Salem was swimming in his own head, but somehow heard the stipulation change! Though he felt like he was floating, Salem knew he'd been put on a stretcher and was already halfway up the ramp! Focusing his energy into one moment, "Showtime," would roll himself off the gurney before it reached the stage, collapsing on the ramp! "Hiro thought he'd pull a fast one, but Salem is still surviving! He won't let his fans and family down, tonight! He's gonna fight until he can't anymore!"
"He probably doesn't even know where he's at, J.R.! You think he actually meant to do that?!"
"I think this young man has a lot of heart, King! And I think Hiro will have to dig deeper than these cheap tricks to stop that heart from beating!"

"God DAMMIT, Salem!" Hiro shouted out as the gurney tipped over with Salem falling off, the idea of winning this match going right out the door as Hiro fell down to a knee next to him. "I don't want to do this anymore! I don't want to hurt you anymore! Why did you have to...URGH!" Hiro slammed his fist on the ground and slowly pushed up with a grimace, the pain in his body flaming back up once again. He walked to the gurney and set it back up, stopping for a few moments to lean on it and breathe before he tried to go back at the Copperhead.

Gravity was still undefeated and tonight was no different, but as Hiro vented and fumed, Salem started to open his eyes and stir, trying to use the toppled gurney for support even as Hiro was lifting it back up! Turning and throwing a fist, "Showtime" looked to rock Hiro with an uppercut and try to fight his way back into this, noodle legs or not! "I told you, King! There's still fight in this dog! He's not gonna give up until you put him down!"
"This dog should've been put down a long time ago, J.R.! Get him, Hiro! Finish the job!"

Hiro's chin took that uppercut like a champ, not knocking him down but sending him staggering back with his hands up, ready for a brawl. It seemed that, no matter the damage done already, Hiro was determined to stay standing now and put Salem away finally. He tried to kick the gurney and hit into Salem and begin his way back down the ramp towards the ring...clearly, a change in stipulation was in order, but what would it be? What could Hiro finally pull out at this point to take Salem down? He had no idea and wasn't too sure what he could do short of potentially maiming his former friend in front of his family.

Salem had staggered Hiro into stumbling back down the ramp, but was himself barely on his feet, leaning against the stretcher for leverage! Taking advantage of its wheels, "Showtime" would inspire the crowd to react as he pushed on it, building speed and running it down the ramp to ram Hiro with in an act of desperation! "It looks like Hiro might need the gurney, now! What goes up must come down!"
"Move, Hiro! Get outta the way!"

Hiro slowly turned around as he heard the fans popping off for something behind him -- it couldn't be good. As he turned, he was rammed in the stromach with the stretched and his back careened with the ring apron, sandwiching him between the two. Salem leaned into it as it squeezed into Hiro's stomach and caused him to claw at the cushioning in an attempt to get to Salem and force him to let go. The pain made it feel like Hiro would literally be broken in half, but the fans were far too into this to want to see it stop: innovative offense was always a plus in their book.

As Hiro was pinned up against the apron, Salem struggled to stand straight, stepping on the wheel locks to keep the gurney from moving! Staggering over to the apron, Salem would climb up onto it, clumsily ambling towards Hiro while using the ropes to hold him up, and would try to kick the hell out of the man's exposed chest! "Salem's turned this opportunity around on Hiro! Both men have been giving this all they've got, but when will enough be enough?!"
"Hiro, don't let him do this! He's kicking a defenseless man, J.R.!"

Hiro wasn't able to move the stretcher out of the way due to it's locks, it planted firmly in place and wedging him in just the right spot where he couldn't power out. He huffed and puffed and kept trying to wiggle his way out...but Salem's kick caught him hard against the chest and slumped his upperhalf on over it, leaving him open for anything at this point. Salem was right back in the drivers seat now, and Hiro would be his victim for the foreseeable future.

Hiro was reeling from the kicks, as Salem himself was getting his second wind back! The crowd was coming alive again, cheering the "Gypsy Savage" on, who was sizing up the wounded Hiro - clearly feeling the toll that had been taken on him! As Hiro leaned against the gurney for support, Salem would look to leap off the apron and hit one of his other finishers, the "Nap Town Stomp" with intent to slam Hiro's face into it!

Hiro was pushing himself back to a straight stand, trying to move the gurney as he did so -- at this point it was an attempt to just drag it enough to the side so Hiro could fall. It wasn't going to work out though, because it wasn't part of Salem's vision. Hiro was suddenly and dramatically stomped by Salem, his face smashed into the gurney and it gave way, snapping some steel supports and causing it to fall down with Hiro right on top of it, his arm gashed by a protruding broken rod and leaking blood quickly. The fans began another "Holy s**t" chant -- but it meant nothing to Hiro.

Salem landed the "N.T.S." but collapsed to the ground as it connected, the gurney buckling and gashing Hiro open as all three fell down! Rattled from the drop, Salem shakily stood up while the crowd expressed their excitement, "Showtime" still wobbly on his feet but struggling to make his way to Hiro! Lifting him up, Salem attempted to roll him back in the ring! "It's a stretcher match, J.R.! Is Salem trying to lose the match? Why is he trying to roll Hiro back in? Does he even know what the match is?!"
"I don't understand the rhyme, but I'm sure there's a reason, King! Let's wait and see what it is!"

Hiro threw his hand over onto his now relatively light but still very bloody gash, holding his arm tight to his body as he cursed the fact that he ever tried to use this stretcher in the first place. He wanted to take the easy way out and paid for it, and he wasn't going to do that again. Salem though, man, Hiro admired the fact that he had an answer for everything. He was just so well versed in his own match, go figure -- an excellent display of his wrestling acumen. The Ethnic Enigma was lifted to his feet by Salem shortly after, sent into the ring as he rolled under the ropes and to center ring with a streak of blood following him. While that meant to Hiro that the stretcher match stip probably wouldn't be much longer for this world, he was going to take all the time he was afforded to heal up.

Snatching the microphone off the mat, Salem looked around at the crowd and walked around the perimeter of the ring, pausing on the hard-cam side where Apex and Kyra waited in the front row! Lifting up the apron skirt, he'd reach underneath and pull out a glass Mason jar, reminiscent of his rookie days! His dedicated fans recognized the callback, Roaring as "Showtime" shouted into the mic!
"UNLUCKY THIRTEEN! ANYONE GOTTA BILL?!" he exclaimed, dropping the mic near his daughter as people in the front row and even further back began tossing one dollar bills in the air! Salem, for his part, reached for a staple gun he'd stashed next to the jar, carrying both around ringside as bills rained down and fans stuffed his jar full of them!

Hiro lay still on the mat, his labored breathing quite loud now as he moaned through the pain of his wounds. He heard Salem change the match type once again, and the Ethnic Enigma had no damn idea just what a match like that was. He began to stir onto his side, leaning into his non wounded arm as he look around to see Salek interact with the crowd. Hiro was oblivious to any coin jar, and staple gun...his vision was do blurry, he could really barely make out Salem through the muggy darkness of his vision. The pain was sure to be added on to soon, but for now Hiro remained defenseless in the ring and continued to rest.

Rolling back into the ring with renewed spirits, Salem approached the still-healing Hiro and grabbed a fistful of bucks from the jar, dropping the rest to the mat as he advanced on "The Enigma"! Pushing them roughly to Hiro's face, Croft would jam the stapler I'm a couple times, trying to stamp Hiro's face with more bloody punctures!
