Super NembusThe half-youma of the group was pretty but also felt just as nervous as she was--if not moreso. She could sympathize, dearly, with the way she suddenly scrunched and quickly excused herself, even as she found herself offering, quietly, "It's Nembus, actually..." But she was gone, and Albite was already sweeping her up into whatever the next thing -- Oh. That was Faustite. Nembus' eyes widened in minor surprise as the civilian that she hadn't quite been able to identify started drunkenly shouting in the direction of Axinite - ah, s**t, and here she hoped going near them would make sure the attention of the general-sovereigns didn't get drawn in her direction - before answering to Albite, quietly, "Uh, I'm fine," she guessed she was doing better than Faustite, at least, "are you sure we should be taking pictures of this? Because this will probably just embarrass him--" But she fished out her phone anyway, even as she felt deeply uncertain about all of this-- "Oh, I don't think I've met Lil's -- hi Lil's--" There was another corrupt senshi, a corrupt senshi with horns, and she found herself staring at him for a moment before her brain came back online with a murmured, "Right, yes," she squinted, "I think he's having a bad night..." This was probably why the Negaverse didn't have parties more often. She'd remind Albite of this the next time he suggested anything like a road trip...

Axinite listened to Leifite patiently and seemed to consider everything she said; he wasn’t particularly readable, but when she finished speaking his brows were slightly furrowed. “I’ll have to look into it,” he admitted. “Your file hasn’t come across my desk yet, but I don’t know that that’s something you should be blaming yourself for. I’m sure there’s a reason. You seem very accomplished.” For that, he did seem surprised that no one had vouched for her. “I’ll check your file as soon as this party lets out.” Not because he thought the party was more important, but it seemed like he was aware that his presence was expected and he didn’t want to insult anyone by leaving early. “Maybe we can set aside some time to go over it in my office?” he suggested, and then added, “I don’t think you would be held back from a promotion because of the availability of your General. I don’t know if there’s any reason he might think you aren’t fit for more responsibilities, but.” He shook his head. “Is there something specific you’re looking forward to with a promotion?”

Eion RiskFelt his weight lift off the floor, and Eion scrabbled for purchase on the tile. Thought he was floating upward. All he managed was a smearing sound as his fingertips slid across the scuffed floor. Then, he found, he wasn't floating — someone else picked him up.
Someone else being Fafnir, looking so ******** handsome this close. Eion felt his wine flush deepen while he tried to figure out how his legs worked, now that they took a tumble. Felt his wine flush deepen, ruddy color in the glassy whites of his eyes for how he looked up at the boy. "Never told you, but you're really cute," he observed astutely. Eion hung onto Fafnir as if he were a buoy in a stormy sea of alcohol, and Eion was shipwrecked with no hope to brave the waves.
Eion glanced back at Albite, who forged ahead with his incomprehensible bullshit — only thing worth retaining from that deluge of useless words was gotta take someone home the night before, and he already had a someone picking him up off the ground.
In that moment, it made perfect sense to do that. Firm up his contact in Infiltration.
"You can take me home," he half-decided, half-expected. Head cocked on his slight neck as he stared into that perfect face of makeup for a moment. Metallia knew how to dress her senshi up; he could kiss this one on the spot.
If he could figure out how to reach that high. Maybe Albite would give him a boost.

She tried to keep her excitement contained, she really did. She may have nodded just a little too much when he said he'd go over her file after the party. Leifite was cool, she was calm, she was collected, and not at all excited for this at all.
"Ah, I suppose... a more respectable weapon? I was given a horse brush, and while it has its uses, I'd like something with more bite. I was also thinking about looking into bonding with a lesser youma, and perhaps entering in the Information division. I'm very good, how do I put it, at observing others," she told Axinite, prim and proper once again. She glanced at the part around them for a moment, then back to the General King.
"Ah, please don't let me keep you, if you've others you need to talk to, though I do appreciate you taking the time, my King," Leifite said with a bow of her head in respect. It wouldn't do to keep him if he was needed elsewhere, though she would milk this for all it was worth if left to her own devices.

