Ah, At Worlds End is an awesome movie! I recommend seeing it.

@retice: The reason the old Davy Jones & crew were fishy was because they were corrupted. They weren’t doing their job, which was to ferry the souls of the dead at seas to the other side. So when Will took over, they all reverted and probably will still stay human looking as long as WIll sticks to the rules. Which he will. He is a goody-goody. As for Liz? I don’t think she’s staying on the island. She either went back home, collected her father’s money and went somewhere she could be safe with the heart. Or she went back to the Chinese and continued pirating with them, which is what I think makes more sense for her. After living her life the way she wanted to for so long, how can she honestly go back to the life of a “civilized”, submissive woman? As for her getting around… I think she uses her sex appeal against all the other men. That is an intelligent thing to do to considering that she’s surrounded by strong, pervy men. ^^; I mean, yeah, she can kick a** like the best of them, but sometimes the path of manipulation is the easiest way to get things. It’s much easier to cuff Jack to a boat about to be eaten by a Kraken while distracting him with a kiss than by trying to beat him up first.What I didn’t like was that she kissed Norrington on the mouth like that. It seemed a little cruel considering she knew how he felt about her. But apparently this is how she likes showing gratitude cause she tried to kiss Jack like that again at the end of the movie. ^^;;;; I totally agree with you about Pintel and Ragetti. They are so married. <3 Barbossa and Jack’s constant c**k-and-balls arguments were awesome. The telescope, the mental balls Barbossa had hanging between his legs at the council. Genius. That movie was awesome. Oh and Will as Davy Jones… Good lord, I haven’t found Orlando Bloom so hot since he was Legolas. I always thought he was just kind of cute as Will. Oh, alright! I understand now! Thanks for clearing that up for me 3nodding About Liz on the island: I figured she wouldn't want to stay there, but my issue is that she just said goodbye to Jack and co., and she just said goodbye to Will and daddykins, so how in the world is she going to get anywhere? She doesn't have her own boat, for all we know she's a hundred miles from civilization, and it's not like she can just whip out a cell phone and call in for an emergency rescue. I mean, sure we can assume there is other life on the island and she's in perfectly capable hands, but wouldn't it make more sense to clear that up first? Maybe she'll ride back to Port Royal on the backs of sea turtles! XD I understand how her sex appeal works to her advantage now. Whereas when the second one came out, I was a little disgusted with her infidelity, now it just makes sense. Why expect her to be little miss goody two-shoes when all the men around her are going around double-crossing eachother left and right? Her flawless looks are her advantage, and I know if I was in her position and I had her face (read: boobs), I would have done the same thing. The kiss with Norrington was instigated by him I think, not her. I remember her facial expression being one of conflict, like she was debating whether or not it'd be mean to pull away or even meaner to keep still. I felt bad for him, though. He wanted her to reciprocate so bad, and he was always a good guy to her. Her going for another kiss from Jack at the end was unnesessary though. I cheered when Jack turned her away. Ohh, Pintel and Ragetti. heart I definitely agree about Jack and Barbosa, I loved every single one of their little spats. And Barbosa's interaction with Ragetti in particular was really adorable. Will as Davy Jones? Hottest thing EVER! I nearly screamed when we first saw him. I opted to salivate instead. I can't believe I forgot this: Jack's expression after Will is stabbed. Just... Oh my God.Jack himself has had his completely out-of-character moments this time around, but I attribute that to going schitzophrenic at world's end. Most of the time he was himself, but there were times when I actually dropped my jaw in shock. Two of those times were the scene where Will is stabbed, and the scene where Elizabeth's father strolls past them in a tiny boat. "Elizabeth... we're not back."I actually had to stop and make sure I was seeing Jack say that and not Will. But yeah, back to Willie. The fact that Jack's expression was so horror-struck and the fact that he gave up his own personal happiness so Will would survive spoke volumes about how Jack has grown. I can't even explain how ecstatic I was to see it. And then that grin when we see the Flying Dutchman resurface was.. just... oh my God.

