his motive was less the missing kitsu's and more to be with, and keep an eye on, Dante. He only gave the soot a passing glance, smiling faintly. dinyana The soot pup then wandered it's eyes to see the silver kitsu moving, others starting to follow the suit.
Better than being stuck in a boring old dark cramped basement He thought with a smile and started to follow close by other soot pups such as himself.
True a shadow monster who sacraficed organs would be rare. But a shadow monster kidnapping kitsues wasn't at all strange. He was truly concerned though for the missing kitsues. Toushin He turns his head when he hears the pouncing feet of the female as she comes up next to him. He is surprised, noticably, when he sees her; he had not thought she would join them all. But this is good; if any would know the forest well, it would be San.
"There seems to be missing Kitsusagis of all ages. They've simply vanished; we're all going to search for them now."
It's as he says this that Byakko speaks, causing Ashitaka to turn his head away from San and to look. He nods and starts to follow with Yakul still atop of his head.
"Come with us, San," he speaks, stopping just long enough to look over his shoulder and say this before he resumes walking.
She solemnly nods her head as Ashitaka goes on to explain, which is hard to hear even with being so close. There is just so much going on, so many people speaking, and it is all grinding at her nerves. Her expression sours more with each passing second but she fights it off trying to be as calm as she can be.
The Guardian, meanwhile, is crawling up her back and buries itself into the mane of her mask as she goes on to speak, "I suppose I will go. You may need help."
Of course they'd need help, she thinks almost bitterly to herself as she follows slowly behind Ashitaka.
GunSniper "Hmph" He looked away from the Kitsu that seemed to be leading the group. He found that this quiest had nothing in it that would gain him anything. Edan wasn't even there. This can't be all important if that goodie boy isn't here...
Tamago sighed as he looked around the area once more. Nope, not here... Reluctantly he followed after Byakko at his own pace, whitch was usually a tad faster than a walk. It was something to do and maybe he could find what he was looking for on the way.
Taejira Mac pawed at Rude and grinned, ears perking in the direction of Byakko's voice. "Let's go!" He squeaked, beginning to trot in the direction he assumed the others were heading. Byakko sounded like someone you could trust to know the right way to go, and there were so many other kitsu helping that the small nightmare wasn't scared at all. Athear_Vaeri Sol said nothing, he generally did not talk to anyone but Kiba, but he followed the silver kitsu, he wanted to find his 'mama' after all. Snookie If I disappear, like I think I'm going to have to soon, just say that McKinley and Nash are following in silence. xD The falcon Kitsu pressed his wings close to his body as he scowled over at McKinley, giving him a sort of 'why me' look. Not only did he have to help other, he had to walk around a lot. Nash liked to sleep and eat. This didn't seem fun to him.McKinley rolled his eyes at Nash and started after Byakko. When he was a summer camp counselor, he spent a lot of his time sneaking off into the woods for... various reasons. But never to look for a group of kitsus who had been kidnapped. "Lighten up, birdy. You might enjoy getting out for once."Waarufu The whole crowd was moving, and finally Soubi could see that it was following another, silver kitsu. He glanced around expectantly for Soot, since he was here to help thanks to the dustball and wasn't about to let him get lost in the shuffle.
Soot could merely chirp in response, having no time to respond properly to Zoot before Soubi approached from behind him to grab him by the scruff of the neck.
Soubi took an extra moment or two to stare at the other soot before sighing. "Come on, then. I take it you're lost?" He scooped up his own Soot in his mouth and plopped him onto his shoulders above the place where his wings joined his back, offering a paw to Zoot to do the same.
"You can come with us until we figure out where you're supposed to be. No point you getting left behind." Manda Dante got up and padded after Byakko and Kadaj, glancing back once long enough to hear Vergil agree to go. Strangely enough, he wasn't quite so worried about Raensu going anymore ... if the teen kitsu was with his twin, it would be all right. Even though Vergil may not much like where Raensu had -come- from, Dante knew that the other wouldn't let anything happen to him.Raensu grinned happily, then jumped at seeing others walk out. "Come on then!" he half-yelped and got up to follow. It was then that he spotted Soot, and paused, blinking. "Hi! Are you helping too?" he asked the darkly-colored kit, tossing his hair out of his face with a small motion of his head. Camazotz Soot glanced at the other soot pup. Given the situation, the pup's comments had seemed pretty mean. This really didn't seem like the time to joke around. At least...he hoped the soot was joking. He gulped thinking about organs. He rather liked his organs. And being sacrificed didn't seem too pleasent.