Fafnir frowned a bit as he studied the youthful face of the young man he held, now firmly clinging to him for having rescued him to the floor. He honestly couldn’t quite place who this was, but as they say, at this point he was a bit afraid to ask. The man seemed to know him, commanding him as he did to take him home. Did he know anyone who matched this look in their powered form? That glamour was a blessing, but also sometimes a curse…
He glanced up to give the talkative corrupt a quelling look for his lewd suggestion, blue eyes icy, before fixing a charming smile on his face for the man he held.
“Being cute makes me good at my job.” He quipped, shifting his one-armed grip to better hold the man’s slight weight. “Where might home be? I don’t mind helping a fellow officer if they need the assistance.”
Maybe the location would give him a clue who this was. As cute as the man was, though, the hecklers were going to be sorely disappointed in his romantic performance.

“Oh, yes,” Axinite nodded agreeably. “I understand the difficulties of an unimpressive weapon. I had a plate when I was a lieutenant,” he said, and looked like it might have still troubled him to this day. “It seems you have very reasonable, well-thought out goals, Leifite. Naturally, I’m very much invested in the well-being of the Information Branch. I don’t know that there are others I need to talk to,” he confessed, and scanned the room. He didn’t seem particularly enthusiastic about propelling himself into any new circles for conversation, but did his best to keep up a smile anyway. “But by all means, if you’re trying to politely excuse yourself so you can enjoy the party, I take no offense. I’ll look into your file soon. I’d like to schedule a meeting so we can go over things, so send me a message when the party’s over, please. I want to see what we can do to help you move forward. I appreciate your ambition and drive.”

Super NembusNembus was to some degree thankful for the look that the other corrupt had leveled Albite with. Faustite-as-a-civilian was right to think that he probably needed to go home. Go home and rest. Not anything else. It was perhaps unfortunate that his home was the Negaverse. She strived not to interrupt their conversation, not wanting to unintentionally get on her general's bad side by revealing him in his drunken nature to someone who might have not made the connection of who they were, but she knew she should probably make sure he got shuffled out of there as quickly as possible. Maybe once he went home, she could make her goodbyes and flee--the continued presence of general-sovereigns was making her heart race and jump into her throat in all sorts of bad ways. "Ah, he's usually on fire," she offered, awkwardly.

Basic.Corrupt Senshi AlbiteCaught the look and could only return it as a leer, as a way to eye the ice dragon and enjoy every little detail. They had a lot of them running around it seemed. Cool colors and lengths of scales, human and other who donned the 'do not touch' motif - while looking like super models. "Because he's hot Nembs." deadpan except for the absolute mirth in his eyes, lost it and broke into a soft snicker because he couldn't play serious if his life had depended on it. He'd apologize to his girl later, dragging her into the thick of the mess. At that moment though? He could only enjoy watching them all play off each other - wonder at what kinda job the other corrupt had - if he'd actually take their boss home. "That's how he gets to be on fire. Like - internally - like - ah, he'll melt your heart and burn your biscuits kinda hot? That's what makes him our firebrand though, yeah?" nudge to Nembus and he had to encourage the worst of it "See Firebrand? He's soo helpful, knows he's cute even. You should definitely go home with him."

Eion Risk"Definitely. Need. The assistance." Boy could carry him, Eion wouldn't object. It'd be like when Jet was all dreamy and carried him out of the Farnsworth. Good boy, Jet — he could kiss that one too. And Kamacite. And Albite. And Axinite could use some tongue down his throat. Damn, when did the Negaverse acquire so many cute boys? It wasn't fair; he couldn't kiss so many at once.
And some of those boys deserved a shoe to the face, too, and he didn't own enough shoes for that. Albite was the first to come to mind, and Nembus wasn't a boy, but she was definitely angling for a Converse imprint across her ******** them. They're garbage." Luckily The Boy was holding him, and Eion entrusted his balance to Fafnir while he flipped the bird to the peanut gallery.
"Home is… mmm," chewed his lip a moment, somehow assembled a mangled, saucy idea out of his wine-soaked mind, and slipped an arm up around Fafnir's shoulders. This boy was sooooo taaaaalllll, and it irked him, not quite in the way that Albite ground his gears, but in a he-can't-help-being-taller-than-your-stupid-family-that-can't-get-past-five-foot-nine way. And that annoyance excited him. And he decided he really wanted Fafnir to take him home.
"Home's right here," and he stood unsteadily on his tiptoes to try to kiss The Boy.shinigamisgirl he won't remember any of this