A friend spoiled it for me. Now I don't think I'll even see it, since my favorite character dies. crying BRING ON THE AU FICS WHERE NO ONE I LIKE DIES!!
....oh boy, this is going to be the Sirius/Remus denial all over again. He's not dead, he on vacation. Seriously, he'll waltz back in in the last book and all will be well again.

I really don't think I want another movie. Disney should quit while it's ahead. >.>

NO, NOT THE KRAKEN! I was so sad when I saw it on the beach...
The look Jack gave was so precious, I was like inner-fangirling "Jack/Will!!" with tons of hearts floating off me and heart-shaped eyes and everything - it was pathetic.
I ALWAYS SUPPORTED JACK/BARBOSSA AND THIS MOVIE JUST MADE IT A HUNDRED TIMES HOTTER AND MORE CANON.
Are they SERIOUSLY going for the immortality thing again, Ra it's the first movie all over again.
Pintel/Ragetti forever - I liked the randomness of their roles.
Also, the 9 Random Objects - I loved how one of them was the wooden eye and one was some random thing in Jack's hair. So random, so great.
The thing Beckett wants the most is Jack. Never gets old saying that.

Elizabeth really needs to stop kissing everyone.
But she looked really good in both her Chinese-y outfits.
I considered Jack/Barbossa too, it'd be.. interesting.
I still hate Will. I've always hated Will.
Davy Jones!Will looked like Zorro. =/
I firmly believe Calypso and Real!Davy are reunited~
Jack should be alone forever.
No Will, no Elizabeth, no Barbossa, no Beckett, no Norrington.
I mean they can hang around, but he's one of the characters who I think should always stay single. He can't just be tied down like that.
If they make another..
I'll be pissed off, but I'll see it.

One of the things I really loved about the general interaction in these movies is how close to eachother two people get when they're talking.
Example 1: Jack and Will. Jack discovers Will throwing dead bodies tied to barrels overboard to leave a trail for Beckett. The line "I just thought to myself: What would Jack do?" and Jack responding "This is the best you could come up with?" A long conversation happens, lots of closeness, ending with Jack leaning in very close and then... breathing his horrible breath in Wills face. It was almost funny how dissapointed I was -- until I remembered I was watching a Disney movie.
(Though let me tell you, my generalizations about Disney movies did in fact get thrown out the window when we see a cute little Singapore girl take a bullet to the head in the very beginning.)
Example 2: Jack and Beckett. Discussing their deal in Beckett's office, the two of them seem to love intimidating each other by getting nose to nose very often. I can't remember if it was in this scene in particular, but I'm pretty sure it was.
Example 3: Barbosa and Ragetti. Consistantly.
Example 4: Jack the monkey and...everyone. Friendly little guy. blaugh

I really love how it's supposed to be Singapore but they could only get Chinese and Korean actors. (I can tell the differences between Asians really, really well, so Hollywood is always fun for me because I'm always like "LOL, Chinese, LOL Korean, wtf Japan? This is like, Cambodia."
Did anyone else think, right when Jack blew on Will's face, that it SO looked like they were about to kiss?
I had to hold back from shouting "KISS!" it was way too perfect! D:
But then I wanted to stab myself every time Tia Dalma was talking. Gah, accent was WAY too forced.

OMG - That thing with Will I was just like "Umm... what is he doing exactly?" and my girl was just like "Stop the impure thoughts, I can always tell what you're thinking, I don't need this."
---> Yes, I did notice they were not Singapor...ian... I can tell the difference between most Asian nations; Japan and any of them is easy, and China is too, I have some difficulty with some of the random Tai/Thai ones and such, but otherwise I am pretty good.

Jack even turned his head a little bit like he was going to. I think Will thought he was about to get some lovin' too, because his expression was like "WTF"
and DUDE. One of my friend's aunts introduced her to the actor who plays Ragetti! She showed me a picture she took with him. <33
