"RUNA!" Ki ran foward and caught her right before she reached the ground. "Runa?" He knew it was her, he could feel her... Her wounds needed to be tended, as well...

I moaned softly and opened my eyes partway. "Ki..", I said weakly looking up at him. "....I....made it...". I smiled softly before I coughed painfully and closed my eyes.

He smiled a little and carefully layed her down. "I knew you would." He told her, slightly widening his smile. Then, he layed his right hand alongside her face anfd it glowed white. This was a spell to relieve pain. Ki couldn't do much more with magic alone. He looked around, seeing if any healing herbs were nearby...

Even though i felt so distant from my body, and my eyes were closed, I whispered softly, "Thanks....Ki". I raised my arm slowly and put my hand over his and caressed it softly for just a moment before letting it fall back to my side.

She needed urgent care, Ki decided. He spotted a rather potent herb and called it forth. It was plucked from the ground by unseen hands, and floated over to Ki. "You'll be okay, Runa." Ki said, as he placed the herb upon her forehead. He rubbed it with his left hand while placing his right upon her shoulder. The herb glowed green, and let out magical sparks that travelled down her body.

I flinched and gasped slighly as I felt a tingling sensation running through my body. The pain became sharper and I could now pinpoint the spots that hurt the most. I flinched again in pain, they had been from when I had fallen. "My.....side......broken ribs.....and head.....", I said as I slowly opened my eyes once more. My head spun causing everything above me to spin as well. i didn't know how much longer I could stay awake.

"Shhhh." He told her, soothingly. "I am healing you, don't worry. The herb was gone, and ki layed a kiss on Runa's forehead." He then caressed her head, and it glowed white with his hand again. He then, very carefully, ran his glowing had across her ribs.

I smiled softly, I could say nothing to tell him how glad I was to be with him once more. I felt tired suddenly and knew I could escape it no longer, I had to rest. I closed my eyes once more. "Ki...", I whispered softly before I fell into a deep sleep.

Ki lifted his staff and placed a spell of slow healing upon Runa, and an aiding spell upon himself. Hopefully, the worst wounds would be healed by the time they awoke. Ki carefully put his arm around Runa, and fell to sleep with her.

I slept soundly and deeply my with no second thoughts or dreams. My body and mind were both exhausted and in need or rest. Yet as I slept on and I regained my lost strength and energy I became restless from all that had happened- not in mind or body but in heart. My eyes flew open and I saw Ki besides me and I took a couple deep breaths before closing my eyes partway again. "I'm sorry Ki", I whispered and moved my hand over his. I then closed my eyes once more and continued to rest.

Ki stirred some, and looked sideways to Runa. He was extremely happy to be with her again, and that she was back for good. So much had happened, so much more emotionally than Ki had ever experienced. He smiled, and layed there, fully rested. The ocean air was crisp and refreshing, and he sun warm on his skin.
Looking over to Runa again, he smiled and moved his free hand across his staff. Fruit from nearby trees levitated down and rested beside them, for breakfast when Runa woke up.

I opened my eyes again, I was still tired but I couldn't sleep. I felt sad and distant for some reason. I sat up flinching a bit from doing so and looked off at the trees. I had so many questions running through me head. Am I under control now? Am I really back to normal? I don't ever want to loose control again....so what exactly happened to the spirit? I feel that I have control over her now...but is it possible to loose control again? I don't want to hurt andybody ever again...but....I stooped and looked down at my hands, they looked the same as before but they were different at the same time.

Ki looked over to Runa, and saw that she was awake. "Morning." He told her, smiling. He then motioned to the fruit beside him. "Hungry?"

I looked over to him, nodded and picked up a piece of fruit. I looked at it for a moment before I began to eat it. "Thank-you Ki", I said in-between bites.

He smiled more, and said ,'No problem." He felt something... different. At least... Ruba did... biut Ki put it out of his mind for now. "I am really glad that you're back."
