Ok. You die. But if the Kryptonite is the "trigger" for bringing them back to life, then there had to be a reasonable amount of kryptonite that would have to be used. So theKryptonite is still being used in Clark's body. So the kryponite did not nuetralize when he died, it just idn't effect him. but it had to effect him for the fact that he came back alive....if that makes sense

That is true under the assumptiong of 3 things...

First that his body didn't dramatically alter the properties of the green k present in the green serum when he died... After all what good is kryptonite at bring someone back from the dead, when it isn't "kryptonite"?

Second that he did receive the Yellow sirum before the living cells in his system started to regenerate it's self from nutralizing the green k's effects (before the cells die of lack of oxygen or what ever happens to kryptonian bodys what they die)... leaving the questing, Is Clark mortal when he's dead?

Third that Clarks physiology is enough like a humans for the effects of the green k and the yellow serim to even work on him.

well, with all his exposure to the K, maybe he's starting an immunity. Like how your body can eventually absorb poison if you're exposed to it for a while. 3nodding

I highly Doubt it. I mean it would kind of ruin the whole "only-thing-that-can-stop-him-is-kryptonite" thing. He can't survive Krpytonite unless it is covered by lead or is neutralized.

stare well there's always magic... but I do agree, it would greatly mess thing up if he started to build a resistance to kryptonite...

umm what confused ? The only comic that really points out that "kryptonite doesn't pack the punch that it used to" is Kingdome Come... and that really isn't conisdered true DCU, as much as it is just an awesome mini series...

That little quote was Lex by the by, if you've not read Kingdome Come...

... but I remember seeing an episode where you see superman flying through space and Lois is long dead of old age and someone says or he says that he's immortal now from all the exposure to the yellow sun and that kryptonite can't hurt him anymore...

I REMEMBER IT! I just can't think of which one it was...

GOOGLE TIME!!! xd

Remember the episode Hereafter.. when that kid tuched Clark and said something along the lines of, "you have no end" I think she is warping that a little with her imagination to make it come out as if the kid was saying the bit about the sun and green k stare that he didn't say...
