I may have missed this or not. It isn't a very popular book.
Paganism by Joyce and River Higginbotham
I know of a few others I wish to suggest but need to find them once the library is unpacked from the move we are making in the next week.

Drawing Down the Moon has also been updated as of this last year. I've not had the chance to compair it to an older copy but it was mentioned at PSG this year that she updated references and general information.

Grey area-Wicca and Witchcraft for Dummies (Before you flame me, listen) I did hear some interesting and helpfull information in there...But...I've heard it's not as helpfull. I'm kinda unsure about this one.
Whitelist- The Craft, A Witch's Book of Shadows, by Dorothy Morrison
Pretty good Information, explains solitary and covenistic Wicca. Good information and symbology. I'd lend this book and Scott Cunningham's Solitary practice book(Need to go looking for it...I can't remember where I put it.) to anyone starting Wicca. 3nodding

i had to agree about silver raven wolf being on the black list. my friend had told me about her when i first began my quest of knowledge and i wouldn't touch that book with a 2ft pole.

It's a Book of Toltec Wisdom. Fantastic . I bawled my eyes out by page 4

Anything with Starhawk is worth reading. She has a few books out, and they are all good. From new to the path to years behind.

Whitelist: anything by Joseph Epes Brown.
His written work is basically the best available on the subject of Native American religions. He covers not only general beliefs, but specific practices in all historical and spiritual detail. A very good resource for those who want to learn more about (or even practice) American Indian traditions without committing culture rape (an unfortunately common occurrance).

Frail Appetite Can anyone make a book recommendation for learning about herbs' purposes. Scott cunningham has a book out about herbs. Its very useful but I forgot the exact name of that one. And I agree on 12 wilde swans. I love that book.
