Christian's arms would hook Edge's and he was turned 180 degrees alongside his opponent.
Just as Christian was about to drive Edge's face into the mat, Edge would manage to slip out of the Killswitch and attempt to drive the back of Christian's head into the mat with an Edge-O-Matic!

Edge would roll backwards and lay down a bit to catch his breath. He'd get back afterwards after that Houdini-esque escape from his rival's finisher.

Given that Edge was near a corner, he'd use the ropes to support himself. Once he realized that Christian was in the perfect spot, he'd sit down and wait for his opportunity...

Ecstatic albeit tired, Edge would lay on his back for a bit, he'd breathe heavily and rest—he figured he'd take a breather before pinning his opponent.

The Rated-R Superstar would roll over and lay on his chest. He'd look over at Christian, making sure he was still down. Edge would put his arm over Christian's body!