Suddenly, the crowd was moving. They seemed to be heading towards the forest, following a silver-furred kitsu. Not wanting to be left behind, Soot quickly picked up his star and ran after them, trying to catch up to the other soots. [Alchemist.exe]
Inapo hummed softly - a nervous habit, he had discovered - as he stepped out of the building, finding that he immediately got chills, fur standing on end slightly. But he continued on, following the lead of Byakko.demon_pachabel Gaomon seemed a bit taken aback at the mental image the pup put into his mind, before he shook his head. "Actually, I'm just helping for the sake of being helpful. My friends are all where they should be, and not in the hands of a cult imagined up by an over-exciteable pup." he replied, his tone going harsh for a moment, before he realized that one of their 'leaders' were on the move, and lifted himself up again, stretching out, and starting to trot after him, only taking that first moment in which to reply to his companion.
"Ah, if you haven't picked it up already, Malon, it seems we have brethren in name whom have gone missing."
Brethren in name. Gao sure used odd terms. Malon couldn't help but stiffle a giggle into her paw at the idea the little pup spouted, rising up to her paws as well then it seemed the group started into motion, before looking over at Gao as he explained, nodding a bit. "Ah."
A sort of pout came over her expression at the explanation, then she sighed a nodded a bit. How sad. Nudging Epona out in front of her, the red-head lifted up the gaurdian, moving to set her companion to hang from the hem of her shirt, as to not lose the little one to possible cult-shadows that could have been lurking. Ahh! What a scary thought! Oh how she needed her OWN knight in shining armor to latch to if things got scary. dinyana The soot pup then looked at his friend, noticing his nervousness. He giggled a bit. "Relax, I'm sure that the organs will survive for about 8 minutes after being ripped out of the body. 4 minutes though if the evil emperior decides to eat the organ," he said calmly. The soot didn't like scaring others, but he was being honest.
Then again no one knows what was happening at the time, so it was only fun and natural to assume. Autumn_Fury Ember blinked confusedly at the large number of kitsu. Where were they all going? However, among them he spotted both Llyr and Rude, as well as Mac, so he trailed along behind them for a bit, before running to catch up with Llyr. "Er..H-hello.." he greeted cautiously, as Llyr still kind of creeped him out. "Where...what are y-you all doing?"

Kitsu Mountain Event Mountain Page 3688 ((continued))Kitsusagi Mountain At a quickened pace, the silvery kitsusagi wove through the forest, almost as if he knew exactly where he was going. Truth was, he didn't know exactly where he was being led, but his senses were in tuned a bit more than the usual kitsusagi. If one was close enough to him, the simple utterance of how the darkness was growing might have been heard. However, one might have thought such to be their mind playing tricks on them, since Byakko never spoke in such a low tone.
Yet within a moment, his seriousness was broken slightly by the familiar squeaking sound of "Help! Nyan!! HELP!!!"
Looking up the nearest tree, one could see that the silver kitsusagi's guardian had once more gotten herself into trouble. She had gotten herself stuck in a hole, and her rear end was now wriggling out of the front of it.
However, also lodged in the tree were two strangely shiney orbs.It seems that pesky little guardian of Byakko’s cannot keep out of trouble. At least any who help her never go away empty handed.
puppygirlsweet The Soot(Sandy) saw a lot of other soots and wanted to say something but she didn't. "Nobody likes me. Nobody wants to talk to me. I have no friends on this mountain." Shes walks on and started to cry again in a cave. [Alchemist.exe] Inapo chirped softly and trotted quickly after the silvery kitsu, eager to see where things could go with this search, wanting to find someone soon... Charmaine Kitteridge Zoot looked up at the kitsu's paw before accepting the lift. "Thank you sir. My sister, Telys was taken and I'm not sure if she's alright." He spoke after settling his star between his front paws. Swampieestar Rude looked down at Mac with a very weak smile. He didn't want to seem lost without her but he certainly was. His eyes were dark and saddened by what was happening. "Don't worry. We'll find her..." He patted the small kitsu's head as he continued after the others.
Gema sniffled at the thought of not finding her. Her crawled slowly up Rude's leg, nestled on his back and fell silent.