PrehniteLet up to the table proper - caught sight of his new subordinate - making nice with Benitotite, how quaint. Prehnite made desperate eyes at Hatsya, a look that screamed ‘time to go’. He’d tell her about it later, maybe, if she begged it of him. He was certainly tipsy enough for it. Enough not to care, to actually share a story. “Arseno - I do..we’ll catch up, yes? You’ve got her in hand im sure - good hands - doctors hands? I’ve need to - ah - collect my Senshi all of a sudden.” offered up a smile and made it about her over him, would post her up as his reason out of having to go back and dab at lace and bows like he was the kind of person who would ever serve up under people and commit to such a thing. Broke away from the plague garbed man with narry an apology and hissed - -- “Hatsya” - stalked up - nod to Benitotite before he reached out for her. Offered up a hand to take, offered a look. “I seem to have left my oven on - can’t possibly turn it off alone. The champagne, you see? Makes it rather difficult to find buttons..” sounded the fool even to himself, but really couldn’t have been bothered enough to care for how he sounded to either of them. Quote: Exiting out for Prehnite! Loveyall - Arseno n Beni n Sylvs plz hit my boy up for things sometime if ever the mood strikes!! SSBrosB Gonna close him out - plz rp - I live for Arseno being tired, his life is real!

Corrupt Super FafnirUsually on fire? That was a bizarre statement… unless?
There was one person who could actually fit that description, in a literal way, and he’d been conspicuously absent this whole night. Fafnir had actually looked for him, as one of the generals besides his own that he knew and had worked with. He’d thought it odd he wasn’t here, considering he’d been doing good work lately, leading successful missions. The rest of the corrupt’s inane chatter slid right past him as he glanced down with something that could have been alarm at the young person he held, that young, dark-eyed face… and he could see it now.
“General Faustite?” He murmured as he watched him flip off the two corrupts, all his weight in Fafnir’s grip now. Suddenly things felt very dangerous, and for once, he wasn’t quite sure what to do about it. He was normally so careful about his position and the way he presented himself, the way he interacted with his superiors… but this was wildly outside of the many, varied situations he had considered he might be in, and had carefully cultivated answers for. For the first time in a while, he was floundering, unsure if there was more benefit to bowing out and gracefully exiting the situation, or playing along and potentially earning brownie points.
His indecision won Eion a few precious moments in which to wrap an arm around his neck and press up into him. The feeling was weird… Chase had been of a height with him, and similar in build… Fafnir only belatedly realized what was going to happen as Eion drew dangerously near and then there were precious few choices to be made. Smoothly, Fafnir turned his head just enough that the kiss landed beside his mouth, warm and stinking of alcohol. A sly, charming smile was manufactured and slipped into place with the ease of practice and his arm shifted grip from under Eion’s arm to around his waist.
“I think you’ve had too much to drink, General.” He said with a hollow warmth, pressing the slighter body against him to trap him in place and prevent another attempt at kissing him. “I’ll escort you home, and you…”
Blue eyes had a dangerous edge when they trained, unblinking, on Albite, sharp and cold. “You’re going to show me where your general lives and help me get him there.”
The tone was pointedly ‘not a request’, and ‘I out-rank you’.

Basic Corrupt Senshi AlbiteWhelp - looked as if they weren’t going to get an ending to a tale of ice and fire after all. Firebrand shot his shot - and hit an ice wall so cold and thick Albite had to suppress an imagined chill at the sight of it. Nothing in the tall, beautiful, mans eyes suggested either give not amusement with the situation at hand. If anything that slow dawning of realization of who he had trapped in his arms seemed to turn the cold ‘******** you’ factor up to a dry, freezing -1000. Hell, albite could imagine laying lips on dry ice would’ve been more warmly received. “Well s**t - uh - how about we not tell the boss about this one in the morning, huh Nembs?” tossed side whisper to his girl, he gave menus a small squeeze and a wink, because he was being *beckoned*. “We’ll catch up later yeah? Maybe you n lils can make friends?” An offer to his girl that got followed up with a shrug as he moved away, would leave Nembus to her own devices or swift escape route, whichever she needed more. “I can take him from you, if you’d prefer, yeah? I am his designated hodor for the evening after all. Not sure how much our firebrand wants getting known….His office is fireproof at least…probably the best place to go?” a shame the dragon wasn’t out to play. Albite liked the sharp look in his eyes, that feel of being pinned beneath an icy scalpel that dared him to make a challenge out of it. There was a line though - between ******** around and ******** up. Toing along it was one thing, crossing it though? Albite wasn’t going to be the a** that crossed it tonight. No point in pushing into an end zone that didn’t exist.

