I don't think they will ever tell us. Just like they won't ever tell us about the rest. The only one we will ever know about is Xemnas.

Even if we had a release date, chances are it would be utter bullshit. You cannot trust ANYTHING Nomura says as a definite - for example...

Actually... Riku's kind of a... something different. He has a heart and his soul, but, is lacking a body. Instead, he has what I like to deem a... shadow body, like a Nobody (ie. they don't bleed when they get hurt... they go all smoke-y and stuff... dude...), essentially an artificial body created through will. Sora probably had something... similar... for a while. This is mainly theory, of course, but...
He lost his body to Ansem. Sora trashed Ansem. Riku's origional body now = x_x"
As far as I know, however, he is still in possession of his heart and soul, and all things considered, could not have a Nobody.
One further thing to point out, especially due to some cutscenes and translations I've seen from KH2FM is that... his actual transformation to Ansem's appearence probably couldn't be accomplished with a normal body. In his mind, he saw Ansem as being the embodiment of Darkness, and so ended up screwing himself over in a wonderful little psychological bullshit-fest.
...Okay, so maybe I'm just a little annoyed with him over that...
I wrote out a 5 page theory on Nobodies, Sora, and Riku somewhere... It's actually narrated by Roxas, so it's missing some things that he wouldn't know, but... Still pretty good. I'll have to go find it some time.

Even though it's most likely going to be changed, I've heard that it's coming out in Spring. :B