Chihiro realized that Tai was missing. She hadn;t met the little reddish kitsu but she knew how much she meant to Rude. Her head lowered as she tried to talk to her equally downtrodden friend. "I'm sure we'll find her Rude. A lot of people seem to be missing and they seem t have gone with those shadows too..." Sen took a deep breath and smiled down at Mac. "Who are you? I don't think I've seen you before." Nerpin Following the footsteps of so many now infront of him, Ballari couldn't help but lower his muzzle to the ground, his tongue flickering near the footfalls of the claw like appendages that nightmarens had so easily called paws - sensing the ground as they went, the sound of the sandshaded whelp next to his humming almost keeping the nightmare in time, as they followed the horde. Taejira "Ember!" Mac squeaked, ears perking as he heard the other kitsu's familiar stutter. "We are gonna find Tai!" he said cheerfully. [Alchemist.exe] Inapo glanced back on occasion to make sure that Ballari was still with him, chirping to make sure he knew where he was. He had to amke sure that he didn't lose him, after all. GunSniper Roy was in the back of the group following a black and red kitsu. That kit looked sad to be here. Idiot, probably lost something. Roy though to himself as he looked at all teh kitsu presant. Bunch of fools...
Tamago remained in teh back of the large group with another kitsu. An oddly dressed one at that. He looked to be in his own world... Too involved to nitice anything
dinyana Soot: *clings to orby* As long as no shadow monster takes it D:< Haisyn Fierra Soot nodded at Raensu and trotted after Vergil and the others. Soot had no idea where they were going, but following seemed the only real option. Well... there was staying, but then Soot would be by Sootself and Soot was bored of being alone. The guardian in the tree was a new sight for Soot. Soot hadn't encountered one before. No one seemed alarmed by it, so Soot simply looked curiously, and squeeked questioningly at those nearby. Did Vergil or Raensu know what that was? dinyana The soot stared up in amazement as the familiar was brought back down, the orbs plopping to the ground with it. How did it even get up there in the first place, he'll never know. Athear_Vaeri Sol watched the new creature and its shiny companions with interest, but as usual, said nothing on the subject, or anything at all for that matter. He simply stayed as close to the others as possible, feeling that would be the best way to avoid being picked off by whatever was trying to get them. demon_pachabel To say the least, Malon had to admit that the entire situation that had just occurred was foreign to her, leaving her with the desire to laugh a bit. However, she decided against that, and instead looked to Gaomon and tilted her head to the side, giggling quietly.
"Well that was awkwardly adorable, now wasn't it?" "... If you call running and screaming 'adorable', sure." Camazotz Soot watched as the creature was brought down. He'd seen a few like it in the crowd, but hadn't gotten a chance to get close to them. They were very strange-looking creatures, he decided.
How had it gotten up there anyways? He couldn't see any wings on it, or anything similar. Kitsusagi Mountain Out of the tree popped not only the little guardian, but the two shiney orbs. The guardian landed upon her rear with a cute little squeak, while the orbs managed to roll off to be claimed by the rightful owners. Crawling on over to her own kitsusagi, the guardian squeaked out "I go play more!" With that, she scampered off to go play some more, and most likely, get herself in more trouble.
That situation was actually far simpler than he thought it was going to be. The silver kitsusagi turned to the current company, and though he felt embarassed for pausing for such a silly little thing, he could not help it. She was his, and he was hers (or so to speak).
Without a word, nor a hint within his features that such emotions had lingered in his heart, he then continued to guide the company. They would soon be out of the forest, and even sooner to reach the main pathway to the rest of the Mountain. Autumn_Fury Ember blinked, nodding at the bubblegummy-nightmare. "S-so...all of this is for Tai?" he asked curiously. Wow. Tai certainly had a lot of friends..."I...maybe they'll help me keep an eye out for Yrre, too..?" .Sephiros Immortal. Kadaj yawned, well that was fairly anti-climatic. He didn't see any point in salvaging yelping little pipsqueaks anyway...but hey...whatever.Vergil made his way closer to Dante, a little irritated that he had to do the seeking out of said twin, and wondering if his brother was avoiding him...again...But he kept an eye on Raensu...and the Soot. After all, they were small and might get trodden underfoot...and Dante would kill him...again...if something happened to his son. dinyana The soot wandered over to one of the blue orbs and sniffed it in curiousity. He then turned around and stared at the older kitsues, who had started to talk again.
