I gave you suggestions for about 6-8 BP below. Here are some Attributes to think about spending it on:

Armor (1) - costs 4 CP/rank, reduces attacks by 4 damage/rank
Computer Scanning (1) - costs 2 CP/rank
Flight (1) - costs 3-4 CP/rank, depending on well he flies. Without this the wings are useless, 1 rank gets you 10mph air speed, so you might want to get more ranks than that.
Speed (1) - costs 2 CP/rank, 1 rank gives you 50mph to your land speed and +2 Init.

Defects:
sensory impairment(taste, touch and smell(2bp))
marked (robot with wings guess which level (for those of you who are mentally impaired it's the 3bp version))

Some other defects to think about would be:

Detectable - 1 BP due to radio interference or something.
Ism - 2 BP as in automatism? People treat you like a robot, and you hate it.
Owned 1-3 BP - Someone owns you, you just don't know who. This could even be for 3 BP, depending on how mad your owner will be when they find you.
Wanted - 1-2 BP also depending on how many BP you have in Owned.

I usually have 50 tabs open in firefox and 2 pdfs up... all with different sources for stats and such. whee I prefer to look things up rather than guess at it. One nice thing about forum RPGs is you have plenty of planning time.
