Edge would get up, still being fresh and all, he would slide his golden locks of hair back and would look at The Monster, who was in a corner. He would turn around to look at Styles...

As Edge would turn around, AJ Styles would look to run towards him with a clothesline!

The clothesline would connect as Edge would have very little time to evade the attack! The Rated R Superstar would fall to the mat, getting back up, though a bit dozy.

The strikes would connect without fail, as Edge would cope with the pain by groaning and small yells, as AJ's strikes were nothing to brush off!

AJ would successfully Irish whip Edge to the opposite set of ropes, as within normal pro wrestling conventions and tropes, AJ would expect Edge to rebound and run back towards him, the Ultimate Opportunist, however, had another plan. Edge would lean onto the ropes and held on for dear life, wrapping his arms on the top rope to ensure he would not rebound back to his opponent's position.

AJ Styles would jump up for a drop kick, but seeing Edge stay on the ropes, he would kick into his veteran instinct to jump and land on his feet, not executing anything. AJ would then take one finger and tap the side of his temple indicating how smart he is for the Ultimate Opportunist.

Edge would charge towards AJ, like a bull, looking to hit AJ with a running big boot, aimed at the Based and Southern-pilled Phenomenal One's face!
