Older men are so much hotter than little boys. But then agian, older men with little boys is pretty hot too!

Roy. Hands down.
Why? Yeah, Ed is cute and all. I /like/ boys with long hair, and he can be very smart, and INCREDIBLY angsty which is nice but...
Roy is grown up and refined. Ed still has moments where you're like "Yup. That's a teenager." Which can be offputting. Where Ed is still rough around the edges, Roy has been polished.
(Plus, y'know, I'm so into that bored indifference that Roy seems to get a lot.)

Hmm. Yah, you're pretty much right. I mean, there are SOME bishies...Yusuke from Yu Yu Hakusho (I don't know if you've seen it, they took it off Cartoon Network a while ago. >>) is the main character and can be very bishie when he wants to, and he has short hair. But mostly the pretteh boys have long hair.