"Hey does anyone know if this blue thing is poisonous or something? Or maybe bad?" The soot was utterly confused. dinyana The soot grumbled, seeing no one answered him. Shrugging he decided to take the little orb along with him. His little blue sprinkle then disappeared as the soot plopped it into his mouth. He trusted the sprinkle, but didn't trust the orb.
Muffling sounds from his full mouth he continued to follow the others, rolling the orb along with him. [Alchemist.exe] Inapo's ears perked up when he thought he heard the familiar voice of Ember, only to be distracted from it by the sudden moving forward again, trotting to keep up with Byakko and chirping at Ballari, wanting to keep up and not lose his companion.
Manda No, Dante hadn't been avoiding him, or at least not on purpose ... he'd just been wandering around a lot as of late - especially since Jerah and Araphel had gone missing. He shot a sideways glance at Vergil, completely missing the whole thing with the guardians as he was lost in his own thoughts.Raensu watched all the goings-on wide-eyed standing still in place for a few minutes. Then he realized Uncle Vergil was moving closer to Dante and squeaked softly before following. "C'mon, this way!" he invited Soot. Swampieestar Rude's ears raised at the sound of Ember's name. He remembered that kitsu from some time ago. "Ember..." Tai was gone but this was one of her friends that he didn't know too well. Maybe he knew what happened. "Yes...all of us are looking for Tai."
Chihiro sighed and poked gently at Rude. "We'll find her but try not to be anti-social boy until we do." Her tails flicked nervously behind her as she looked at Ember. "Hi...' Taejira "Not JUST Tai!" Mac squeaked with a laugh. "For everyone who went poof," he explained cheerfully, tugging on Ember's foreleg. "So Yrre too!"
Mac continued to giggle, aqpparently very amused by silly Ember. Toushin Ashitaka watched as frantic Kitsusagis made attempts to help the Guardian; the creature's bad luck is not known to him, but he is displeased, nonetheless, to have seen it happened. Not upset with the Guardian mind you, just that it had happened at all.
"Is it going to be all right?" he asks over the large crowd that he suddenly very felt small in. A glance to his left is made to check on San to see how she fares being surrounded in such a tight setting.
San does look very upset, though it appears to be mostly annoyed. She had always liked her privacy and being cornered in such a group is bothersome to her on very different levels and magnitudes. With a few flicks of her ears, the female makes the strenuous effort to push her way through to the left out of the group, and once she makes it through the crowd, she shakes herself as if to get rid of grime that may have touched her. Arrogant? No. She just didn't like them.
Though she didn't like them, she would still help. She is not foolish; if this is as dangerous as it may have been made to be, this meant that even the forest itself is in danger, and she could not let that stand.
Waarufu Soubi nodded solemnly as he walked, trying to not shiver at the thought of twice the amount of ash in his white coat. "Then I suppose we're going to get her back then." He sounded resolute, despite the uncertainty that this whole adventure proposed. Soot was just glad to have a companion and was very amiable with his chirps despite the situation. It was, after all, a good chance to meet people!Soubi stared as one of the orbs rolled in his direction, bending down to sniff at it partially out of curiosity and mostly to try and shift the Soot on his shoulders away from his wings.Spying the shiney object, Soot pounced using Soubi's nose as a balancing point. With his star sprinkle in his mouth, he grabbed the orb with both paws with a prideful chirp.Soubi slowly righted himself, letting the Soot slide back into place on his shoulders before heading back down the trail after everyone else. Getsurei Adiana slowly made her way to where the others were, she had gotten slightly distracted by something and was left behind. She came up behind the group quietly, like a cloud moving in the sky. She sniffed the air and sighed. Kitsusagi Mountain Artemis allowed everyone else to get ahead, figuring he didn't need Helkanen to speak for him right now, they were just looking for Jerah. And so he made no protest when the ever energetic Angelic went bounding ahead weaving between Kitsu and seeing new faces. Whatever commotion it was ahead of them, seemed to startle Artemis, and he could only look on as two little orbs were discovered. This was all fine and well... but the Kitsu! He looked around pleadingly for Helkanen, only finding him after a few minutes of searching and gently nudged the larger Kitsu. Helk had apparently been far too amused by the discovery of the orbs, and looked suprised when Art brushed agianst him. But he realized what the Kitsu meant--They had to keep looking. Agian he fluttered into the air, grabbing everyone's attention, it was time to keep moving. "Come on!" he looked up the path, to Byakko, then back to the path, "We'll see what we can see along the way---but we need to find our friends!" Haisyn Fierra Soot squeeked an affirmative and followed Raensu, trotting as closely behind Vergil as possible without getting soot on him, and close beside Raensu too. They hadn't said anything about the funny little creature in the tree, but Soot wasn't upset; it was hard to understand squeeks when you're used to hearing others speak, after all. dinyana Continuing on the soot seemed shunned from the group. No one had talked to him for a while. Then again he probably scarred them away with his talk of guts and organs. Shrugging he continued to roll the blue shiny orb with cauction, finally trusting that it was poisonous in anyway. Autumn_Fury Ember flushed as he was suddenly noticed by multiple kitsu, seemingly all at once- but luckily, he knew all of them in one way or another. "I...h-hello, Rude." he greeted politely, flicking his ears forward before turning again to Mac. "We're looking for Yrre too..?" he asked, eyes widening. Then, he grinned widely. "This is great~! We're sure to find at least some of them, with so many looking...!" Athear_Vaeri Sol examined the nearest orb, being rolled around on the ground by another soot. He nibbled anxiously on his star, but nonetheless walked along, gazing transfixedly into the shiny orb. demon_pachabel Gaomon looked at the pup, then at the object of his curiousity, quirking a brow, before shaking his head a sighing.
