[Duo_Maxwell] Okay, sorry, thought of another one while reading the posts about Gundam flaws. What ever happens after Heavyarms drops his machine gun? Does he pick it up again or are there a bunch of machine guns littered across the planet? (I know the second on is not likely, but humor me.) To answer that i beleive Trowa just picks it up again after the battle is over because most likely he'll get ammo somewhere or have spare rounds maybe stored inside Heavyarms and when he needs more he just gets some delivered courtesy of Doktor S most likely.

Here is a question I have for Wing Gundam and Wing Zero.
With their transformations, do the shields actually become cockpits or the place where the pilots supposedly pilot the Gundams from, I mean in MS mode they are in the chest, but why is it the shields had small bits for cockpits and all that if there isn't a pilot there?

The MS in Wing don't change their cockpit locations when they transform. One rather interesting feature of the Wing Gundams is that the cockpit sphere rotates along with the head to keep the pilot's perspective basically the same as the MS. With this in mind, I'd assume that when the head rotates around 180 degrees (as when transformed), the cockpit automatically goes to a horizontal, fighter plane-style allignment. Also, the green glass parts on Wing and Zero's shields aren't cockpits, but cameras; some are in Epyon's feet for its flight mode too.

Ah that would explain things basically like the new viewpoint when it all changes, then again Zero's head doesn't rotate in the 1/60 scale model when you transform it, not sure about the others.

I have a few questions. 1. The colonies are round and the insides seem to have buildings on multiple sides. How does the gravity work? 2. In EW, Mariemaia has the MS she employs. Were they new models or revised versions of old ones (like how they remodeled the gundams)? 3. I have read in some places that Dorothy was in EW. I have the EW on tape but I never saw her. Is there another version or manga of it with Dorothy in it? Anybody have any ideas?

1) Colonies maintain gravity (or more correctly, simulate gravity) via centripidal force; that is so say, they spin fast enough that the force of the rotations holds everything in place with about the same amount of force as the Earth's gravity. Have you ever seen a science teacher or an edutainment TV show where they put a liquid in a cup, then spin it around on a string and the liquid stays in place? That's basically it.
2) Mariemaia refers to the Serpent MS as a present her father left for her; it's said in supplimental materials that they were designed by Treize to replace the Leo, which was already 20 years old at the time. It's implied that the Barton Foundation modified Treize's original design, possibly removing a set of beam sabers and making the machine more like Heavyarms (the Gundam most closely monitored by the Foundation).
3) Dorothy only appears in the movie version of Endless Waltz, which you can see on the DVD. She gets a scene following Relena's theft of Dekim's broadcasting equipment in which she helps the guys by encouraging the citizens to rise up against Mariemaia's forces themselves, instead of allowing people like the Gundam Pilots to always do things for them. It really shows how much her character has developed, IMO.
Also, responding to the earlier comment about Heavyarms' Gatling (which I didn't see before): the beam Gatling runs off of an e-cap, which is basically an internalized source of energy used by beam rifles and the like. The e-cap can't be removed, so the only way to "reload" is to recharge it, a lengthy process reserved for between battles. In UC Gundam, e-caps are further refined into e-paks, which are something like ammunition clips for beam rifles. Strangely enough, though AC seems more advanced in terms of basic MS function, they don't seem to have hit upon this idea yet.

ChibiDuo ...Nobody ever bothered to answer in the series why Quatre is apparently Arabian and yet he's one of the most Aryan boys I've ever seen ninja He seems more like he should be of British decent. (from the time when the Brits controled almost everything) Our some other kind of European bloodline. (European colonies were everywhere)

*blink*
Is that a beam gatling? I always thought it ran off bullets instead of energy. Granted, there's no casings flying off all over the place or a chain of ammo running through the chamber to prove that, but you do see smoke coming from the barrels when they go 'empty'.

The TV version has a beam Gatling, but the EW version (as well as the Early Type) use bullets. Beam energy still generates heat, which is why you get smoke afterwards.

Berbers are known for having almost European coloring despite being Arabs, and also tend to wear the style of clothing he and Maguanacs are wearing (vests, loose pants, etc). If you look at his mother and father, as well as the one sister they show, they're also of lighter coloring.

T.E Lawrence was an English boy, an Oxford graduate, who became the 'Prince of Mecca.' He was five-foot-three and had blue eyes; his blonde hair and fair skin where trademarks of Scandinavian blood. When Lowell Thomas wrote of him in "With Lawrence in Arabia" (1924, 1952, 1961 printings), he was first introduced to Thomas Edward Lawrence, it was as "The Uncrowned King of Arabia." He played a more-than-significant role in building the new empire. He united the nomadic tribes and peace and rebuilt the war-torn Arabian country area. I JUST learned about him in World History YESTERDAY!!! Creepy...lol and then I had to joke around with this one girl who LOVES him to death (we were walking in the hall and it was breif so she didn't get it since I had to leave real quick...plus she's an airhead) But I told one of my other friends the joke and she laughed her behind off. The joke was "OMG, he's quatre's ancester!" (then we kind of related it to the war now) "OMG, we're fighting/killing quatre's ancesters!!! crying crying "