Super Nembus"He's probably going to have a wicked hangover in the morning," murmured Nembus in turn, feeling the intense, acute emotional pain of secondhand embarrassment as it looked like her boss was going in for a kiss, of all things. A kiss. Was he normally an alcoholic or was this just a new development caused by the general-sovereigns letting alcohol being a bit too free-flowing? "We should uh, probably not make it worse." By Metallia's grace... She pinched the bridge of her nose as Albite offered to take over for the blue senshi with horns, and offered, quietly, "Don't think he's gonna let you do that," as an add-on. It seemed that Albite had at least realized he might have overstepped on this one, though, and she stepped back as he stepped forward as the Designated Hodor--what was a Hodor, exactly?--and finally announced a louder, "Thank you. I appreciate you taking him home. I'll let anyone who looks for him know that he headed out for the evening..." Or maybe she'd just wait for the three of them to take their leave and then flee. That also sounded good. Shiningamisgirl good luck with that one albite! Whimsical Blue she's gonna trust fafnir on this one, seems more responsible

Sailor HatsyaLooking up from the table of beverages, Hatsya glanced at her captain, noted his hand extended out towards her expectantly. Her expression twisted into one of utter confusion as if he had suddenly grown a second head with his sudden need to leave. Can't turn off an oven because of champagne? Nearly commented out loud that the oven wasn't on when she noticed the look of urgency on those pale green eyes of his. Oh... a sudden epiphany smacked her so hard that it was nearly impossible to keep the smirk off her face... nearly. He ******** up. Hatsya hazarded a glance behind him then flashed him a -look- that said explanations were owed once they were home. But for now, she'd play along. "Y-yes... yes. I wouldn't want you to accidentally burn yourself . Lord only knows how quickly your plants would die in my care if you're unable to water them." She added with a pensive expression. "Benitoite," she nodded towards the General. "Perhaps we can talk more later." Kind of hoped not since her nerves were already fried as it was, felt like this was more of a test, and was less than eager to jump right into part two quite yet. The Senshi of Swordplay then took Prehnites offered hand, gladdened by the fact he wasn't so drunk to have abandoned her at the meeting and allowed him to take her home. A place where she could at least breathe easy outside the oppressive auras gathered in one grand hall.

Captain LavendulanIn her retreat to find something to drink, or at least have something to hold on to, something to keep from fidgeting under the judgmental gaze of other officers, Lavendulan visibly flinched at Faustites loud outburst. <******** half youma...' he'd shouted at the sovereigns. Her heart fell like a dead weight into the pit of her stomach. If only it was possible for the petite half-youma to become any paler, she'd go from dragon to ghost in a matter of seconds. At this moment, however, Laven wasn't so sure that would be a bad thing. Would be no different than teleporting hope and pretending she wasn't present to hear the pointed statement. Hesitantly she hazarded a glance over her shoulder, back towards the table, and took notice of the drunken way Faustite swayed in his glamoured form. Didn't negate the feeling of being scorned, that she'd either offended or royally pissed him off in some capacity. Fantastic.Laven groaned, pivoted on her heel, and turned to go talk to Lopezite rather than upsetting her stomach anymore by adding food and drink to the mix of anxiety and stress. She approached him from the side, claws fingers combing through her hair in an uneasy fashion, "Sorry for having you come all this way. It's... been a long day so I think I'm going to head out. Going to let Tallulah go back to the Rift and just maybe watch a movie, or something if you'd like to come over once had a chance to socialize." Looked like others were leaving as well so she wasn't sure how much longer the celebration was going to last.