"No. Think of it like an egg. Take good care of it, and something fun will hatch out of it." he explained as simply as he could, before heaving a sigh and shaking his head again.
This one.. was interesting. Malon, however, seemed a little more familiar with the blue orb and it's significance. "Hey! I remember I had one of those for a while as a pup~" she squealed, looking over the blue orb, then at the gaurdian whom was nested in her shirt collar.
"If I can recall, one day it vanished, but that was the day I found Epona here, so I didn't really mind." Beam. Nerpin Upon hearing the churrip from his young ally, 'lari let off one of his recognizable hisses in reply - something that sounded remarkably like a snakes hiss - as he swerved his large jellatus body to face the whereabouts of Inapo, making his way next to the younger male, head lifted high to almost feel the air around them, as the scent of the other kitsu, Ember, filled the air. PandaLily Karii walks into the unfamilier scene where she once had been before, but never did get used to it. she sits on the ground with her three pink and yellow tails around her. she had heard that there was a missing Kitsu, that worried her. she didn't know anyone though, so she wouldn't have known who was kidnapped, but it still worried her. Charmaine Kitteridge Zoot smiled as he watched the other claim his new prize. "Wow! That's neat congrats are in order I do believe." Spying how he and the other were covering the white male with soot he looked ashamed. " I apologize for the mess. When this is over I'm sure Telys wouldn't mind to helping you get rid of all the soot." He tried to move as little as possible so that the soot wouldn't get everywhere.Camazotz Ever curious, Soot bounded over to one of the kitsu that the orb had rolled too. It turned out to be the soot he'd met earlier. He paused, attempting to sniff the orb while still walking, and holding his star at the same time (the thing really did get in the way).
His ears perked up as the other kitsu spoke. An egg? How weird. He didn't think an egg would look like that.
But, it seemed they were moving again. If he wanted a closer look at the orb, he'd have to wait until this whole adventure was over. dinyana The soot muffled something mistranslated. Realizing it didn't say a thing it spit out the sprinkle out of it's mouth for a minute, the blue star covered in slobber.
"An egg, eh? So that makes me a dad?"
It then paused in confusion. "But I need a wife to be a dad, don't I?" Shaking his head in utter dismay it sunk it's teeth into it's sprinkle again and continued to roll the blue 'egg' up the mountain. He didn't mind being a dad. Who knows? Maybe he can teach his sarcastic and mildly morbid outlook on life and influence it happily.
Yes, being a dad would be selpendid. Swampieestar Rude nodded. "Hello Ember." His tails flick and touched the small guardian hoping that he hadn't been taken by shadows. He wanted to find everyone but he didn't know how it was possible. They had no idea where they were except for this apparent sixth sense.
Sen looked around. 'I guess we're looking for many others." She quickly tied the ribbon in her hair as they continued. [Alchemist.exe] Inapo hummed again when he heard the hiss of 'lari, before chirping at him and nuzzling the nightmare's chin gently, chirruping to let him know he had reached him, wanting to ensure that he wouldn't be run over by accident. "Things are so strange," he breathed, before looking around for Ember, chirping at the other.
Llyr kept on forwards, growling softly in his anger, never looking at those around him, ears straining forward for any hint as to what was going on.
